It's hard to believe that something so twisted calls itself a church. Nobody is persecuting you.
Ever since I linked to this thread, because I read one of your posts on another religious forum, I've found you to be the most twisted "Christian" I've ever seen on these threads. You call people names, you tell them that Jesus is going to KILL them, and generally spew, emanate, and completely personify insanity.
You persecute yourself by being self righteous. You are a legend in your own mind.
You are not Moses, and certainly have twisted values (one is that you only love the people in your weird church).
Anyone that claims to believe in Christ considers themselves Christians. Not Catholics, Mormons, Baptists, Methodists, Lutherans, JWs, SDAs, Evangelists, etc.
ANYONE that believes in Christ, whatever version He may be to them, consider themselves to be Christians.
So do you.
So, if you really want to get into this with me, I will oblige you. And, I'll rip all of your "babtist" rhetoric apart.
I worked 18 hours today and have to go to the mountains tomorrow to do it again.
Some of us are keen to the scent of madness, having been close, a time or two before.
You're welcome to respond to my post, but if you do, it'll just make you angry and vindictive, so choose wisely.
Go to your church and tell them that I said I was a Christian, because I believe in Christ. Tell them what I said, and bring them to these pages, on:

Look me up. I'm here every day.
Good night.

Might make more sense, but more dollars? St. B's with its downtown Water Street location is probably the most valuable real estate. Close it and sell it may not make sense, but it will make dollars.

I think it's all a joke. I don't really even think that James Dewitt is real. I think his website is fake, and I think that this whole thread is some little game, just to see how many people will fall for it.
That's how ridiculous that website of James' is. Weird. A lady throwing a rock at you in the name of God, saying, "God told me to hate you"?
And James? He thinks he's Moses. I've known guys that thought they were Elvis, and that's more like the kind of person I think ol' James is. Self righteousness will definitely be his downfall.
Well thanks for the compliment Joe.
I don't know what to think. Unfortunately, I do know self-described "Christians" who think like this!

That's b.s., James. You're the one that eminates hate.
I know many Catholics, and NONE of them are as hateful as you.
And don't start calling me a Catholic, because I'm not. I don't believe in religion. ANY of them, including yours.
I believe the Bible, especially the part that says to beware of wolves in sheep's clothing.

You had some trouble with the first test Joe. It took you a week to begin to guess at what many understand in seconds. You might want to consider there are possibly some parallel life-lessons in there somewhere, but probably not. Besides, somebody else already wrote down all your answers for you, thousands of years ago. Who needs to think about any of that stuff. Just believe.
Next test - explain to everyone the absolute brilliance of Landover Baptist Church. Not that you have to agree with them, but you do have to admit, they sure did chose a great way to get their point across, dontcha think? You do understand their point now, right?(Be warned, by visiting their site, you agree to it's Terms of Service, which are somewhat stricter than most other forums.)
'They sure did "chose" a great way to get their message across'? Are you illiterate and insane?
I have visited the twisted site that James provided. Some of us are more intuitive than others. You are, obviously, one of the others.
If you think that that ridiculous site is brilliant, then you are, just short of, dull.
The reason I haven't been on here is because I have a job. You should think about getting one. 63 hours last week. Can you say, "overtime"?
Trust me, I will respond to your pathetic "tests", as you call them, but I prefer to be tested by someone with half a brain, if you don't mind.

