Law states no one can carry a weapon while drinking alcohol. They were getting their ass kick that's why they pulled out the guns and stated were cops and left OMally's with out paying their tab

Lt. Roger Wrigley and Sgt. Guy Bibeau have resigned from the department for “personal reasons on the same day after 15 years on the force

Please tell me that doesn't sound like a cover up

There are some women who are into cops. So what? If I was cop and an attractive woman called the station on a false alarm just because she wanted to give me a shot of whiskey and polish my pistol I'd be there. It would probably make it easier to deal with cry babies like you.

So you feel it's ok for a cop to break the law and then get to resign with not getting any trouble for breaking the law?

It's a different world. Do you feel it was ok when Clinton was throwing back shots of expensive bourbon and getting a Lewinski in the oral office? Hillary seems to be ok with it.

Getting a Lewinski? LOL. I am going to use that one. But I must say that Hillary was not ok with it at all.

How cops cover up other cops breaking the law.!!
Please, do not repeat this FACT because Stamos will get his panties in a bunch.

They are only kidding Stamos, all police are not criminals even when caught.

Anyone wearing a badge is a "good Christian"; ./?':.[, Oh, I hope to stop for a minute, sorry Stamos.

After this comment I have to state if you are not a cop then I can almost guarantee that you have posters of cops on all four walls of your bedroom and or you hang at Dippin Donuts with the circle jerking excessive cop worshipers.

I wouldn't be surprised if your little group had a bronze statute of a cop and you all rub it down in excessive worshipping moments.

Jeez, you talk about others wanting to be cops while you are their number one fan.

I don't see it! That is almost like them having me sign that I will not sue a full list of entities and people in order for them to dismiss the false charges against me after they had me on a bracelet, jailed, accused me of stalking people, their family and kids outside their home and after they held me with no bail and claimed I was a dangerous person. All this after they had 6 uniformed officers at court dates? All the spent City resources?

Cover up concerning the police departments???? I can't believe this. Stamos will tell you that they gave up their full pensions and health care for life so that fellow new officers could enjoy those benefits!

Welcome to the real world in which we all live in. Stamos will have excuses for them!!

Stamos tell them that it was the stress of the job ect....... The power grabbing and abusing syndrome effect......

Yes I am a fan of police. They respond when they get a legitamite call. I understand why you and Civil dislike police because you call 911 120 times a day and it goes like this '911 operator what's your emergency?'. Your response is something like 'I'm out of toilet paper!'. 911 operator responds 'Tough shit now stop calling!'.

"No toilet paper?" Get out of here they do deliveries if I call 911 ? I don't believe you.

You are a "fan" of police?? Number 1 fan ? I seen that movie.

Do you really have police posters on all four walls? I can see your room now with all these posters and three scanners going and you sitting there with your tin hat on. Do you have the full body mirror so you can see all the angles when you have your police costume on??

Do you do quick draws in the mirror? "FREEZE". Wait a minute are you that guy who has been pulling girls over, showing a badge and telling them to show you their breast and you will let them go?

Let me ask, does your uniform have the sgt or Lt bars?? Let us know as we are all interested!

"Freeze, you have the right to remain silent or I'll blow your f---ing head off....." When you really get going do you find yourself stating such things??

At this time I think medication will have no effect; you need hospitalization, some where with a lot of green grass area, flowers, groups and only white uniforms!!

No, actually pretty much dead on. Those that have been on Topix for a while have seen Civil's lies that he's been caught in. Especially claiming to have served in two different branches of the armed forces. He's a fraud and he knows it.
And you're one of the few who likes to use his moniker but he always posts through a Winchentucky ISP address.
Again no idea what your talking about,
sorry was never in any branches of the armed forces and never said I was. ISP address can change

As I have said a few times here on this forum; when cops f up bad enough (and even in cases where they break the law); they are typically allowed to quietly resign; and the Taxpaying public is left in the dark.

Our nation's police departments operate much like the Catholic Church and our large Universities operate: if one of their own f's up or outright breaks the law, simply allow them to resign. File no charges against them and tell the public nothing whatsoever. The difference is, of course, that the Taxpaying Public pays the salaries of our nation's lawmen, so we are entitled to a proper explanation and not a half azzed cover up job. The Catholic Church and our large Universities are private organizations and they are not being funded by the Taxpayers. This does not make the half azzed cover up jobs by these groups any better; but at least these groups do not directly answer to the the Taxpaying Public, as our paid public servants do.
