Whats amazing is it took them this long ....hes been doing it for god knows how many years now and I guess the family name has kept em from getting him. No doubt he will just get a slap on the wrist or it will all be hushed up or judges will be bought off ..its a differemt game for the rich you know...who knows who and who contributed what and will continue to contribute...what ya wanna bet he winds up with a rehab and a fine.,..hell hes contributed singul;ary just from having vast quanties and friends all over to a huge portion of the pillhead problem at least in the snobbobbery circle thats going on in Flatwoods. But snobbobbers arent dealers, junkies they are just pooor victims and innocent its all a setup...they need help...I hope you get the dripping scacasm

Just because they have money don't mean crap! Hell casey is his brother & everyone knows what all he has done, besides their names/faces is all over the news now so there's no hiding it!! So how the hell u think its gonna be a hush hush???? Too late for that don't ya think??? Duh!

Yes , having money does mean crap. First off it means tax base payments from businesses. It means campain contrubtions to politicians. And it means a ability to pay lawers fees in excess of what normal working people would be able to do. And as for hush hush what I meant, and you did not pick up on , was that after the initial arrest they will malinger this charge through the courts so long it will be forgotton by the general public, then a year from now after the approiate wheels are greased and the good old boy system is employed he will get off with a fine some rehab and a pat on the back.

I HATE PILL HEADS!!!! Look at our comunity. We are known nationally as the pill capital of the world. Every good citizen should not turn there back on this issue. It is our city to take back! When you see suspicious activity call the police. When you see heavy traffic to a residence call the police, get licence #'s and discriptions. This is how it happens! Turn your back and they will over take! I for one have had enough! We have to fight back!

I know them both and I can say this ! Money will buy you lots of things, A LIFE, isnt one of them.. Druggies should be treated harsher!! And as for them , BOTH, having child around while they was being stupid, is EVEN DUMBER. I hope they lose all rights to their children before it messes up the kids lives like they have messed theirs up.. yeah, get your facts straight, his brother died from shooting up heroin, not pills. I guess the reason Penningtons has such high prices and expired food is so they can make their drug money.

His brother died from addiction that spiraled into finally a heroin overdose. And yes enablers are the worst. They are as bad as the addicts who tell such transparent lies about their use and abuse. The lies about what lengths they go to get drugs. The depth of just how low they have sunk. And the enabler believes every nuggets of lies coming out of their mouth. Why?? Cause if they dont then they have to look at how they have turned a blind eye themselfs to the drug abuse. And let it go on so long the guilt eats at them too. Take a stand enablers stop believing the lies and take real action for once.

wow, there is really no blow to low with you guys! You talk about there addiction, judge them, then finish them off (in the same breath) with a death in their family.

I gotta say, the thirst for blood in this one is bad. Maybe, they need help. Maybe, money isn't what gets them that help. MAYBE, its the kind words of someone who cares if someone lives or dies.

For those people whom like to run their mouth about the Penningtons are assh*les... You have know idea what in the hell you are talking about.. It is just hear say.. Sean didnt die of an OD.. he had a heart attake...Sean was one of the best people I have ever meet and so are all the Penningtons..Why dont all you people just mind your own business.. This people have suffered enough in their life..Bad things happen to good people and it sad.. This doesnt make the penningtons bad people.. I have seen great people go down the wrong road a million times..They need help from the people who know them and love them and who will be there for them in times like this..I am here for teh Penningtons no matter what and all u other people can f*ck off and go to hell!!!!
