Jimmy Lylle Cotterman, better known as J.C. is my fiance. it is hard knowing that i will never see him again because he is one of the lights in my life. Many people knew him, but for the ones who didn't he is a very kind and caring person. He loved to have fun and has a baby girl (Angel Grace Cotterman) on the way. He was so excited about her. i just want people to know how drinking and driving really does effect peoples lives. Adam has taken a very special person from J.C.'s and my daughter because of his ignorance our daughter will never have the chance to run and play with her father, the only way she will know him is by pictures and us telling her about him. So please look at my family if you have to and think before you put someone else's life in danger by drinking and driving.

I am JC's Mother and he was not driving nor did he drink.Adam was the one drinking and driving and is the one who killed my son. If you are a true friend you will not pick your friends up and drink and drive. Please redo the topic my son was not drinking. He will never get the chance to see his Angel smile. I know my son would not want anyone to get in a vechile with someone drinking,he did not know that Adam was drinking. I know because I ask Adam and he replied no,so before all the lies get told about my son call me

I am J.C.'s cousin. I just want everyone to know what a wonderful person he is. He loves everything and everyone. J.C enjoys working on things, riding dirt bikes, he was so ready to be the first to hold his Daughter Angel Grace, well he is already holding her and playing with her. J.C. loves my kids with everything in him. Now all I have of J.C. is memories to tell my 2 year old daughter, my 4 month old son, my 6 year old daughter can remeber her Uncle J.C. All we can do is tell Angel what a wonderful man her daddy is. I have had so many people making remarks to me saying and I quote " We all have drove drunk!" Well I will be the one to tell you NO WE ALL HAVE NOT!! I have never drove drunk, J.C. HAS NEVER DROVE DRUNK!!! J.C. would never drink and drive he loves his family way to much. J.C. is a wonderful person and J.C. will never be forgotton. I dont speak of J.C. in past tense because he will never be gone to me for oneday we all will see J.C. again. J.C. will never leave us, he is always in our hearts. We love you J.C.

J.C. was a fun and loving person. I still remember him comeing to the house always smiling. He was nice to everyone. Drinking and driving is bad and it hurts everyone not just the person doing it, adam should have thought about other people than himself. I love yew J.c

Well it has been a year since this tragedy has affected our lives. but it still seems like yesterday when i saw his sparkling smile I miss him so much I find myself lashing out on the littlest things that i would have never thought about if he was here I am trying to bond with my granddaughter his daughter it is not as easy as people think cause he was told he could not have kids and all i have are boys and grandsons here we are with the only girl and she is perfect in ecery way but he will never see his precious miracle i know he can see her fron heaven its not the same knowing oneday she will proably call someone else Dad and that is gonna be so hard.If you have not been where i am dont try to judge me cause you cant and if you do then its all on you cause only God can judge me> the guy that was driving and killed my son was sentenced to three years in prison and 15 on proabation so you tell me where is the justice in that tree years for murder.please keep all your thoughts opened when it comes to your children and their friends you never know be very catious inspect all vechile as well as the driver or potenitail drivers
