The funeral home isn't owned by JP or Dwight. Their cousin Jason owns it. And I don't believe that conveyor belt story. A little far fetched...

Sounds to me like they are greedy, and are going to get all they can from everyone around here.

The things you people come up with is absolutely crazy. First of all, the Bailey's are really great, caring people and very hard workers. Jealousy can create havoc when fueled. You would never hear a single one say anything out of the way to anyone, not to mention the fact that they would give you the shirt off of their backs. They are a fine family and one that a lot of people should look up to as inspiration to not only be a better person, but to prove that hard work pays off in the end.

Would give you the shirt off their backs! I laughed my ass off on that one and glad I didn't have a mouth full of food when I read that or I would have choked. Ive been gone from there for over a year now and I wouldn't go back for anything. You don't know what goes on unless you work or have worked there. Thats all I have to say.

Now I beg to differ with you "winning". The Bailey's are good christian people. Why would you care if they are smart minded business people as well? Are you coveting your neighbor? I wouldnt care if they owned half the state as long as I was treated good. Do you ask your physician how much property he owns before you allow him to treat you? Have you been at Trinity during Christmas? Those residents without family don't go without gifts. Ive seen the Baileys take on all of those residents nomatter the cost to make sure each one had several gifts to open. How many times have you seen this facility sited for abuse or bed sores? I invite you to research it. The end result is they provide a wonderful christian service to the elderly in our community. God Bless....

What is your thoughts on this place? Im looking for a retirement home for my father to live? Ive heard mixed opinions about this place?
It is quite expensive & if they live on the assisted side, the only thing that Trinity offers is food (which is not very good) & to remind the residents to take their meds. It is basically high price apartment living. If he needs full assistance living then it is no different than any other nursing home with the exception of the costs.
It is a pretty building but that is the only good thing that I can say.

The LPNs make $13/hour and the RNs make $18/hour. I'm not kidding at all. The CNAs start out at $8/hour. Can't really complain if they were stupid enough to take the job knowing that's how much they were gonna make, but then again after going to college isn't getting paid that kind of a joke?
Not really if you consider a 6 week course at a vocational site college. I was a CNA before I even graduated high school. So it's not like a whole lot of effort goes into the training. But it is hard work and they do deserve better pay.

<quoted text> Haha!! So true. And the funeral home they opened across the street, they are denying that's there funeral home! How stupid do they thinks everyone is? That's why they don't pay much, they have a savings fund for the conveyer belt they are putting in the basement that goes across the street. Sucking money out of them after they die, isn't that kind of twisted?
They don't deny that it's theirs. I was at the ribbon cutting and they seemed proud to me. As anyone else would. And sucking money out of them after their dead??? What on earth do you mean by that? They charge a fee like any other funeral home in this country, people can choose where they go...so your comment makes no sense at all. You sound a bit jealous to me.

I know that their so-called spiritual leader JR Gullett and his dad are both con men. The senior Mr. Gullett for years ripped of tons of material from where he worked and now he's in charge of the place. JR is just like him, milking the faithful for their cash offerings. Any decent man of God would refuse to take any pay for providing services to senior citizens in a retirement complex. He draws a decent salary from his other job. He's just another hypocrite whose out for a buck. Do not waste your time with that phoney.

Trinity is a really, really nice place. It's different from other places but also very expensive for the residents to live there. The reason they can't keep workers is because they don't pay them enough, but I've heard that a lot of workers stay anyways because Trinity is the best place to work otherwise. Its assisted living and a nursing home (seperated), btw. But again, expensive lol.

Oakmont is probably the second best. Better worker to resident ratio going on I think. Also, they seem to follow higher standards than some places.

There are a couple others like Morning Pointe that I don't really know about but sound like decent places. Does anyone know for sure if Morning Point is officially assisted living or a nursing home?

Whatever you do, avoid Wurtland like the plague. Please please please avoid Wurtland. It is overall a horrible place.

By the way, did you find a place for him to live that you like?

I can't say much about it now,but years ago they had some decent staff members.

And as any aid(majority of staff) will tell you, staff bounces from one place to the next.

At least one person from any of those places listed, has worked at one of the other places.

The major difference in these establishments is the money invested by the owners.

For one thing, Flatwoods would be a pasture with a few houses here and there if it weren't for the Baileys. They built the place, like them or not. If you don't like the Baileys, don't do business with them instead of making up a bunch of Craap like a jealous school girl. Conveyor belt? What a bunch of mularkey. I guess they are getting the Flatwoods Bigfoot to help them dig the tunnel! I guess a measure of success in Flatwoods is how many jealous people call you un-Christian and accuse you of money grubbing. You losers making stuff up should get off your Government subsidized couch and work on your own success. Don't apply for a job there if they don't pay enough....it's thier business and they can pay what they want under the labor laws.

A post with more lies in fewer words would be hard to find. Jr Gullet is one of the finest men I've ever known. He has never asked for a dime for serving at Trinity. JR and Nancy have on occasion offered him a small gift of appreciation. He has NEVER NOT ONCE took an offering in the service or from a resident. He has served those people faithfully for many years EVERY SINGLE Sunday evening and Wednesday evening. JR has a heart for those people. He knows his reward is in heaven. Your lies are straight from the pits of hell.

I worked at Trinity for a little while and I really liked it. It's a beautiful place and the residents are cared for very well. My Dad got sick so I couldn't stay but it was a great place to work. I have the utmost respect for the Baileys. They have all been hard working people all of their lives. When my Dad passed away, they even came to his funeral. Nothing but respect for the Baileys!

Okay, hide behind your anonymous name and make false allegations against my family all you want. Lowell Sr. is my grandfather and he worked 47 years and with much integrity. If you believe he did not- PLEASE, post your name on here. You have nothing to lose if you're telling the truth, right? Don't come on here and peddle your outright lies just to make yourself feel better. God help you. I pity your soul.

JP Bailey is listed on the Secretary of States Website as the President of Advance Family Health Care, Inc. and Nancy Bailey as the Treasurer. There was an assumed name change on 12/28/2010 for Bailey Family Funeral Home, Inc assuming the previous corp. name, still listing JP Bailey as the President and Nancy Bailey the Treasurer. Jason Baily is listed as the Registered Agent. See for yourself at the link below.
