Is the Fitchburg city council serious that they didn't even know they had any options as it related to the casino in Leominster? In reality they were too lazy to look up any MA state laws that apply to casinos, instead wanted to be provided the information. Is it any surprise that the city of Fitchburg is a complete dump with these people on the city council?
