It is a shame. When you state vulnerable the vulturs begin to circle. Instead of lending a helping hand they criticize and their true racist self comes out.

Again, you have stupid people who don't care about the place they live in. Many of them are young kids on welfare and end up trashing the place causing $5,000 to $10,000 to repair. They don't care, they don't own the place. They don't have to pay rent or security. It's all Section 8 housing.

No matter who runs the housing authority there is no way to control the type of tenants that they receive and control the damages that are done to the units.

Daily Horoscope for May 22

Pisces

Things are not always what they seem today, so be careful. Someone might appear to be completely honest but turn out later to have been fooling you in some way. Or a situation may seem quite clear-cut right now but forthcoming events will reveal that things are very different under the surface. So be wary about who and what you believe, and don't let anyone push you into making important decisions today because they may not be in your best interests.
