CSS,

OK, you caught me with a mispelling. I confess; I spelled lose wrong. I'll try to be a little more careful in the future.

As far as the rest of your post; it is the same feeble, tired old attempt to label me a scorned lover or a career criminal. And, you can forget about me taking your little test. I DO NOT open up any website left on Topix Forum by any of my critics. So, stop insisting that I take the test; because I won't. Period.

I get the impression that you were hitting the bottle again; when you stumbled into my recent comments. And, I get the impression that you were just a tad bit pie eyed as you posted your tired diatribe. Have you picked a "sponsor" yet; or are you still being stubborn and proud? If you do work, and you're not a con you're probably sitting at a state job some place wasting tax payers $$$$, posting crap, and looking at dirty pictures.

Of course you won't take the test-or claim you have. You already know the answer. You ARE a narcissist with at least a personality disorder and sociopathic tendencies. One can tell from the writing. You're high on yourself. "My critics?" Who do you think you are? Good God save me...

Feeble and tired? Doubtful. In a LOT better shape than you could ever be.

Drinking? Not yet. In a couple hours I'll have a couple of beers during cocktail hour. After a couple drinks does it influence my opinion of you? Nope. No beer-goggles here. You're still the same lying spinning a-hole, alcohol or not.

Trying to figure out who you may be is fun. I've got a few cops regularly reading these posts now helping me. Two of them are coming up with the same possible name. One is sure you're an ex-cop. Don't worry-I won't "out" you. I'll just let all the cops know who you are. What fun that will be!

CSS,

Why are you so convinced that I hate the cops? I have told you before: I don't hate the cops. As I have pointed out a few times on various stories here on Topix Fitchburg Forum; I decided to start offering my unique viewpoint, as well as some concrete facts; when I noticed that many comments were being left on Topix Fitchburg Forum saying that we need to shell out more Taxpayer dollars in order to properly fund the Fitchburg PD. And, until we did, we should not expect to see any reduction in crime. We were even told that crime would most likely rise because we were not properly funding the police department.

Now, I already knew that the cops were getting an insane amount of paid days off each year as compared to almost any other worker in America. And, I knew that they had practically unlimited overtime because of needed coverage for the insane amount of paid days off that they all have. And, I knew that they were banking unused vacation time, to be used to inflate their pay as they retired. As in the case of our beloved Captain Tasca; who just cashed in 2000 hours(almost one full year) of unpaid vacation time. This did two things for Tasca: 1) it gave him 50 weeks of pay at his high salary rate as he retired, and 2) it raised his income, which in turn will raise his monthly retirement check FOREVER.

So, I was sharp enough to realize that we do not need to throw more money at our police budget; in order to actually have our cops fighting crime for us. We just need to reel in the spending that is being wasted on our existing police department for all the extra and unreasonable perks.

Let's compare Fitchburg to Nashua NH, for example. Nashua is basically twice the size of Fitchburg and has twice as many cops as Fitchburg (somewhere around 172 compared to Fitchburg's 83 or so) But, cops in Nashua are not allowed to carry 50 weeks of unused vacation days on the books. As a matter of fact; they have a maximum of 5 weeks of unpaid time off that they can carry. And, Nashua typically has between 12 to 20 cruisers on duty at all times; compared with Fitchburg's 4.

So, since Nashua is twice the size of Fitchburg; let's cut the amount of cruisers that Nashua has on the street IN HALF; in order to adjust Nashaua's size down to Fitchburg's size. The 12 to 20 cruisers that Nashua now has on it's streets gets cut in half; down to 6 to 10 cruisers.

What's my point? Here in Mass the cops get given more than they do in NH. The downside to the Massachusetts citizen is that he gets less from his police department than the resident of NH gets. And, it is because what we give our lawmen here in Massachusetts is unreasonably excessive.

And, it is for these reasons that I stick around here on Topix Forum. But, that does not mean that I hate the cops. Can't you tell? I am rather fond of them. Why else would I spend so much of my time talking about them.

Don't overdo it with your beers tonight. You know what that does to you......you will right back here on Topix Fitchburg Forum making a fool of yourself!

Topix Forum Fitchburg Readers,

As I mentioned in post number 73 above; the cops in Nashau NH are only allowed to carry a maximum of 5 weeks of vacation time on the books; compared to the 50 weeks that Captain Tasca here in Fitchburg had on the books as he left the department recently.

I want the Readers to be aware of the fact that the cops in Nashua NH DO NOT get paid additional stipends for safe driving; being proficient with a gun, etc; that we pay our officers.

This is another reason that we get less crime fighting from our department as compared to what the citizens of Nashua NH get. Much of our police budget dollars go towards fattening the wallets or our lawmen, instead of being used to fight crime.

The police in Fitchburg (and throughout Massachusetts and much of the nation) now view fighting crime as something that they may get around to if they have anytime for it; or if we throw more money at them. Their mission appears to be "how much money can I make and how can I set myself up for retirement, while staying out of harms way". Fighting crime seems to be of little concern for many of them.

Again, Folks, our police department budget money gets us less here in Fitchburg as compared to Nashua NH. However, the Fitchburg cops are making out much better than the cops in Nashua NH are making out!

And, that's a fact, Jack!

Another fact is the members of the FPD and city councilors love their property! Property being passed around for $1 or $400 is not a rare incident.

No wonder Officer McNamara opened up a realty in leominster. I was wondering what a person posting meant about him driving his cruiser to leominster everyday.

