Not enough courage to use her real name. The nearest she got to using her real name was "I Might Be Rachel". Was it courage or foolishness? This forum would run merely one page, instead of nine, if it weren't for her alleged anonymous defensive diatribes.
I was going to let it go, but she's taken the opportunity to step up her attacks, so what the heck.

She's been exposed and she quit, the people of Fitchburg won!

What I predict is an escalating barrage of attacks by her, under every name but her own.

Notice if you will, her more current wave of post have a Boston IP address. Now she'll call us the paronoid ones, she's so easy to predict.

The great people won the battle!

You are welcome and thank you. I will go ahead and list you as an upcoming guest. This season I am planning to have a small live audience for all interviews with mayoral candidates. Is there anything specific you want included in the press release?

The show airs live at 7pm on Thursday so you need to be in the studio between 6:30 and 6:45 for audio and lighting check. The studio will be closed at 6:45 to additional audience members.
Parking is best in the lower lot (next to the garage) and the main entrance is accessable to all.

Hi Rachel,

I just want to confirm that you will be the guest on Politically Speaking on Thursday, March 12 in the FATV studios.

This 1/2 hour interview will air live at 7pm so please be in the studio between 6:30 and 6:45 for camera and audio check.

Since this is our first interview, I expect to ask mostly questions that are informational in nature. For example how long you have lived in the community, why you want to be mayor and what is your background. I will reserve more issues based questions for future interviews.

This year I have chosen to have all interviews with mayoral candidates include a small studio audience. Please feel free to bring a small group of friends and supporters with you. Space is limited, so please have them arrive in advance of the interview.

I look forward to meeting you and having this conversation.

Hi Donna,

Thanks for the invitation. However, considering that this is not an impartial venue, I'll need to pass.
I will be delighted to debate the incumbent in front of a live audience in a traditional public venue.
All the best, and enjoy the campaign. It's going to be great fun.

Hmmmm. Looks like blackmail to me. And it does look like you need to get someone to investigate your email problem at FATV. If you're going to use it as official correspondence, you might want to make sure you receive your emails on time.

Reminder though, isn't it, that FATV is not a media outlet. It is not regulated, not required to be "fair and balanced" and you WERE Wong's campaign treasurer, were you not?

I'm surprised she agreed in the first place before you sandbagged her with "the new live audience" format. An honorable "journalist" would have made that clear up front rather than "I'll tell you after you accept" ... see your emails.

By the way, I'm the poster. And my physician can attest from my recent prostate exam that I'm not Rachel.

Your bias is showing, Donna. It isn't attractive. And it really isn't becoming for the BUSINESS MANAGER of a non-profit business to be so ... b*i*t*c*h*y.

Save it for the mud wrestling arena. Now THAT'S one I can enjoy watching!

Now's your chance.
No, we haven't met, but we have interacted, and both agreed and disagreed, both here and on other forums. When we agree, she runs with it. When we don't, well, you see what happens.

We NORMAL people understand what she's about to put you through and we will see right through it.

Again, thank you.

Even interviewers in "fair and balanced" media outlets have been known to ask tough, probing questions. That's RR's true fear.

You showed your hand a bit early in the campaign, Donna. Having tipped that you'll withhold the setup of the program until after the invitation is accepted, and then conveniently "losing" an email to claim someone "backed out" .... that's pretty small town and old hat.

So how do you think you'll handle the next candidate?

And then to fall into the trap that "everyone who posts in favor of RR must be Rachel"?

Are you the Campaign Treasurer for this campaign?

It's ok to choose sides, Donna. But the honorable thing is to actually let people know which side you're on.

Anything else is sneaky.

Kind of like the Director of Communications (press secretary) for the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation (a Democratic appointed position, not a competitive civil service job) choosing not to disclose that to his blog readers who continued to believe he was some kind of journalist.

You guys have every right to choose a side poltically and support your candidate.

It's just too bad you try to play the voters for fools. Why do you need to sneak around?

Just sayin'

I get it. You're really RR pretending to be a troll to get sympathy aren't you?

Maybe she's tapped your phone. Or reading your thoughts.

Be very afraid!