Acts 9
1 Then Saul, still breathing threats and murder against the disciples of the Lord, went to the high priest 2 and asked letters from him to the synagogues of Damascus, so that if he found any who were of the Way, whether men or women, he might bring them bound to Jerusalem. 3 As he journeyed he came near Damascus, and suddenly a light shone around him from heaven. 4 Then he fell to the ground, and heard a voice saying to him, "Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me?" 5 And he said, "Who are You, Lord?" Then the Lord said, "I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting. It is hard for you to kick against the goads." 6 So he, trembling and astonished, said, "Lord, what do You want me to do?" Then the Lord said to him, "Arise and go into the city, and you will be told what you must do." 7 And the men who journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice but seeing no one. 8 Then Saul arose from the ground, and when his eyes were opened he saw no one. But they led him by the hand and brought him into Damascus. 9 And he was three days without sight, and neither ate nor drank. 10 Now there was a certain disciple at Damascus named Ananias; and to him the Lord said in a vision, "Ananias." And he said, "Here I am, Lord." 11 So the Lord said to him, "Arise and go to the street called Straight, and inquire at the house of Judas for one called Saul of Tarsus, for behold, he is praying. 12 And in a vision he has seen a man named Ananias coming in and putting his hand on him, so that he might receive his sight." 13 Then Ananias answered, "Lord, I have heard from many about this man, how much harm he has done to Your saints in Jerusalem. 14 And here he has authority from the chief priests to bind all who call on Your name." 15 But the Lord said to him, "Go, for he is a chosen vessel of Mine to bear My name before Gentiles, kings, and the children of Israel. 16 For I will show him how many things he must suffer for My name's sake." 17 And Ananias went his way and entered the house; and laying his hands on him he said, "Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus, who appeared to you on the road as you came, has sent me that you may receive your sight and be filled with the Holy Spirit." 18 Immediately there fell from his eyes something like scales, and he received his sight at once; and he arose and was baptized. 19 So when he had received food, he was strengthened. Then Saul spent some days with the disciples at Damascus.

I have seen the other side. I have smelled the smoke of the sulfuric brimstone burning in Hell. I was on the threshhold of eternal death. Hence the "scent of madness" reference.
If I'm "killing" you, it's because you're still blind.
God bless.

BAAAHAHAHah...oh Joe, you're killing me here...
If you think that my belief on Christ and knowing that I'm saved is trying to fit the word of God into my comfort zone, then you're right. I'm very comfortable. He takes really good care of me.
I have love and compassion for all of my brothers and sisters, including James and the rest of the misled people that think they're superior to the rest of us. It's obvious to those that are truly favored by the Lord, that those lost sheep are intellectually challenged. James is no exception. However, he claims to love Jesus, so I feel an affinity to him.
It's easy to twist the word of God. I see it in every religion in the world. False prophets abound. They are leaders of some of the most heinous cults on the planet.
I take the word of God literally. I believe that He gave His only begotten Son, to save the souls of those that believe on Him, and His Son, and follow the words of Christ.
Christ commanded us to LOVE ONE ANOTHER. That includes the sinners. That's why I love James, and will call him on his b.s.
He sits in judgement of anyone that is not part of his church.
There is only One Judge, and it sure isn't me, you, or James.
You don't know me, otherwise you would, most likely, take a step back, and see that God really does work miracles.
I was lost, but now I'm found.
I gave my soul to Satan when I was very young. I lived under the affliction of his deception for years.
I was saved by an intervention of the Holy Spirit when I hit the lowest point of my life. It was then that I asked the Lord to forgive me and to show me the truth. My eyes were opened. WIDE.
Reminds me of another evil person that thought he could do, or say, whatever he wanted, without repercussion:

Let me tell you a little secret. I don't care if you agree with me or not.
I still care about you, though.
I'll tell you the same thing that I told "huh":
Don't judge what you don't know, and you definitely do not know me.
As far as whether or not you think I 'get it', when it comes to James' creepy website, I guarantee you that I DO get it.
It's a hate filled debacle of the Word, that calls itself the true church.
Sound familiar?(Hint: Roman Catholic church only true church, says Vatican)
I'll admit that most of the posts, by the members there, appear to be Biblically sound.
The problem lies in the self righteous nature of the members that blast anyone that is not Baptist.
I was baptised by a sincere man of God. A Christian biker. No religion. Just pure Bible and a sincere belief in Christ.
I try not to be a hypocrite, but, unlike James, I have NEVER claimed to be infallible. I make mistakes, just like the rest of you.
Big freakin' deal if you draw a salary. I make more money in a week than many people make in a month, through hard work and perseverance. Blood, sweat, and tears.
I'm not Polish, so don't call me childish names. lol

Whatever, James.
For you to have "dumbed it down" for me, you would have to go below your I.Q., and that would be on a scale between a kindergartener, and an imbecile.
Do you really want to challenge me, brother?
