Hey everyone. Thanks for taking time to read my post. My husband and I have lived in the etown area for the past 3 years paying $750 a month for rent. And were moving into something cheaper. Its off wagonwheel road into those apartments. I have a coupld of frienda that have lived there for a year and they have never had issues. I know no matter where you move something can always happen. I don't have children so no info about school needed. Thanks. How is that area?

I grew up in radcliff. That area is ok if you want your kids to run amuk and be part of wanna be gangs.
All of radcliff is a shit hole.
For real facts call radcliff pd and ask them how many times a week they are called to go out there.
As far as radcliff is concerned that is a better area to love. Still a shiny shit hole is still a shit hole.

I don't know what your question is but it is VERY busy behind the Cav store in Radcliff. Lots of residents with kids who live back there; that area would not have been my 1st pick.

And Radcliff is NOT a shithole by the way, unless you want to call retired service members shit. Hundreds of retired men and women who have sacrificed their lives for our country call Radcliff their home. I find it a pleasure to live around them-never had a problem, so I gather you must reside around a different ilk. Since you live around shit, then I can understand your perspective....You should change your address.

I'm white, retired and educated, I have no problems with these people, you sound more like a disgruntled ex employee frankly. If you've moved, why sit and rant hatred all over everyone else? That makes no sense to me at all, it would seem you'd just move on instead of spitting evil backwards. Just an observation, but still, that is uncalled for and to be quite honest, sounds more like self induced anger issues.

Ignore the hater, I'm going to. Just let the panty waste rant on, his words prove his mental capacity is to low for a nice place like this anyway. Louisville can have the hater, he belongs in a hole like that anyway.

What if all you can afford is Radcliff? Where are the good areas? From my experience the bad neighborhoods usually have lazy landlords.

Best bet is to ask more locals!
When I bought my house about 20 years ago my realtor DID NOT suggest that area behind the Cav store! Plumbing issues or something to that effect.
When Renting, you wont really have a choice if in a certain payment goal. House rent is more if you have to pay all utilities.
But there are some nice neighborhoods in the Radcliff and Vine Grove areas, the latter more so!:)
So good luck and Do Your Homework!
