And I will tell you the truth without shame; yes the firering of my brother did affect him greatly. And yes for their gloating I will admit that it hurt watching him go through what they unjustly put him through.
Seeing Antonucci cosign his dismissal without reason in a recession is more than appalling. It is still under investigation and a lawsuit hasn't been filed yet. No one wants to ever have to file a suit. It takes years as these administrators are not held accountable until after the years.

This is the mob mentality. I seen it in Boston for years. It is slimy. But they feel powerful that they are able to affect others negatively as they feel like enacting revenge.

As I told my brother, you are better off out of their as they are nasty people and karma will find there nasty ways as is the law of the Universe. Stay in a positive Universe and let the worms be worms as they will end up getting squished down the road justfully.

The law of Karma brings negative forces around those nasty people as they do unto others evil destructing things.

It may take years but I know that karma will visit them and it will be justice.

Lynch, you ask a lot of questions that can be answered by doing a little research. Go to the Assessor records to find out who got buildings and from whom. There is a link from the Fitchburg home page. As for your brother, there is no way the President of the University would co-sign a dismissal without cause. Someone is lying to you and I don't think it is anyone at FSU. This is no place to get answers. Every time you post anything, someone will hammer you about your 20 year old sentence to discredit you. So why put yourself through that? Do you really NOT have anyone to talk to?? Doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting different results is the definition of insanity. Try another approach.

DNA tests were never done, you're incorrect. And that man came looking for a party, not a fight. This is according to sworn testimony at the trial. Unless you have evidence to the contray kindly shut up. What you're posting is insulting and insensitive to the victim's family. You are only commenti based on the word of a convicted felon with an extensive criminal history, including a recent assault on a police officer.

then stop bashing lynch. It's a public forum and personally I am sick of seeing that lynch killed this man. The man came looking for a party and was asked to leave. He didn't. He started messing with lynch's brother. I think by the sounds of lynch's story that he never meant for that guy to die but lynch was protecting his family and it sounded like a horrible fight for all involved. I do think lynch sounds remorseful. He didn't want that to happen but it sounded very adrenalin filled and he was gonna protect his family no matter what ( as I would do) It may be insensitive to his family that I write these things but it's a public forum and frankly I'm sick of the forum being about that fight. It happened....some one unfortunately died and another man paid his time in jail for 20 years. I also have my reservations about the Fitchburg ( and Leominster ) police departments. I also witnessed corruption so I am glad lynch talks about the good ole boy network for all to know about. Not all college neighborhoods are this bad! There needs to be consequences. Your logic is stupid. Under your thinking maybe we should allow the students to drive the cruisers!
No one is asking for the partying to stop as there is a tolerance level. 5AM partying is not acceptable!
There always needs to be debate! You need to hear both sides. Brainstorming is always good.
You are narrow minded. Do you understand that the MAJORITY of home owners in the college area are constantly cleaning the area? When the students leave the area is cleaned immediately by the home owners!
So, you want all the homeowners to move out of the college area to make way for uncontrolled partying?
Do you even recall that a student murdered his girlfriend? Do you understand that there are bloody fights at these parties?
Do you know that they just made the girls dorm co-ed? Do you care? If you don't care then stay out of the conversation.
Do you mind that there are crack heads in Fitchburg? Do you know that there are gang members? Arm robbers? So if you don't mind them then there is no reason for you to comment.
If you are one who doesn't like citizens on welfare then I should just answered to you "then just move to wayland?"
You have no concept. You have zero reasoning ability! So college underage out of control partying is good?? Until a student dies, right? so let it go on till a student dies? This is your logic?
So is a student who doesn't party till 5AM a better student? Is it a good marketing for FSU that it is a partying University? Do you even know that it is already known for this?
There are many University neighborhoods that are controlled from such partying. Do you even understand this fact?
So, students should be allowed to party uncontrolled? Do you even have knowledge of the massive house fire on Highland ave that housed students? Do you even know that it was a drunkin students cigerette that burnt the place down?
I remember back in the 70's we went to a house party on Highland Ave. and my friend got kicked out so he lit the curtains on fire. Was that the massive fire you talk about? The party sucked anyway, so big deal.

5 a.m. isn't that late to party. It's still dark out and dangerous to walk home, so stay put and have another beer. And as far as the dorms being co-ed, who cares.

I love college. People who complain about it usually didn't have any fun because they didn't go to college, they live in a college neighborhood, and they're stupid.

It sounds more like you both share the same DNA and he has you fooled.

