Honestly? Now all of the different agencies are blaming each other for the poor boy. The parents are on the books in multiple states as being dangerous but somehow they still receive Govt checks every month?.

"The report found that DCF asked the agency from the other state, which was not identified, for its information on the Oliver family in 2011 —but never got a reply until after the boy disappeared."

“The Oliver family had a history of serious child protective concerns in another state that did not follow the family to Massachusetts,’’ the report said.“Although DCF investigators in Massachusetts were aware of this history and requested more information in 2011, the child protective agency in the other state did not respond.’’

Let me guess....... Connecticut is that state and where the missing boys father had a restraining order put on him on him for abusing both his wife and children?

Wonder if the dead beat drug dealing dad got himself a bus ticket and will be in town for the scheduled search tomorrow?

Connecticut is known fro not sharing info with any state if it can help it and mass is well known for being lazy and giving up after the first try, hence why the parents have to pay expensive lawyers to do the states job for them. i had the same issues with my sons case with DCF and probate court. his mother had a new boyfriend move in without my knowledge, tried to hide it from me, and i come to find out hes been in jail for 7 years prior, and was running from the cops as to why she had him move in to hide him, not only that but he kept posting himself with shotguns and hand guns on fb as she did, glorifying him in the same house my son lived in. nothing was ever done, cops didnt even care, and i was told to grow up! he eventually got caught (because "hardcore ganstas!" dont give 2 shits if they cause trouble or go to jail), was caught by bounty hunters and spent half a year in jail, and was allowed to move BACK in even thought the court found him guilty of all claims. once this was brought up in a ex party hearing, the judge and the state records even after asking Connecticut for records, had nothing on him, he later began to post social website statuses laughing about the ordeal and even after bringing these statuses as proof hes admitting to the entire ordeal, nothing was done except i was told i was "overreacting" and sense my exs family said hes fine without any proof, they allowed it. so its not just DCF, its worcester probate and family court, but the state will be damned if they allow that part of the entire thing out, as im sure is the same exact outcome of why this child went missing in the first place, this is NO SURPRISE. NO AGENCY in mass does their job right because nobody fears punishment in this state, and nobody even bothers to check on their employees anymore, just keep money flowing and turn your head the other way. why hasnt anybody even talked about the court? is it that taboo to even speak of it? unreal.

sadly yes, again, the higher ups have to do their job for anything below them to be done right and by the law. if you had any idea how many felons spend years in jail still collecting ssa payments, you'd want to go on a spree. but also, it has nothing to do with their income. they cant just cut them off, and if they are non white trust me, there are hundreds of ways to claim discrimination and they would sue. im sure they are still collecting as we speak. again, lazyness of massachusetts. why you think duval keeps trying to act so damned concerned? he isnt. he just wants attention on him, on dcf, and off the courts and his own administrations failures. cant expect much from another guy from chicago.

You do not receive fuel assistance? You do not receive food stamp assistance? Have you ever? How old are you? Section 8? I am not putting you down but the facts of life would reveal that you do not have much of an education and you haven't experienced much.

There are some people out there who have been out of work for many years and it isn't their fault. You obviously are lucky enough to have a job.
