If they pass this slum lords like Clark Stright will be burning down all his apartment houses like he did in the center of Fitchburg. I am sure he needs money soon

Clark no way. Nothing for him to burn down to make money off of. Maybe he can put up some slum condo's again in the center for the students and the burn it down again !!!
