Oh Ya why are you banned from FSC
Ready, I am going to tell you s.l..o...w.l.y..

There is a good ole boy network within Fitchburg. Some of their members are intertwined within FSU as well as there board of trustees, ect... These members began a campaign of harrassment against my brother. One incident a FSU employee, possibly a FSU police officer(fat), gave my brothers' work number to an employee with the fPD who also happened to be a "good ole boy" member. That member inturn abused and harrassed my brother at 3am.

Upon notifying the FPD, the University was then informed. In the mist of it his boss mentioned my name and chastised my brother. Another incident involved Mr. Tascas' daughter. Through conversation, my brothers' fellow employee stated, "why would you think anything else as you do understand that Tasca hates your brother?"

In the meantime, my brother had been given great reviews and great departmental reviews. My brother, sensing all the hostility towards me went to his boss and asked him about his job to which Mr. Bry stated "Joe, you are a permanent fixture here, everyone loves you and you are doing a great job". Then out of nowhere they fired him.

I assisted him in requesting documents. They were in direct communications with me. We then asked for copies of the hard copy emails. Upon doing this we were both sent a notice from their cheiftan notifying us that we were bared from the property. They pointed to a letter that I sent to Mr. Antonucci. Within this letter I had wished that whoever was responsible would have a "miserable Christmas" as they had fired my brother just before Christmas. My brother really liked his job, he made everyone above him look real good as his employees had worked very hard for Joe. He was having a tough time with the dismissal especially around Christmas so I figured that I would reply with the same gesture.

I also stated that the person responsible was a "jellyfish". This is a few paces behind "a waste of flesh" which the POS has called me out here, which you have stated is not threatening at all.

Without the "network" connections having to state my record from 20 years ago, I figured that they had it all written down on their index card in their purse. We have also been told that they have posted a picture of us both at the University police station.

I guess this Cheif didn't like hearing the truth online here either as I frequently stated that this force under his command was completely inept and irresponsible.

So in all, it is the "good ole boy network" who was smirking on Christmas as they felt that they got to me. What they actually did in the real world which the rest of us live in is completely unjust!

There is a civil action in the works. We feel confident that those responsible will be held accountable for their unjust actions! Oh yea, I forgot, in the same letter I clearly stated atleast twice that this will all be settled in a court of law.

Abuse of power can be a cruel tool when used. It may take years for those responsible to feel the karma but justice will prevail as it did in the Penn State case. Too much power is given to the heads of state universities and it has no checks and balances just the resilience of those harmed to stay focused and committed as the process has abuse of power obstacles along the way.

No, numbers 1,3,4,8 and 9 are all not true at all.
Number 2 is written the wrong way that falsly implies that I killed a man.
Number 5 is true. Number 6 is partly true as I am involved in a work transition program.

I was responsible for fighting,PERIOD! Over 20 years ago I was involved in a fight which was started by the other side after I asked them to leave my house and stated to them that no one wanted trouble and no one had a problem. They didn't accept that answer as they began to punch out young kids at will as they were well known in the city for doing all the time.
But your version of the murder you were involved in isn't what's on record. And how come you didn’t call 911 to help that guy who was dying on the street in front of your house?
"In the early morning hours of July 13, 1992, the victim, Andrew Stephen McDonough, Jr., accompanied by two women friends and three male friends, set out to attend an "after party" in the South Boston section of Boston. The group saw two females standing outside as they approached 113 L Street, and it appeared to them that a party taking place there was possibly the one to which they were invited. They parked the victim's truck and went in to the party at the home of Brian and Kevin Lynch, whose parents were not at home. Kevin Lynch told the victim and his friends to leave the party because it was too crowded, and they did so without incident.
As the group was walking back to the truck, they encountered three individuals standing next to it, and a fistfight ensued between Paul Supplee, one of the defendant's friends, and Ned Morrissey, the victim's friend. As the fight continued, someone called for others to come out from the party. People poured out of 113 L Street, including the defendant, Tara Costello, Patrick Walsh, and others.[Note 2] On their way out, several people attending the party grabbed golf clubs from a golf bag that was being used to prop open the front door of the house.
Outside, fistfights broke out among several people. The victim became separated from all of his friends except Theresa White. Several members of the group from 113 L Street approached and surrounded the victim, attacking him in concert. Some of the attackers struck the victim with golf clubs. The defendant struck the victim on the back of the head with a golf club, knocking him to the ground. The defendant then jabbed the victim repeatedly with the jagged end of a broken golf club, and used it as a spear, impaling the victim with it. Other individuals also struck and kicked the victim as he lay on the ground, pleading for them to stop. The attack lasted for several minutes, at which point the attackers ran back into 113 L Street, leaving the victim motionless on the ground. The victim died as a result of the injuries."
The medical examiner testified that the victim died of multiple stab and "chopping" wounds. The victim sustained a laceration to the back of the left side of his head which penetrated through the scalp to the brain. This injury was consistent with the victim's having been struck by the metallic head of a golf club. The victim also sustained a three and one-half inch deep stab wound to his back that pierced his diaphragm and entered his abdomen and was consistent with the victim's having been stabbed with the jagged end of a broken golf club. The victim also had several abrasions and bruises over his face, eyes, nose, and ears that were consistent with blows from a blunt object, and numerous stab wounds that were consistent with having been caused by the broken end of a golf club shaft. One stab wound was consistent with a jagged instrument passing completely through the victim's right arm."

