Scott Brown has been in office. he has VOTED AGAINST every pro-American jobs bill presented to congress.

This is a FACT. The Republican machine has enjoyed the "Majority" as they have used it to Obstruct every Democratiuc jobs bill!

They oppose health care for certain "poor " Americans! They oppose "food stamp" assistance.

Every last republican has supported the OUTSOURCING of hundreds of thousands of American jobs! They not only supported it but they profited from it!

This outsourcing has SIGNIFICANTLY narrowed the Tax base and CAUSED the FORECLOSURE stampeed!! Citizens just didn't all of a sudden stop paying their mortgages. they lost jobs that they held for decades to outsourcing!!

If you want to show your patriotism and christian values then you would vote against every Republican. What they have done to this country is horrible! What is more horrible is the fact that they have become so self serving that they have no problem destroying THOUSANDS of American families for profit!

If Romney wants to repent from his ways then he should take his annual 20 Million a year and to hire the equivalent in American jobs!

Instead these double talking republicans have caused this recession as they attempt to point the finger at President Obama?

They have FORCED President Obamas' hand in having to borrow from the Chinese so that Americans do not have to suffer and die in the street by the thousands!

And the Republicans have the gall to point at the democrats? You want to know who the communist party is? It is the Republican American traitor party. they count of gullible finger pointing Americans.

Have an open mind and think for more than ten minutes on a subject and research! To say that Scott Brown has created jobs is pure IGNORANCE as he has OBSTRUCTED every Pro-American/anti outsourcing bill presented to him for a vote.

Be honest!!! Point the finger of blame but get your facts straight first!

So I'm a cop? Anyone who disagrees with you or calls you out for your antics is automatically a cop? Business professionals, school teachers, doctors or nurses can't see that you're a moron?

You're mentally ill and should be on meds before you hurt someone again.

Kevin,

I'm going to give you one opportunity to redeem yourself...

You've made the statement that Scott Brown has voted against every pro-american jobs bill.

Please provide the jobs bills that were offered up in the Senate and his voting record. That would confirm your statement and redeem you.

I believe in Brown. If he did shoot down some bills it was probably because they were filled with extra baggage.

That is why I've asked Lynch to provide the names of the bills, so I can check them out. I agree that it is likely that the bills were filled with stuff that the Democrats wanted, and had little to do with creating jobs.

The Democrats are playing games with the unemployment numbers and our unemployment rate is much higher than is being reported.

It happens all the time Facts and both partys are guilty. They will present a bill but with a few extras squeazed in that has nothing to do with the title. That's why we have checks and ballances.

I have sais for many years that the entire methodology that our politicians use for putting through bills and creating laws is a disaster. They would claim that reviewing each proposed law and voting on it separately would take too much time, but I would argue that it is the adding of all of these extraneous things that takes too much time.

Either a bill can stand on its own merit or it can't, but always adding fluff is what got us into this mess.

Lynch continues to insust that Scott Brown voted against bills that would supposedly create jobs and I want him to prove it. If he cannot prove it, then he is just whining like usual.
Jobs bill facts

I have posted on this topic in the past. I wrote to every congressman/woman on this vote. "The American Jobs Act (S. 1549)(H. Doc. 112-53)[1] and (H.R. 12)[2] are bills proposed by US President Barack Obama in a nationally televised address[3] to a joint session of Congress on September 8, 2011.[4] He characterized it as non-controversial measures designed to get Americans back to work, and he repeatedly urged Congress to pass the bill "right away"; he also said that the bill would not add to the national deficit and would be fully paid for.

There are others also!

Elements of the proposed bill

The White House provided a fact sheet which summarizes the key provisions of the $447 billion bill.[15] Some of its elements include:
1.Cutting and suspending $245 billion worth of payroll taxes for qualifying employers and 160 million medium to low income employees.
2.Spending $62 billion for a Pathways Back to Work Program for expanding opportunities for low-income youth and adults. 1.$49 billion - Extending unemployment benefits for up to 6 million long-term beneficiaries.
2.$8 billion - Jobs tax credit for the long term unemployed.
3.$5 billion - Pathways back to work fund.[15]

3.Spending $50 billion on both new & pre-existing infrastructure projects.
4.Spending $35 billion in additional funding to protect the jobs of teachers, police officers, and firefighters
5.Spending $30 billion to modernize at least 35,000 public schools and community colleges.
6.Spending $15 billion on a program that would hire construction workers to help rehabilitate and refurbishing hundreds of thousands of foreclosed homes and businesses.
7.Creating the National Infrastructure Bank (capitalized with $10 billion), originally proposed in 2007, to help fund infrastructure via private and public capital.
8.Creating a nationwide, interoperable wireless network for public safety, while expanding accessibility to high-speed wireless services.
9.Creating additional regulations on businesses who discriminate against hiring those who are long-term unemployed.
10.Loosening regulations on small businesses that wish to raise capital, including through crowdfunding, while retaining investor protections.

