Markey vs Gomez

I like Gomez. He's young, intelligent and willing to work hard. Markey has been around for a long time in politics. It's time for a change. I don't like that they both support a President who claims he didn't know about the IRS scandle until he found out about it on television.

I am voting for Gomez because I like his stance on making sure that if illegals become legal then they must speak English and they must pledge total allegiance to the US.
I also like the fact that Gomez is a navy seal.
To be honest I feel that he is not that in depth on many issues.
Most of all, I feel that Markey is full of Malaky! He has been in way too long and should go! He talks about being a rubber stamp for Obama as if it is a good thing!!!
Even Democrats that support Obama do not want Democrats to vote with him like rubber stamps.
If I was Gomez I would depict Markey as a rubber stamp in a commercial. And it isn't on issue like health care so much as it is on "reading the bills" that needs to begin to take place.
I receive food stamps and I agree that there should be at the least an immediate cut in the amount of food stamps and it should only be allowed to buy healthy foods.
On social security, a couple years longer stinks for those of us who are not there yet but the truth is that people are living longer. And then I believe that social security should not be given to citizens who have a couple million in the bank regardless of what they put in; if the time comes where they run out of money then of course open their benefits up for them. Or just pay them a full amount without interests of the full amount that they put into Social security.
We need reform! I am for transition programs that transition people off of Social security and into paying jobs.
We get stuck on insulting each other and pointing blame and nothing gets done.
I strongly feel that we need to have government to promote healthy living especially where the government is investing in health care for all Americans.
I receive assistance, I would rather be working. The government has offered to give me a cell phone for free use over 30 times by mail and through a flood of advertising. This is wasteful spending.
I am all for government spending when it is needed to stimulate the economy, lets take this money and have our roads fixed.
I am for Gomez as I feel strongly that we need to send ALL OLD republicans and Democrats packing as they screwed it all up!!!! Long term Dems just become out of touch dinner party Dems.
Markey hasn't lived in mass for decades, he is way out of touch with reality on the ground as they say! When questioned about his water bill being non existent use, he explains that he encourages his friends and family to use the bathroom before they come back home in order to conserve water!!!
ENOUGH of the BS! Yes I want Obama to have the votes to get things passed but I want to see our leaders WORKING first and formost for all our citizens. Yes our Republicans have become obstructionists.
As Congressman Lynch, I believe that Gomez wants the job of Senator and again Markey just wants the title so he can get a better table at DC dinner parties is all!!
The Democrats take things for granted too much. They did this with Martha Coakley and now they are doing it worse with markey; the organization stood up for Markey and attempted to decide for the voter, we have to reject such arrogant behavior.
Let me be honest, Elizabeth Warren won Fitchburg because we fought hard and up till the last moment; and this extended across the state. She didn't glide into office as we stood and fought with her. Obama didn't slide into office neither as we fought long and hard to elect him.
I said this when Brown was down by 30 percentage points. They are wrong for taking us for granted because we are not rubber stamps as they are in office.
This is Gomez's to win or to lose. At present I feel that he needs to get out more often, he needs to embrace Independents and Democrats in order to win. He doesn't have to go liberal as much as he needs to speak to the people in a way that we can relate and feel respected and heard!

At present Gomez is in the shadows too much. June is a tough time for citizens to go to the booth, make sure they put in absentee ballots. Promote turnout.
And tell Markey to stuff it when he states to keep outside money out as most of his campaign workers had California plates and I am not lying as I was at the debates physically and saw them. He has an environmentalists push because he was put in the chair of that committee and NOT because he believed in environmental needs!
And another thing, Elizabeth Warren supporters POURED money into the campaign. Gomez is new to politics and needs to spend more in order to get name recognition! I like Elizabeth Warren and I think Gomez would be a better co-worker for Massachusetts with Elizabeth Warren as Stephen Lynch would of been.
The vote is out there for Gomez as he just needs to bring it to the voting booth. The Repubs ALL need to vote even if it is absentee votes due to the fact that they may be on vacation on election day. They need to have an absentee vote casted.
Then Gomez has to pick up on the Stephen Lynch energy as the people want a working Senator and not a dinner party Senator. Stephen Lynch was 100% for the working American!
Gomez needs to continue to point out as the papers in DC have always that markey and his wife have never missed a dinner party in DC. And hammer Markey and continue to force him to lie about telling his family and friends to use the bathroom before they get home in order to conserve water; Gomez needs to tell him "I mean come on now, ENOUGH of that BS as we all know that you were appointed to chair the environmental board because of your longevity in office and not because of your prior environmental record nor stance! Does he shower out in the rain also?"

To quote from Gabriel Gomez's site
" Gabriel sees politicians in Washington more willing to bicker and fight than to listen and learn, and too little gets done".
We need to stop blaming each other and insulting each other. if the Republicans want to get their strength back then they have to take with the people and not against them.
We do not want food stamps, We do not want SSI and we certainly do not want free phone service; WE WANT JOBS!!!!
It is time for America to grow strong again! I am for the pipeline if we can create AMERICAN jobs! I do not want to see foreign workers working on this project as that is just a slap in the face of unemployed Americans.
I am not totally against work and education visas but Honestly, we donot need to give so many out as most leave the US and will continue to do so. Kim Jong Unn went to MIT I believe! Enough!
Then the terrorists in Boston hated the US but we are giving them all our resources?? Enough is Enough! We need to FEED, EMPLOY and EDUCATE AMERICANS!!!!!!
In order for any illegal to become a citizen I would say that they must at the least take a polygraph test proclaiming allegiance to America and pay a massive fee over time to offset border security costs! And Use our military to force Illegal immigrant gang bangers onto buses and force them out of America!!

