I love reading Lynch's incoherent and illogical posts. They are the things that Psych 101 classes are made of. He's obviously cycling right now, probably going a million miles per hour and in a hundred different directions.

If it weren't so funny I'd feel sorry for the idiot.

The light isn't going anywhere.

FITCHBURG -- One-time mayoral candidate Kevin A. Lynch on Thursday agreed to comply with terms of a 2 1/2-year pretrial probation on charges that he attacked an off-duty police officer last year.

Lynch, 42, of 48 Cedar St.,#2, is ordered to not commit any misdemeanor or felony crimes, to abide by any existing harassment orders, and to not publicly comment in writing about the officer, or the officer's family, in relation to the case. Lynch is also barred from pursuing civil action related to the incident against the Fitchburg police, JR's Pub or any of their employees.

Last March, Lynch was arrested on charges that he attacked Officer Kerry Siomos outside the North Street pub after yelling at Siomos and threatening to kill the officer and his family.

The charges of assault and battery on a police officer, assault and battery, disorderly conduct and threatening to commit a crime will be dropped after 2 1/2 years if Lynch complies with all terms.

Lynch was knocked off the mayoral ballot in a primary election in September.

I am starting my candidacy early. Our city is in total dysfunction. Management is very poor. The citizens of Fitchburg have been experiencing the worst economic burden over the last 5 years. All rates, taxes, fees and utilities are the highest in the entire state.
Mayor Wong has failed miserably. We are the only city that does not display holiday decorations. Our businesses are being closed down due to robberies and the high cost of doing business within Fitchburg.
The University is the only business that the Mayor is interested in assisting. The Block Grant funding has been wrongfully used for other things besides assisting small businesses. There is an anti- business atmosphere within Fitchburg. I believe that we need to strat with replacing the license commission with fair minded and pro-business motivations and beliefs.
Our unemployment rate is the highest in the state. The city is overseeing the biggest capture of residential properties in its history. I feel that we will begin to see the city selling citizens properties to third parties. Our elderly citizens who are the fabric of the community are being financially affected the most.
This city pays massive salaries to all its department heads. We need these department heads such as Demoura to put out 110% where as at present it is around 50% for the highest salaries in the state. In other words we need to hold these managers responsible and we need to demand more effort out of them or we need to search for new managers of these departments.
I walk down Main street almost everyday, I have NEVER SEEN Mayor Wong on Main street nor any city councilors. I haven't seen any city councilors nor the Mayor in tedeschis or other local shops. We need to see their presence on our streets. Maybe we could begin with a "Health Walk" where once a week they all particiapate in a three mile walk throughout Fitchburg.
The art community has always been in fitchburg and yes we need to promote this community as well as other community assets. Mayor Wongs solution is to have them draw on plywood to cover the closed stores so Main street doesn't look so much like an abandoned western town.
Lynch, you're in the middle of another bowel movement. Relax, squeeze, wipe, flush and then move on until the next one.

The good thing about this is that alot of people did not realize the type of mentally disturbed individuals that public safety has to deal with.

There are hundreds of them and many of them are frequent flyers in the police cruisers or ambulances.

This morning at 2am the police did an outstanding job as most of the sleepy head residents had their heads nestled in the pillows.

A car chase thru Fitchburg. The driver ran stop lights and stop signs. He ended up going the wrong way on a one way street. The police officer in pursuit apprehended the subject after he bailed out of his vehicle on Middle and Fourth Street.

The vehicle rolled to a stop. The officer arrested the suspected without any assistance and avoided any possible civilian injuries or casualties if he was able to get away.

Yea, the Mayor has done a lot for Fitchburg!! LMAO!!! The difference is so noticable that it is blinding!! Blinding with blue light that is/?
The University attorney is a big wig Boston guru who is paid unlimitedly by the state! So wehat are you saying, if they have a good attorney don't bother?? At this rate and at the agreeance with your non acting self african American citizens and woman would still not be allowed to vote!!!
I can tell that you are a person who needs the celebrity to smile at you! Who cares what the Mayor respects?? Hold her accountable!! It is a city bylaw by the way you Bone head! The city owns the sidewalk also! You cannot just plant a spot light on your front lawn and to shine it at high wattage into your neighbors windows,FACT jack!
They are once again playing the "we are the almighty card"!! They are arrogant by not addressing the issue. And by the way, I am not the only one that the Mayor has back stabbed as I have read a few posts from people in reference to her telling you one thing in person and then doing a nother thing! She is a politician not a leader! There is a difference!!! Or has this difference washed out of your brain also???
Lynch, I think that blue light could possibly be one of the hidden cameraís they're using too monitor your activities. Keep those curtains pinned together; invest in a wig, some high-heels and a couple Capriís. Oh! And get David some new bright white Nike's and a big gold Rolex. It's going to be a long while until the next political season.

