It is not called "punching you out" as it is assault and attack freely. It is equivalent to punching a wall when someone doesn't fight back.

"Then having you arrested"? To think that you were a police captain makes my point all the time. You act as a criminal and you speak openely about the fact.

So, utilizing the massive amounts of financial resources wrongfully is OK?

I have the right to file complaints and I will always file them. This is a civil way to approach any situation. If I see people to continue to abuse the parking at the FFD then I will file a complaint. I will not call 911 unless they are blocking the way for emergency vehicles.

If they are blocking emergency vehicles and/or making the street unsafe then I will call 911. This is the right way to go about matters as it is suppose to be safe for a citizen as opposed to knocking on doors yourself as some may take the opportunity to then say "I banged on the door too many times which they construed as very violent".

AS far as illegal parking is concerned it is still happening at the FFD but everywhere else it is not. Why does this continue at the FFD?
If I see it one more time I will file a complaint as something needs to be done. Always in the handicap spot, ALWAYS. If you notice at the FFD there is a "do not enter sign" at both entrances to the parking areas.
I went to a Ward meeting last week. There was two handicapped citizens present. They stated that there is no parking as there are signs not to enter.
And then you will never guess what happened, over the intercom came a license plate and a request to move the car.
What I do not understand is that they park in the handicap spot all the time when there are other open spots.
So we have a community room at the FFD but with signs at both ends not to enter. And certain exempt citizens parking in the handicap that are not handicap. Besides being illegal it is awful inconsiderate.
I may do an experiment. I may attempt to park in these spots myself and then go down to Dunkins for a coffee or better yet I will park my car there and take the commuter rail to Boston. Do you think I would be towed and fined heavily? Do you think that they would take my car and keep it for evidence allowing the bill to increase?
I bet such an ending cost would be roughly $3,000. So do you see it as an issue?
Good idea, go commit a crime, what is wrong with you?

I hope that someone runs for Mayor. Solomito is a good choice.

I encourage all to run for office. The lack of interest is discouraging.

I would run for Mayor or Ward 5 if I was healthy enough to do so. As it is I have been forcing myself and now it has come to an end.

You do have to have the want to help make Fitchburg a better and safer place to live. Fitchburg is worth it.

When I see graffiti on peoples property it makes me mad and disappointed. But it is a very good feeling when I see the people clean the graffiti off. They shouldn't have to do this but erasing the graffiti goes a long way at making the city a better place to live.

I will be volunteering as much as I can. I encourage others to pick up trash that you see on the sidewalk as this goes a long way also. Again, yes no one should have to clean another persons mess but it honestly does make Fitchburg a better place to live.

These small things all go a long way. I encourage citizens to continue to write the Mayor, city council and other department heads if you see trash buildup and or any other situation that needs to be addressed.

I encourage everyone to assist the police by calling in information or emailing them. Again, Fitchburg is worth the effort. There are many many wonderful people in Fitchburg.

Lets build a community.

Payments would of been made. But the reward has been pulled off the table.

$5,000 is a lot as it cost me much more, money which I was going to use to upstart my campaign for Mayor.

Stamos, ol' Pal,
I came up with THAT conclussion about 15 seconds after finding out that Mr Lynch had been used as a human punching bag by Chuckles The Cop and then was charged with A&B on Chuckles The Cop.
Here's how it all played out: Chuckles The Cop, his patrons and his family members had a good 4 year stretch or so of parking their vehicles on the tail end of North Street; damn near right smack dab in front of the emergency vehicles that had to cafefully navigate around the illegally parked vehicles. Mr Lynch caught wind of Chuckles The Cop's shameless behavior and he notified our proud Police Chief. Chieffie Boy told Mr Lynch that he would look into it. A year later; nothing had changed. Mr Lynch called the police station that fatefull night and demanded that the illegally parked vehicles got were towed. The Dispatcher called Chuckles The Cop's cell phone and told Chuckles that Mr Lynch was outside snapping pictures of illegally parked vehicles and he was demanding that they were towed. ChucklesThe Cop then came bounding out of JR's Bar and put himself face to face with Mr Lynch. The rest is history.
Of course, after the poop hit the fan; our proud Police Chief apparently stated that there was no need for Mr Lynch to get involved in the case of the illegal parking over at JR's Pub because an investigation was taking place. Just how in hell it takes over a year to investigate illegal parking certainly defides logic; but it goes a long way towardshelping to explain the FPD's poor trake record of solving crimes in general.
But Chuggles, Lynch said he was recruited, employed and conducting an undercover investigation of FPD corruption at the time. Was he lying about that, and if so then how can he be trusted with his version of events? And if he’s not lying then wouldn’t the FBI have gotten involved and helped him out with all his troubles?