In total the legislation includes $253 billion in tax credits (56.6%) and $194 billion in spending and extension of unemployment benefits (43.4%).[15]
Anti outsourcing vote

Fitchburg, MA

#16 Aug 3, 2012
The President Barack Obama-backed anti-outsourcing bill failed to muster the 60 votes required for senate approval. Fifty-six senators voted to kill the bill.

Had it been passed, the bill would have eliminated tax breaks for companies outsourcing services and manufacturing jobs to other countries and provided a 20 percent tax deduction on costs associated with closing outsourced operations and transferring jobs to the US.

I found it interesting that within the first couple minutes of researching this bill, I found an article where Jon Tester, a Democrat in the Senate voted AGAINST the bill and had this to say,

"We shouldnít be sending billions of dollars in bailout aid to states. And I canít support tax gimmicks that do little to create jobs and fail to address a much bigger underlying problem: The need for a big, broad and bipartisan plan to cut the deficit and to make sure we can pay our bills and rebuild our economy.

Moving forward, we need to focus on investing in the things that create jobs in this country: Our critical infrastructure, education, and research and development. We need significant but responsible cuts to government spending. We need a wholesale reform of our tax code to make sure that millionaires and corporations pay their fair share, and to make taxes more fair for working families. And we need to ensure that critical initiatives like Social Security and Medicare are built to last, so they can benefit our kids and grandkids.

This measure does none of those things. It is an expensive, temporary fix to a problem that needs a big, long-term solution. And I look forward to working together, putting politics aside, to find a solution thatís right for Montana and the nation."

Scott Browns voting record not ours! America WILL NEVER regain itself if Scott Brown and collegues continue to act as OBSTRUCTIONIST to pro-American jobs bills!

Who cares who introduces the bill! Americans want to work and their are zero opportunities which creates a need for government assistance!

Pass the anti-outsourcing legislation and take food stamps and SSI checks at the same time!!!!!

Increasing GDP will reduce the need for government spending! Playing with the fact that the US consumer spending is the most sought out in the world is ignoring our need to produce somethings for this market!

As the Worlds number one consumer spender we cannot be jobless and continue to borrow from China in order to stimulate the consumer spending!

"Free Enterprise" is the Republicans new war cry!!!!!

They are "vulture capitalist" who profit on the selling off of American jobs. America cannot sustain this vulture atmosphere!!

The Romneys and people such as Bain capital profitted by the Billions on outsourcing of American jobs.

Long term American corporations laid off Millions of workers. Hence the record high FORCLOSURES!!!!

If these American companies did not sell out the Americans who made them successful by outsourcing their livelyhoods then our economy wouldn't be such a mess!

These Republicans took away American Job opportunities and supported outsourcing under their war cry "Free enterprise" which is an obvious disguise for "vulture capitalism"!

Romney himself also supported illegals taking away American jobs as he hired illegals to paint and landscape his home in Massachusetts!!!

At 20 million a year he couldn't hire American landscapers and painters???? As a result these American painters and landscapers lost their homes through forclosure!

And then he points at them directly and states, "I want to take away your foodstamps, I will not extend unemployment benefits for you and I do not want you to have access to health care."

And you call this a "supporter" of "free enterprise"??? There are acts in place that bar corporations from being vultures against its workers!

They dismantle full departments in insurance companies and then rehire in india under different job titles! This is illegal!!!!!!!

The American workers and consumers made these American corporations successful!!!

And then Romney cries "Obama is against successful people." Really Romney?? So who do you have it out for? The American workers' health care, food stamps and unemployment benefits??

Romneys personal financial portfolio profits off outsourcing of these Americans jobs! STOP THE DOUBLE TALK!!!
