Dis is exactly what happens when people fail to shovel their sidewalk. It is al Wong's fault.

They don't have to shovel their sidewalk. The city is not enforcing the sidewalk ordinance any longer.

It was up to the police to issue citations and the police petitioned Kaddie that they are not comfortable issuing citations to people who cannot physically and financially clear their sidewalks.

Kaddie brought it up with the Mayor and the sidewalk ordinance will not be enforced now.

At least there is some common sense in the community.

This is some scary stuff. In he must have been high on something to go walking on the train tracks on a Friday night with two toddlers.