Gomez will never win if the Republicans continue to insult Independents and Democrats!
You cannot isolate segments of the population and tell them that they are not worthy or equal rights due to their CORI, their sexual identity, their skin color, their age, the way they dress nor due to their economic status.
Either Markey will win because Gomez fails to relate with the middle or chooses to ignore them. People will stay home.
A big portion of Dems and almost all Independents do not want Markey but all I hear is the consensus that people are waiting to hear Gomezs positions.
It is Gomezs to win or to lose, at present he is among the missing! He needs to create energy and then to motivate that energy. The voters are waiting on Gomez!

No body gives a care about your opinions Lynch. You're a convicted felon with serious paranoia issues. You're a joke of a human. You're a piece of garbage who still lives with his parents.
In short, you're the trashiest of white trash.

Lots of disabled people choose to work instead of receiving assistance. People in wheelchairs, mentally challenged and so on work at Walmart as greeters.
Why can't you?
#8 May 19, 2013
Hey, I knew a guy in a wheelchair that was quite succesful and pretty darn tough as well. He was a world class arm wrestler and was proficient in the West African martial art of Corpa Brnh...at least he could still excecute all the arm holds. Dont let an injury or disability bring you down. Be safe.

"A big portion of Dems and almost all Independents do not want Markey but all I hear is the consensus that people are waiting to hear Gomezs positions."
I'm sure we already know them, he's having John McCain join him and getting his endorsement, should go well huh?
#10 May 20, 2013
Your mother has that position. Your job takes a lot of talent huh?? LMAO,hahahahaha, stop it already! LMAO.
I was thinking that I could be deputized by Demoura to give tickets to those who park in handicap spots without a tag and to those who blow red lights and to those who donot pull over for an ambulance.
#11 May 20, 2013
Keep spewing COWARD as we all know you are too scared to give a fair one, huh? LMAO. COWARD. Set up a fair one bitch!
#12 May 20, 2013
Do you think that your mother regrets getting legless drunk and allowing the bar sweep to get her pregnant ? From what I have heard it is Fitchburg's secret as no one wants to tell the little bitch coward of Fitchburg that his real father was just a drunken donor who swept the bar floor for free drinks..
#13 May 20, 2013
Lynch, why would you need to be deputized? I thought that you worked for the FBI? Couldn't you pull traffic violators over on your bicycle? As far as confronting people whom you believe have violated parking rules, didn't you try that already? And get tossed in the slammer for the weekend? Somehow I don't think that this would work out.

That was called kidnapping.
All jokes aside. An FBI agent actually has to have skills. Yes, being a patrolman can be dangerous especially when these cities and towns hire some total meatheads to carry guns. But a patrolman really doesn't need to have any skills as quiet as it is kept.
Detectives need skills as do FBI agents but with all do respect being a Walmart greeter requires more skill than a patrolman.
Now Firefighters need to have many skill sets along with a requisite to be able to be physical in order to handle all the conditions that they may run into.
So kids, If you are looking for a very lucrative career along the lines of winning megabucks, then definitely go to school to acquire what you need to be an officer and go for Chief as these guys do not even fold the letters that they send out as their job entails. You can retire with 50 years left on your life with dark hair and no wrinkles. But many do not retire because it is like retirement while at work for more money.
Fire fighting can be lucrative but you must be in shape.
In all due respect can we STOP calling all these professions, "first responders?" A firefighter is a " Firefighter ", a police officer is a "police officer" and an EMT is an "EMT".
#15 May 21, 2013
I'll say firefighters have to be in shape. They never know when they'll be attacked on the street by a crazy ex con.
#16 May 23, 2013
I was grabbed from behind hero and lifted up while the attacker took two additional straight rights at me which I dodged.
You are opening up a can of worms that many do not want to open. They should see who you are and to tell you to knock it off.
#17 May 23, 2013
And if you are our Gardner friend then Fire fighters would be interested in telling you enough is enough from you. If this is you then they can ask their colleagues what they think about you in Gardner.

Mayoral hopeful arrested in fight
By Paula J. Owen TELEGRAM & GAZETTE STAFF
FITCHBURG — Mayoral candidate Kevin A. Lynch was being held until his dangerousness hearing in Fitchburg District Court today after he was arrested Saturday night for allegedly assaulting an off-duty Fitchburg police officer and a firefighter.
Sgt. Siomos said Mr. Lynch continued screaming at him and said,“You cops are all done. I’m going to get all of you...”
...Sgt. Siomos said he told Mr. Lynch to stay on the ground, but when he got up and went after Sgt. Siomos again, Firefighter P.J. Roy, who had been on call as an emergency medical technician at the fire station, put his arms around him to restrain him. Mr. Lynch then began striking him with his elbows to get away, according to police reports...
...In February, after Mr. Lynch announced his bid for the Fitchburg mayor’s post, he told a reporter he had been convicted of “a few assault and battery on police officer cases over a span of 20 years” when he lived in Boston. Moreover, he said, he was also incarcerated in 1992 for seven years in connection with a manslaughter case...
...In that case, Mr. Lynch said, a “few people” had come to his house for a party while his parents were on vacation, there was a fight and “somebody was killed in that fight...”
...There were seven co-defendants in the case, said Mr. Lynch. Mr. Lynch and his brother pleaded guilty, he said. His brother served two years in prison. All of the other co-defendants pleaded not guilty, he said, but two others “did time” and another co-defendant is serving a life sentence...