Joel Kaddy has a nice piece of land on Ashburnham street that he scored off the city for $1000.
Mrs. Solomito has a nice piece of land that she recieved for $1 off an Arthur Progin in 2006.(1.3 acres) This may be a realatives land which is not illegal. Just interesting.
It seems like many politicians and police buy property off Chris Sullender trust. Is anyone familiar with this giant? Another very popular name is Carlson. A lot of property shifting around for $1 here!
Rosemary Reynolds is probably the most crafty when it comes to real estate. She has made some very good deals! Keith Marshall gave her a house for $1. This could of been a realative, I don't know! She bought Allen Pl from the city of Fitchburg for $100. The best deal that I have seen in awhile is her purchase from Linda Candelet; She paid $30,000 for 1.2 acres!
A James and Ann Reynolds were extremely lucky as they have been purchasing property from a Joe Catrambone for $1 after he bought it off the Historical society for $1. This Joe Catrambone has a connect with the Historical Society!
The Secretary of housing and U R has been selling houses to our police officers for $21,000. This sale price I have seen more than once. It may be a program that was offered, I don't know but great price for multi families.
Another organization selling land for 1$ is the Fitchburg Airport Commission! Does anyone know who this is?
Dreamtime builders seems like a bargain property salesman.
Police Officer Mathew Dibara made a super great deal with the city of Fitchburg. I believe he got a total of 2.5 acres plus for $105,000. Not bad!
The police, city councilors and their families seem to favor developers: Kelcor Developer LLC,Lancaster Estates LLC,Briddle Cross LLC,Garcia LLC,the eric Sullender trust, and Carlson Builders,Carlson homebuilders LLC.
One of my major concerns with developers in general would be their relations with city officials which should be watched and looked into. I say this due to the fact that a lot of wet lands have been approved for building by Zoning boards in Fitchburg. They have recently passed a bill that makes this harder.
I state this as developers may buy acres of wet lands for pennies on the dollar then have the zoning cleared for building by friends on these boards. I know that they have made strong attempts to do this in Fitchburg as members of this board have been contacted!
I haven't been able to search out the members of this board from 2000 to present. I do know the Mayor just suggested a Lauren McNamara to this board. I don't know what relations to Officer McNamara and their friend Carlson home builders has with Lauren if any. But it would be worth looking into!
A lot of lucrative deals have been done between Garcia LLC and the Bergeron family! I don't know what connection if any between Police Union President and Officer Christopher Garcia and assistant Chief Bergeron have with these same last names but I feel it would be worth looking into!

Oversight Needed,

Great job with you posting above! There are "conflict of interest laws" that may be either ignored; or are being sidestepped by creative deal making, and creative ownerships.

It's kind of like JR's Bar over on North Street. Here and there we read postings that say something along the lines of "Fitchburg PD Officer Chuck Symos has nothing to do with JR's Bar". But, to anyone paying attention and familiar with the Bar; it is obvious that Chuckie DOES HAVE something to do with this Bar. Geeze, even if you are completely clueless, it is painfully obvious that Chuckie Symos has VERY STRONG ties to JR's Bar.

My point is that at times what gets passed off to the public as being the honest truth, is actually far from it, when it comes to wheeling and dealing with real estate sales and with business ownership.

Please keep this info coming! I enjoyed reading every last bit of it!

No, You Dope, I did not write the posting about the real estate deals in Fitchburg. In spite of the fact that the ISP address is the same as mine; I did not write that posting. But, then again, Boston is a big place, so it is not too hard to understand that more than one person may post using a Boston ISP address.

I must admit that whoever wrote that post is right on the mark with it. And, I reckon that is why you quickly scrambled to try to dismiss the post as nonsense.

I take it that YOU are currently on the receiving end of some of these sweet deals. And, you shudder at the thought of any focus being brought to them. Alas, free rides and sweet deals are great while they last; but no one promised you that they would last forever. Be happy if you scored big when you should not have; and keep your fingers crossed that you can get away with it!

I will not be hoping that you succeed.

You Dope, I stand corrected. I agree with you, the posting describing the Fitchburg real estate deals has a Fitchburg ISP address. And, I have a Boston ISP address. So, again, I was wrong when I said that both postings came from Boston.

You can go right on believing that I posted the real estate posting; and somehow I used a Fitchburg ISP address for it. And, you and your pals can insist that I am now carrying on conversations with myself, here on Fitchburg Topix Forum, while using two different ISP addresses back and forth. I really don't give a rat's fanny if you believe it and you post it.

I'm just glad that someone has choosen to do some digging on the subject of some of Fitchburg's more creative real estate deals; and that they are posting the info for all of us to savor. That's the important thing here. Not the ramblings of a man or a group of men who don't want the secrets of some of their more creative real estate purchases being shared with the general public.

If anyone has followed his posts on various FPD related blogs, I'd question the accuracy of anything he posts. His postings often come across as more than a little unstable and paranoid.
Sadly, his post could be accurate, but his other rantings make his statements questionable.

So, the Dragnet is closing in on me, eh? Make sure that you share all the data that you have amassed in the last year about me with the cops who are helping you. After all; you have made such great strides in really narrowing things down. This much you admit to knowing about me, so far:

I may be a male; if not I am a female.
I may be unemployed; if not I am employed.
If I am employed, I may work in the private sector. Or, it may be the public sector.
I may be a scorned ex lover of a cop. Or, I may be an ex cop.
I may be a pedephile; if not I may be a Lawyer, or a Firefighter.
I may actually live in Fitchburg. If not, I don't live in Fitchburg.
I may be the Walmart Greeter or I may be flipping burgers somewhere.
I may live in my mother's basement.
I may be fat and out of shape. If not, you have no idea of my physical condition.
