Dear People, i remember as a kid , i was about 5 years old , my dream was to be a police officer. i remember telling some members of my family that, after they got thought laughing i remember them saying that thay don't want you there.then they said some stuff i don't remember.but i really still wanting to be a cop. i still do to a point but that will be kinda hard because i really don't trust police officers.no im not a criminal, i don't have a record. my crime is D.W.B. or just being black. My 1st run in with the police i was 8, my family and i went to a hunted house, of 3rd st. by the V.A. me and my family got lost, i could'nt fine my family that i came with, so i went to the sheriff, and 2 security gaurds, told them i was lost. well to make a long story a little shorter. the security officer hit me with the flash light, busted my lip and they started laughing.then i stayed on superior, i got pulled over because my tail light was out.the 2 officers got out there car with there guns out , and im thinking [email protected], whats wrong, he told me that my tail light was out. so i asked him did it take guns to be drown, to make this stop. he said yes , you can't be to relaxed at this job. i said ok, but you might want to seek another occupation.this happen once or twice a week off and on for a long time.and as soon as the officers put on there lights i pull over.a lot of times i will already be close to home ,so i'll park in front of my house.then my mom will come out side wanting to see why her son is surrounded by dayton's best.my mom don't have a record neither.then i used to wonder why my mother didn't have faith in police, but hello, she did the 60 thing . now don't get me wrong, police are very needed.and this story is only a few encounter of mine with police.oh and nolan used to say that he wanted to be and officer.i wonder what nolan sister pam is thinking now. i use to see pam and nolan all the time, walking and talking .but guess what, she don't wish death on the officer that flat out killed her brother.thats really good because i don't know if i can be that strong.

If you're going to use racism as an excuse for your problems in life, please don't become a police officer. We don't need anymore lazy cops who blame other people for their problems, and that is just what you would be.

Hey Mr.John i really understand that, but racism is a hatred for not of a kind. witch means if you not a officer of the law, then you or your family or friends will feel that rath, even more so, to tell you about myself, my work force is maybe about 95 percent white, 5 percent black. i just made employee of the week, my boss said that my work is great.so to break this down for you. im not lazy.and to tell you something else i know a lot of officers and a lot of them are white. i would love to work with them.they bring up race issuse to me . they know about racism why don't you .i see adds on t.v. all the time , talking about race. where you live on a island by yourself.tell you this, it's know where near all the police, that do these things, i just don't want to take that chance and be out with one or one's that is.i don't want to fight the criminals and my teams mate to.by the way, on the news last week, an un armed guy got shot and killed , he was not black.

Yeah, I'm sure. What about the numerous other spelling errors, including the one in this post?:) Anyway, who cares. Spelling errors and typos happen.

Your tone is much different on these 2 posts than the one before. However, I think the best thing for you is to call DPD and see if you can do a ride along with them some day. Such an experience might change your views on things.

i have a question, do anyone know the officer that killed my brother, is he ok with the death of a young man, that was trying to better his life, sure nolan had problems. and he was the one that called the police.nolan was 18 yrs old with his own appartment...we was not staying with his mom, or living wit some girl, waiting for her to support him... and he was about to go to school.think about it, i see good responces and negative ones , the bad ones don't bother me because someone is going to always do that...remember jesus was killed too, the pope was shot. so i expect people to be like that.ofcouse the police are not going to say this young man was getting his life togetter and i or we killed him.what i do want to happen is "nolan hunt this man in his dreams everyday.. no i don't want him to loose him job or his life...i want this officer to have a conscious...we love you and miss you lil brotha...
