Since this move is considered "temporary" until a financing method s determined to pay for a new City Hall, why pay rent or exhorbitant tenant fit up costs? Move to a building owned by the City.

Why not use a section of B.F. Brown? A couple of temporary walls and Wong will be good to go.
Truth be told

Wong is so good she could run the city from another state. If you think about it she's not as savy as Obama. He spends more time in Africa than the White house and he is running everything in the United States.
Really

That was suggested by someone who was interviewed the day the news broke. It turns out that the biggest obstacle is the distance from the servers (computers) that are staying at city hall and moving the FATV drops for televising the council meetings. There are many configurations possible - all with different costs and issues. Also, there is a plan being formulated (as we speak or type) by the CDC to develp BF Brown into artist lofts. I believe the plans are pretty far along, but the project is several years out.

Daily Horoscope for May 25

Libra

You have a tremendous amount of nervous energy today and you need to find positive ways of expressing it, otherwise it could make you rather irritable and restless. Ideally, you should do something physical, such as going for a brisk walk, cleaning the house while working up a sweat or getting your money's worth out of the gym. Don't take out your frustrations on people who don't deserve them.