"We set forth the facts that the jury could have reasonably found based on the Commonwealth's evidence. In the early morning hours of July 13, 1992, the victim, Andrew Stephen McDonough, Jr., accompanied by two women friends and three male friends, set out to attend an "after party" in the South Boston section of Boston. The group saw two females standing outside as they approached 113 L Street, and it appeared to them that a party taking place there was possibly the one to which they were invited. They parked the victim's truck and went in to the party at the home of Brian and Kevin Lynch, whose parents were not at home. Kevin Lynch told the victim and his friends to leave the party because it was too crowded, and they did so without incident.

As the group was walking back to the truck, they encountered three individuals standing next to it, and a fistfight ensued between Paul Supplee, one of the defendant's friends, and Ned Morrissey, the victim's friend. As the fight continued, someone called for others to come out from the party. People poured out of 113 L Street, including the defendant, Tara Costello, Patrick Walsh, and others.[Note 2] On their way out, several people attending the party grabbed golf clubs from a golf bag that was being used to prop open the front door of the house."

Kevin

This is from your trail documents. What do you say about this??

The defendant Kevin Lynch struck the victim on the back of the head with a golf club, knocking him to the ground. The defendant then jabbed the victim repeatedly with the jagged end of a broken golf club, and used it as a spear, impaling the victim with it. Other individuals also pleading for him to stop. The attack lasted for several minutes, at which point the defendant ran back into 113 L Street, leaving the victim motionless on the ground. The victim died as a result of the injuries.

The medical examiner testified that the victim died of multiple stab and "chopping" wounds. The victim sustained a laceration to the back of the left side of his head which penetrated through the scalp to the brain. This injury was consistent with the victim's having been struck by the metallic head of a golf club. The victim also sustained a three and one-half inch deep stab wound to his back that pierced his diaphragm and entered his abdomen and was consistent with the victim's having been stabbed with the jagged end of a broken golf club.

The victim also had several abrasions and bruises over his face, eyes, nose, and ears that were consistent with blows from a blunt object, and numerous stab wounds that were consistent with having been caused by the broken end of a golf club shaft. One stab wound was consistent with a jagged instrument passing completely through the victim's right arm.

If this is Debbie, I am telling you that I am bringing civil suit immediately if you do not take these back now. If it is not Debbie then you need to identify yourself so I can bring you to court.

What is stated here is a lie. I was bare fisted and bare feet out in the street outside my home. This group came to my house and entered into my house. My house was a four floor townhouse as they were attempting to put there beers in the fridge when I told them you need to leave as you do not know anyone here and no one knows you, I do not want any trouble. This group wanted to fight, I attempted numerous times to quell a fight but they were INTENT on fighting no matter what, they were persistant as was their MO. This group was well known for entering parties and then smashing the houses and fighting inside. They were KNOWN leg breakers for Whitey Bulger.

Do you even know what it entails to be a legbreaker? They plan attacks on others. They are masters of the sucker punch.

I never had a weapon in my hand and I was nowhere near this man when he recieved any stab wounds;FACT! This means that I had ZERO control over the actions of another!!! I was fist fighting a heavy weight professional boxer standing 6.3 and weighing 225 pnds solid.

Fighting this man was a challenge. I was involved in fist to cuffs with many others during this incident. In fact the man who got killed swung and hit the man who ended up spazzing out and killing him squarly across his jaw breaking it. I grabbed the golf club as the man was swinging it further then I was punched from the side and then I went to fight that man. It was a donnybrook.

This incident was very unfortunate, I never wanted to see a man killed. All witnesses stated that the entire incident was total chaos, confusing and an all out donnybrook. I have much empathy for this mans family.

You have constantly come on here and bashed me concerning this case, changing the facts constantly. As another mentioned, I had many different blood types on my clothing and NONE of which was the victims. One was mine and there were atleast four other types. This means that MANY people were bleeding which further backs ALL the witnesses testimony that it was an all out donnybrook which means you hit anyone and everyone that is not someone you know!

You are purposefully misleading people again! Let me tell you. Since 1993 I have not touched any alcohol nor drugs. I have not fought anyone since. Yes, it did affect me. I have done what I can to completely change myself in every regard.

I understand more than anyone how things can quickley get out of control and then add in drugs and alcohol and forget about control at all! I figure that If I do not drink nor drug I can control things better this path I have chosen for the rest of my life.

I have taken a beaten in order to avoid a repeat of what happened that night. I have been involved in a very similar situation when I was with a friend and their were many others on the other side. I took the beaten as best I could in order to control the level of that incident.

