Off of Rt 12, near Sterling, right past the former ABC junkyard and Harley Davidson

I hope they can get this settled because Devall wants to rent the land for a dollar and give a new solar panel company $100 million as start up money.

How could the state throw all this money at Southgate when they haven't solved the question of where the contaminated soil went?

The taxpayer is on the hook again for an expensive cleanup. Members of the city council that voted for this project should be investigated also. Rumor has it that a local pol has a piece of the action.

The money for the industrial park, and another one has already been allocated. All they are waiting for is somebody to build, the State pays for the buildings, hundreds of jobs are created, and all will be wiffo in Leominster....
