I was so very impressed with the knowledge and patience the sales person had. This company truly wants to take care of the customer, and they are not pushy. They did beat other prices I had been quoted. I recommend them to everyone!

When I was a younger chap, we would go there in the winter and they would give us semi or tractor tire tubes to go tubing down the old cedar hill run. They'd even air em up for us. If there willing to help a couple of 12 year olds not making a purchase, I'd only imagine how well they treat a coustomer buying 500.00+ in new tires.

As I sit in front of my tv set, a commerical came on for Anderson Gen tire in Flagstaff Az. The owner, came on advertising that they're a hometown business that really cares for its hometown. My most recent experience challenges this very promise (if you can call it that). My care repair bill was over 1000.00, prior to the work being done, I was informed of the total cost. I spoke with the Service Mgr and we worked out an arrangement Put down $500.00, pay the bal off in two months, we get to take the car. I was very happy, and deeply moved by how easy this was and how wonderful the staff was. The service mgr was very attentive to my situation and I felt that I was treated with the utmost respect. Until I got the phone call from the owner, he stated the arrangement was merely a miscommunication and that the car would not be released until paid in full. I tried to argue that the arrangement was made with the svc mgr, that didn't hold any weight. So my question to the owner is How can you advertise on tv that your a hometown business and that you care about your hometown, I reside here in Flagstaff and Im apart of this hometown?, but yet I was told one thing, and it turns out to be all false. Leaving me with out transportation, and most importantly my faith in this business as a "Hometown" vehicle repair shop. It saddens me that a man of his stature cannot support what another member of his team (svc mgr) has stated. He didn't even acknowledge the fact that it was the SERVICE MGR, not just the hired help. I hope in the future no one gets treated this way.
Signed a very disappointed Customer! |
