Louney stone walled an investigation of police misconduct and harrassment of me and a friend of mine. Wow, he was a consistent criminal.

Louney is the worse thing that ever happened to the city of Fitchburg. He destroyed the police dept, brought the moral down to it's knees and made everyone there feel like a piece of s___. Let the investigation continue and the people will find out exactly what he did. Money---what money ????
I heard the patrolmen would call these guys "the three corrupt kings".

Well its about time someone or something finally got this person (Louney) off the job. In the entire time that I worked at that department, I experienced him make a lot of decisions that bordered on craziness. Yes, he was smart, but he had no common sense. He should have never, never, been in a leadership position. Another typical example of a book worm.gon bad. Louney gave many of us cops a hard time for nothing and he is responsible for the department going backwards and not forward, for example not letting other agencies into the city, like the state drug unit. Ordering officers to stop investigations. Check around and you will find out its true. Talk to any officers and they all have horror stories about him.(how about smashing a police radio and not paying for it, cause he was mad) Louney was impressed with his own importance, he impressed no- one else. The atty general should also look into his actions of the past. Good Bye Markie..no one wants u back. KODOS to FPD, now its onward and upward.
I heard he was misapropiating funds?

This scum hurt this city more than anybody will ever realize. We had some hard working cops trying to make this city a better place to live. We needed help doing this by calling in outside agencies like the state police gang unit, ATF, state police Det. units, INS, and many others. Louney wanted all these agencies out of the city because he wanted complete control. Law enforcement knows that you all have to work together to get the job done. Louney was never a cop, so he just didn't know. Good bye scum !!!
Tasca was he buddy,right?

Finally, a tyrant has been removed, for just cause, from our fine city. Its a shame the city had to pay you so much money over the years, for all the BS that you caused. Listen "MARKIE",here is the real truth, about what the public should know about you and all the hurt you caused FPD.
You would not make a pimple on a good cops rearend, you were impressed with your own rank, made everyone jump thru hoops, were always right, no matter what, ruled by intimidation, you had no common sense at all. You caused the city to get sued because of your stupidity and your super ego. In my opinion (and others) you were and still are borderline crazy. You are responsible for the department going backwards by removing other agencies from working in the city. You destroyed morale, ruled by fear, destroyed radio equipment you never paid for or disciplined for, to this day, because you had serious melt downs and fits of rage. No "MARKIE" you dont get away with it anymore, we still visualize you as an IDIOT, who loses control, sometimes for no apparent reason. Someone should have put cuffs on you a long time ago for all the transgressions you, and others committed. You have no respect for other agencies, such as the State police drug unit, gang unit, ATF, DEA,and drug task force. You ordered officers to stop investigations. You tried to stop anyone who didnt have your point of view and kiss your rearend. You were always right, in your eyes, no matter what the circumstances. You threatened anyone who wanted to do a good job. You were always impressed with your own importance, but we were not. As a matter of fact, the majority of us labeled you a self centered idiot, somewhat deranged and or crazy, heatless with no respect for anyone or anything. Listen "MARKIE" you have to earn respect, which you never, ever did. You were a bitter tyrant and your petty, sometimes childless meltdowns, caused problems for the city and entire department.
LISTEN MARKIE, here is your DIRECT ORDER:Leave now, never come back, never intimidate anyone else for no reason, you have no more control or authority over anything or anyone. Now its time for payback, for you to be on the receiving end of the tons of turmoil that you have created and caused all these years. Now its time for all the good officers to be able to do their jobs move forward, without anymore of your BS and interference. My only regret is that it took so long to expose you and finally terminate you.
Now Tasca has followed; I still think there was enbezlment involved

If all of this wrong doing was going on by this man or any other man/woman in FPD, I find it quite sad and disturbing that the officers didn't blow the whistle on him to the AG's office if no FPD superior would investigate and resolve the situation.
One unethical officer gives all officers a bad rep
with John Q. Public. Shame on the people in power in the Burg that knew what was going on with him and his "indiscretions" both on the job and off, and turned their heads to avoid airing FPD dirty laundry.
As a Fitchburg resident, and as someone who works in and around police officers and respects them I find this situation very troubling on all levls.
FPD police thyself, heal thyself and make sure this never happens again. Then you will have the respect of the people you were hired to serve.
Jam/John Q. Public I guess it happened again. Someone stated "the three corrupted Kings"; maybe they meant captains or maybe they were working for the Kings.

The bashing based on information some of us have at our disposal certainly justifies some the comments made here...this ex police officer is and was a disgrace with respect to the badge he wore and the oath he took to uphold the law. It's good that he is gone...we can only hope that the state Attorney General will continue to look into this person so he doesn't get away with those things he's done.
It is likely it won't be investigated which is too bad, but at least he's gone.
They are not stopping there; Louney,Tasca,Kearns and .......... guess who??The forth is a patrolman.

You seemed to have an inside knowledge that you seen all this coming. Louney,Tasca and kearns seem to have been triplets when it came to committing larceny! I think Louney and Tasca will testify against Kearns stating he was the ring leader!

Hi Retired FPD,
Thank You for the years of service you provided in our city. Based on posts on this forum and some information I recently received from an extremely reliable source, this ex police officer should have never been a police officer. Several people indicated that he was intrumental in preventing drug arrests in our city, and I can only hope that we can repair whatever damage may have occured with the outside help we had received from other agencies, so we can enlist their assistance in cleaning up our city.
It is quite disappointing that a person doing these sorts of things can exist within a police department. It kind of makes me wonder why this had not been done sooner with our new police chief in command, didn't he know what was happening in his department?. It seems he makes decisions that make no sense with regard to reducing crime and protecting law abiding people in Fitchburg.
Isn't a police officer supposed to focus on reducing crime in a city?
Maybe the correct thing is for the Attorney General to be investigating our police department?
Wow, it is all coming out! Let it unravel; we need federal auditors. One guy on this forum stated that Louney had his hands on stealing money and property. THere just may be a movie in progress here, someone call a movie producer; "Departed 2".

Out of sight is not out of mind and retirement does not translate into evading and escaping. The facts continue to surface and arena for examination resides soley in a Court of Law.
