i'm just saying don't pass judgement until there is a conviction. From what I understand, all of Toby's charges was thrown out. He was never convicted by a jury of his peers. Michael has not had a day in court yet. It's not fair to pass judgement until a jury does first. You don't know everything that goes on behind closed doors.

I want to clear one thing up. The emt/firemans ex wife was not having an affair with her boss or any one else, ppl are so lame to blame innocent ppl with out knowing the whole facts. I guess If I got caught doing what he did I would want to lay the blame on my spouse also. Get a life and stop talking about shit you don't know any thing about. I swear ppl have nothing else better to do than to gossip about other's and it is very sad that you don't have enough going on in your life to keep you busy or satified than to gossip.

Yes I am a police officer and my life has been in the hands of Michael Clark while he was backing me up. That is why I say we should not judge him until we know all the facts. When a jury of his peers says he is guilty, then you can talk about him. Hell, I may even join you. However, he is still a good person despite of whay he MAY have done.

maybe you should get your facts straight before calling someone a crackhead..for which she most certainly is not. Do you even know the girl? have you ever seen her do any crack? i think before you go calling people names you should get your facts straight.

Where in that comment did this person say this girl was a crackhead? Maybe you should read and learn to comprehend what you read.

Apparenly you don't know the Sheriff, I work with him and he is the fairest and most honest Sheriff that this county has evr had. I personally know he has assinged an investigator to every complaint on Mike Clark. He deals with facts as every officer should and not hearsay and rumors. He fired him when he had facts to work with. He won't be back in law enforcement because POST will revoke his certification. The Sheriff has arrested and locked up one other deputy and seven jailers since taking office. He doesn't play and he never sweeps anything under the rug and anybody. Sounds like you tried and failed. I know he loves and respects his wife and to say he got caught cheating is not only a lie, it is totally wrong. He had an ex-wife that cheated on him for two years and he knows what it does to people. Sounds like you may be a cheater but evryone else is not because you think it is OK. Get a life and quit spreading lies. God will deal with you for your lies.
Hey Deputy Dog,

Ask the ol' sheriff if he remembers a cocaine charge on a young female that happens to be the daughter of a buddy and financial supporter. This is the same buddy who takes alot of the department on fishing trips and and pays for everything. See if he remembers if that felony was ever prosecuted. I was told one of his newer drug agents was on the scene that evening when the coke was found. That could be considered "sweeping under the rug", could it not?

Mike has been off the deep end for a while. Not only is he a shitty father, he is a shitty boyfriend as well. He can't even provide diapers or milk for his own son and not only has he cheated on his "girlfriend" numerous times.. he also held a gun to her head. The best thing this dumb fuck could do is kill himself. If he doesn't do that, he will kill her first. I cannot wait until the bastard is in prison so his "girlfriend" and son can move on with their lives without being scared of what Mike may do.

I knew Mike in high school and he was a great guy. I've not had much contact with him since so I have no idea how he is now. Can't speak for him today but he used to be a good guy. Sometimes things and people go bad. If he is on the wrong track hopefully things will turn around for everyone involved.

I know both of them and don't think a fair picture is being painted here. Yeah they have had an off on on again thing and allot of problems, some of it his fault and some of it her's but it was her that caught running around a few months back and he is the one that had to call the law to have her removed from the hospital while he was on duty, she showed up there starting problems drunk the night of BG 40th birthday party.
I don't know the details of what has happened recently but from what i know of him I don't think the whole story is being told yet. from what i do know they had been fighting about her living in a house where dope was being smoked and his baby was there.
First off, she did not get caught cheating a few months back. And as far as him calling the law to get her removed from the hospital, they were arguing and it wasn't about the baby being in a home with weed being smoked in it.

Mike is the reason that his son and Amanda are now homeless. Moving from friend's to friend's. It's complete bullshit. If he was worth a shit he would provide a home for his family. Maybe one day he will grow a pair of balls... wait no, maybe one day he will be in PRISON! That will be the best thing for this family. I sure do hope that Amanda and Johnathon can move on with their lives without that ignorant bastard in the picture.

all that can be said about anything in any small town... its small town politics.. who you know gets you out of more stuff than most people .. not saying anybody did anything.. or they didnt do anything.. its just a matter of what "rank" you hold in a place.. i dont agree with the whole sheriff being the best sheriff we have ever had.. or let me rephrase that.. him being the fairest sheriff we have ever had.. he has his ways.. just like everybody else.. sometimes though everybody heads get a little too big for their own good..

It is unbelievable how all of you dumb bastards think that you know it all.
She got pulled over for speeding and they found residue of cocaine, and she spent the weekend in jail, got community service, and also probation, and that was from the judge.

TRUTH, so she TALKED and got someone else in trouble? who was that? and you are dead WRONG, daddy did not send her to Texas for awhile, she lives there for good, and as a matter of fact, she decided to move out of this full of Lee and TRUTH shit hole that you guys have made out of this town to be.

It seems to me that you can let someone that has left this world rest.I could care less what you got to say about me,Idont care. The only thing, let John rest,he did what he did and nothing can change that.I hope you never face this with anyone in your family,if you do i hope that there is not someone like you around to keep poking an poking.Let him rest.I know that i amnot the most popular person around but neither are you.at least i am not bringing up anything in your past and i am sure that you have a past.butthat you.Its a shame that you are not the person you need to be.It takes people like you to make people like me cry a little more ever day missing a son like John/I really hope god will be kind to you, because one day you may walk a mile in my shoes.