Yes, I had arguments in disagreeance with my lawyers concerning talking to the press. I said, I want to give our side and they said No, no one talks to the press as they will twist everything that you say. I stated "it cannot be any worse than the twisting that they are doing now"!!
This was the fifth day that parties took place as my parents were on vacation. There were ZERO incidents during the other nights. This incident occurred after midnight. This group knew EVERYONE in that neighborhhod as it is only 1 square mile and I lived on the Main street.
Many people went through hell concerning this incident. As I mentioned they shot a 357 through my Mothers bay window as she ducked bullets on two seperate incidents. They stuck a gun in my fathers' face. They broke down my mothers front door atleast twelve times. They broke in the gargae doors which are attached to the house.
My father followed the gunman into L street bar which was the bar in the movie Good Will Hunting. They hid the gunman in the back room as the police arrived. This was not your neighborhhod quiet bistro.
This group hung out at that bar which was just a few doors away from my house. They knew exactly where they were going! And I have guessed that they went there with a purpose which I have explained why I think that already.
My cousins cousin was sitting on his porch diagnal from my house and he had a pistol on him. I have asked many times why he didn't get involved and fire the pistol in the air. He said he knew that that group was a very bad crew as the reason why he didn't get involved in firering the gun in the air. I believe that that was the only way that this incident could have been avoided if someone had a gun and fired it in the air.
Whitey Bulger wasn't on Americas Most Wanted for no reason. He was deadly and then add in the connections to the FBI and the fact that his brother was Senate President that headed the anti-mob task force! It was a very tough neighborhood.
At the time of this incident I was involved in something that this group was involved in as it created a very serious conflict of interests as far as this group had concerned itself. This wasn't "oops wrong house"!

I was told that only 25% of these apartments were filled. Do you know if this is correct? If this is fact then either the student population is the same or it actually decreased which is trouble for these new housing buildings.
The empty local apartment houses where just renovated in the last year and now they are empty. These homeowners put a lot of money into these houses. How will they be able to continue to pay there mortgages, taxes and water and sewer bills?
I feel that the City should of evaluated the area and encouraged more home maintenance in this area.
The grafitti is still on the side of the University dorm building. If my brother was still managing these dorms that grafitti would be off instantly. It is the only grafitti in the area.
I want to clean it off but the University police will come after me if I attempt to clean the grafitti. Across the street I clean the grafitti off of the new siding as it looked ghetto.
It is like they don't care. The University did spend alot of money on renovation the dorm and did an awesome job. Then they planted a blue light in front of the building that reflects across all the beutiful columns! It looks like blue spray paint.
I requested for them to put a lower wattage of a bulb so it didn't reflect so obnoxiously and they got stubborn because I made the request. They are like spoiled children.
Who cares if they have this light. It is the reflection. The one at the University gym is half the wattaged and half the reflection.
I watch these parents drop their kids off at the new dorm as they look at the shotgun grafitti on the building and shake their heads.
In ending, I don't mind these parties as long as they end at 1:00Am which they used to. Last year it was 5AM and the University police allowed it because they were too busy watching the blue light!
They spent more money protecting the blue light as they park right across from it. I truly believe that they are waiting for me to break it which isn't going to happen. It doesn't reflect onto my home but in the back through the other affected homes.
I will be honest though. If that light reflected in my windows like it has on the neighbors homes I would have broke it if they didn't fix it upon request.
One neighbor that it affects moved around his entire living rm and put wider shades up and it still shines through. The other neighnor it shines through his entire living rm on the wall like a projection TV. Their is no purpose for this reflection as you can see a blu light from blocks away. It only reflects on a few homes. With a much lower bulb that doesn't reflect you could still see the blue light from the same difference.
What bothers me is the fact that these neighbors have family members that are employees at the University and they fear reprocusion like they seen with us.

No one is saying he doesn't have a right to voice his opinion. Most of us don't agree with his opinions and THAT IS OUR RIGHT. Lynch has done nothing but critisize the FPD, he mentions names makes accusations without any proof what so ever. Since he has made himself a public figure by running for mayor his past is a concern as is any public figure. He has lied about his past and changed his stories many times on this forum. He is a glutten for punishment. He wants Fitchburg to be something that it was 50 years ago, an idustrial mecca. He can't get it through his head that Fitchburgs days as a city of industry is long gone. Fitchburg is not located in the type of area that mordern corporations want. He wants to move the airport, fire the FPD, build a highway right through the city. His ideas would cost 100's of millions of dollars and he has no ideas on how to pay for it and this from a person who constantly whines about high taxes. The problem with Lynch is he doesn't get out much, he thinks Fitchburg is the only city in the country with crime, drugs, financial issues, bad politics ect. What he doesn't understand is that Fitchburg is actually better off financially than many other cities and towns across the country. The Mayor has had to make some tough decisions in a very tough economy. When she took office Fitchburg was on the brink of bankruptcy, it is now in the black. As far as the college, Fitchburg State has been around alot longer than Lynch, he chose to move to the heart of a college neigborhood. FSU is a daycare school compared to other colleges, maybe he should go move to Amherst and live around UMASS, then he'll really find out what a reall party school, with 25k students is like.