AND-

The Boston Herald yesterday obtained confidential criminal offender records for Kevin A. Lynch, 22, of South Boston and Kevin M. Dahl, 20, of Weymouth, who are said to have the most extensive criminal histories among the nine accused of fatally beating and stabbing [Andrew McDonough], 23, Saturday.
Both Lynch and Dahl were named by homicide detective Sgt. William Mahoney as participants in the attack on McDonough, who died two hours after he was found in the street with stab wounds and other injuries.
Mahoney, testifying at the defendants' arraignment Monday, said witnesses saw Lynch kicking McDonough in the head in the 2 a.m. assault, which occurred after McDonough and some friends reportedly were turned away from a party at Lynch's home on L Street.

This was not what happened as it was proven not to have happened the way that this states! The jury heard both sides and unanimously made a clear decision that the incident did not happen in this fashion at all!

We were told not to talk to the media as they would just twist our words, so we didn't. I was 100% against not stating anything after this article was printed.

I can relate. When my brother got fired from Circuit City I freaked right out and started writing them letters I even called the Manager a goldfish! They gave me this lame excuse like 'we are going out of business'. That's when I really blew my top and started sending them e-mails!!

I even sent letters to the Mayor and police chief of Leominster. I also sent letters tho the FBI requesting a full investigation of why Circuit City fired my brother.

After receiving no response I went to the store to confront them face to face. Wouldn't you know it, the door was locked and the store was empty! I called 911. I showed those COWARDS I'm not someone you want to mess with!! It looks like I won again!

If you really believe that your civil rights are being violated on this forum just wait to see what the Boston Herald and Boston Globe will do to you once they dig into your background, all your lies will be confirmed. Your family will be dragged throught the mud. It seems to me if you are serious about running for governor you really don't care much about your family otherwise you wouldn't risk putting them through the grinder which is exactly going to happen if you go through with this twisted fantacy. I hope your family sees this as a serious cry for help and get you committed ASAP.

The Boston Globe I trust will write an honest article. The Herald however did print the false story about the incident 20 yrs ago so they may attempt to support their false story that was disproven in the end! It was Peter Gelzinis, so maybe you can write him and ask him. Ask him if he did a follow up after the trial as some of both sides was heard?

I am strong willed. I have friends in Boston, Worcester and Springfield. Unfortunately I hadn't set up connections in Fitchburg prior to my campaign. It was my first campaign as I wasn't prepared for the corruption that flooded against me. But it did expose a lot in Fitchburg.

Politicians are generally afraid to speak straight forward and honest. They tend not to take a stand for what is right. Yes, it is an establishment in and of itself, both Dems and Repubs are equally responsible for the mess that they made America into!

The Repubs are completely loyal to big corporations and completely funded by them and by those invested in them. The Dems do present American jobs bills that the Republicans shoot down constantly. What the Dems fail to do is to hold the Repubs responsible in front of the American people. They need to get direct!