And speaking of trust, according to a few on here you also have some trust issues, like stealing $15,000 from the Carpenters Union while Treasurer. And wasn’t Lynch also a carpenter one time working under the table for Andy while collecting his government benefits? So how can he, or you for that matter, when convicted of corruption yourself, be trusted with your take on it?

Boston-Area Carpenters Treasurer Pleads Guilty; Sentenced
Richard Dean Union Corruption Update United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners (UBC)
On April 19, Richard Dean, former treasurer of United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners Local 275, pleaded guilty in the Trial Court of Massachusetts District Court Department to nine counts of larceny from the Newton union. He then was sentenced to one year probation and was ordered to make restitution in the amount of $15,374. The plea and sentencing follow a probe by the U.S. Labor Department's Office of Labor-Management Standards.

There are 2 entrances that allow visitors to enter. The Williow Street entrance and the entrance further up North Street near the bank. These can be utilized by anyone. Authorized vehicles only sign is for people doing business at the fire station and to keep people from cutting through the parking lot to avoid the traffic light.

The EXIT across from JR's has been posted so a motorist doesn't enter when an emergency vehicle leaves. As the emergency vehicle leaves they turn on their "opticom" strobe light located on top of their vehicle and that changes the North Street/Main Street traffic light which has a flashing sensor on the top of it to "green" for the the North Street emergency vehicles. All other lanes of traffic instantly get the red light.

Exactly. So, why would a person of such "high caliber" as you deem in your odd character labeling would they park in the "only" handicap spot?

Do you park in handicap spots? I would guess not. They do it because they care for NO ONE but themselves.

Hi tweatle dumb, sometimes city workers will park in a handicap zone or a crosswalk. I've heard that when the police department recieves a threat call they don't worry about parking just protecting the public. I wish they would do it to ask you where my 5k is that you promised but they don't seem to care. Pay up!

I was dropped off. I did notice that both entrances from North street have do not enter signs. And for preventing people from passing through the fire station? Citizens wouldn't do this but drunk drivers would.I let you guess which ones would pass through illegally.

Others in the meeting were confused. I wouldn't think of Willow street as it was always a dark and dangerous looking area. I was shocked that they built student housing there. Is that place filled yet?

I was talking about off duty personel thatdoesn't even work at the station and their relatives who feel entitled to break the law.

It is very distasteful and disrespectful. But the area looks much more inviting as a new fire house should appear. It looks more professional with no motorcycles on the sidewalk.

I wish everyone at this fire house and those at others to be safe from harms way. I always have stated that Fitchburg has a very well trained Fire department.

Lynch-
Tough to refute your corruption bit, since according to you that definition is both broad and vague and generally applies (in your deranged view) only to those you believe are part of this massive conspiracy against you. Which is practically everyone, correct?(Although you haven't accused the National Police of Lichtenstein of any wrongdoing yet. But we'll see).

But how about your doing 7 in stir for manslaughter? Somehow this doesn't count?

We have met the buffoon, and it is Ye.

Are you running for public office again?

Or was Post No. 2 just for the edification of investigators from the Industrial Accident Board, the Department of Transitional Assistance, Mass Health, SSID, your probation officer and various insurance companies?

BTW, I'm sure that you have all of the incumbents quaking in their boots.

The Willow Street student housing was completed in September so it was not filled since college already started. The "private" owner says it will be filled by this September.

This a not a college owned building. These are luxury units that most students cannot afford. Currently there 25 students with persian (middle eastern) and India heritage living there and are Fitchburg State students.

The fire house is not new it is 12 years old. The architect screwed up and designed the visitor parking area in the rear and the main entrance in the front. Visiors have to walk around the building to get to the main entrance.

What sort of idiot would come up with a design like that? I've never gone to a Fire house but if I do I will park in front of the big garage doors. That's how I would design it if I were an architect. I also don't know who the idiot is who designed our house but there is no side door on either side! Yeah you can walk to the front door or go around to the basement but come on how stupid is that?