I cannot comment on certain things as you need to evaluate for yourself outcomes!

I will tell you that the States ethics commission is reviewing the blue light and other University behaviors. It should be interesting.

When I bring the truth forward, the other side usually flinches and begins to cover up and stonewall. The University is no different. Once we requested some discovery that would reveal them as wrongful they immediately closed the shades, locked the doors and hid the requested materials.LMAO.

Remember, the truth will always prevail! And directly in mention of the blue light, I will keep you updated, I bet they change it so that it is less obstructive! Any wagers??

You're a moron. You aren't very intelligent. The ethics commission doesn't investigate things like blue lights. And if someone told you that then they were just trying to "yes" you.

As I have already mentioned, the states' ethic commission will decide on the University issue. We now have some space to deal with this issue.

Antonucci is in violation! They will use my record from 1992-1985 as reasons why they had to lock the fortress down and protect and hide the exculpatory evidence that they did not hand over. This was a smokescreen that they put out there as we are beginning to clear the smoke away. And guess what, they will now have to produce the requested documents!

There is a lot going to come out here, believe me as it will be interesting. They have felt that I was being dumped on so they got on the bandwagon. Now it is time to explain themselves.

Antonucci, I heard that Lynch looked at the blue light. Do you think that there may be threatening? As you know he has a past from 20-25 yrs ago!! I also believe that when he looked at the light that he may have been thinking about destructing it! This is called forcasting what Lynch is thinking, make sure you put that language into your percieved threat that Lynch may be "forcasting" destruction of the light and to prove that this "May" be what he is thinking take a look at his past your honor!!

Mr. Antonucci, maybe you should have that do nothing University police department to arrest the students and their friends who smash all the residents side view mirrors off their cars and then you could have a pool of subjects to ponder over!!

While I am at it. Is it really ethical for you to be on the board of trustees for Unitil while you are the president of a state run University? I don't know this answer but it doesn't seem right as Unitil is run as a monopoly and overseen by state regulators; just wondering! I could really use this answer as I intend on answering to the voters questions. This is a conflict of interests question that a voter had as I told them I would search out the answer.

They also told me that you had donated to the Wong campaign. This I told them I believe is ethically accepted and OK but that they may want to ask the commission for the answer.

You are correct as the two issues got mixed together in my discussion, I am sorry!

They are two seperate situations. One will be dealt with through the ethics commission as it already has a case number. The blue light will be dealt with either by the university compliance or it will be an issue for a judge to decide on.

The way that I look at the blue light is the fact that the University with Wongs' backing has acted ignorant and in total disregard to the citizens of Fitchburg. Even though it is the ONLY such light in the State of Massachusetts they feel that this is a "Lynch" issue.

They are wrong as the light affects all the immediate residents in the area as obtrusive and destructive. The light has harmed the home values for which it shines on! Take a ride by at night and look at its effect on all the immediate houses! Take a look down the sides of those houses also as the light submerges the entire houses!!

I feel that the mayor is dealing with this issue as she deals with all issues; she doesn't! All home values are negatively affected by this NEW light! And YES it is a city ordinance that the implanting of this light must follow!

You've got nothing to worry about regarding the duties of Mayor. The voters will never vote for you. Not as long as your rageful words are on these message boards for all to see. The voters, the seniors, will shudder when they see and read your barely coherent and rage filled rantings.

That's the trouble with putting things on the internet, they're there forever. Remember your hate filled fight with your ex-lady friend? Yep, those words will certainly be reposted by the likes of Stamos and others. The newspaper article about why you went to prison, why you recently got probation...will all be rehashed. You don't stand a chance.

I am liked by our elders. Elder issues are important to me unlike they are to Mayor WRONG! Raising their water and sewer rates? Raising their taxes? How exactly does this assist our elders? The Mayor squeezes their disposable incomes as our seniors are all stuck at McDonalds instead of at all the local coffee shops.

I will speek articulately and honestly to our seniors who are very important to me. I strongly feel that our seniors are exploited at present.

I don't say anything that I regret stating! The citizens appreciate that honesty! Dick Cheney told the Dem leader to go F himself. Seniors are aware of all of lifes situations!

I was called many things and I have addressed them all! If you call me any of these nasty lies I will ALWAYS answer to them all!

I strongly feel that the Mayor is using Fitchburg as a stepping stone. Fitchburg is not in better shape! We have the highest unemployment rate in the STATE. We have the most exiting businesses. insurance rates are the highest. Business are robbed or run out of town through the States HIGHEST operating costs!

The city has only helped the Univesrity and outside multi millionaire interests instead of its struggling citizens!!! I strongly feel that the Mayor does not care for the citizens of Fitchburg at all!!! When do you EVER see her walking down Main street??? NEVER!!!
