I have yelled at people to slow down also. You have to be careful in Fitchburg as you do not know who they know neither. Yelling at a "good ole boy network" member can bring harm to another citizen also.
This incident is very odd. Something doesn't seem right here. The story states that the man was conscious and alert. There seems to have been another incident that took place after the brief scuffle.
My prayers go out to this mans' family as they deal with their unfortunate loss. My prayers also go out to the man who is charged also. Just a horrible situation all around.
It is very common that someone can get hit in the head and not have any serious issues right after and then several hours or days later the real effects appear resulting in going into a coma or death. Bruce Lee was said to have died from a blow several days earlier and the actress Natasha Richardson died several hours after falling and striking her head in a ski accident and she was wering a helmet. She was fully consious after it happened and 12 hours later she was rushed to the hospital.

This whole situation was avoidable on so many levels. None of us were there, so how can we really pass judgement? I'm not saying that the driver is innocent or excusing his behavior, but by reading the article here, and on another site. the victim was not without fault.
If and when more info is available on the "murder", I have to agree with Lynch that this was quite unfortunate for both men involved. At least give the guy credit for turning himself in and facing the music.
Apparently all of the posters condemning the driver have never let their anger get the best of them. Men..........
All the victim did was tell his to slow down, I have done as most people have. The driver should have done nothing more than yell back or flip the bird and keep going. By stopping and confronting the guy just added gas to the fire and was totally unavoidable. Just like the Trevon Martin case, if Zimmerman had listen to the police dispatcher and stay in his car and keep going that the police were on there way and would have taken care of the situation. But he didn't listen he stopped, got out and confronted Martin. Weather Spyropoulos threw the first punch doesn't reall matter, it was Lowell who stopped and got out of the car and confronted him which was a threat to Spyropoulos, he was protecting himeself from Lowell, he had a right to throw the first punch, I would have and I would have been in the right. If he had chased Lowell down and pulled him out of his car then Lowell would be in the right but he made the choice to stop and get out. Maybe he was going to fast and if he was someone had the right to tell him to slow down. This was not murder since it wasn't premeditated but manslaughter.

You've for me confused with someone else, mom has never been a drinker. Still married to the same guy, my dad. They're pretty well off, enjoying retirement and travelling a lot.

Your parents sound like they're miserable, with their loser son still living at home. How awful. And living in a crappy neighborhood on top of their having to deal with you sponging off of them. PKU they have to face the reality that they failed as parents, you killed a person and ended up in prison. Hardly the successful life all parents envision for their children. You have to ask, where did they go wrong?

You are pretty successful, huh? Sponging a pension and sitting down dippin all day long kissing ass! Do you shine their badges and cars also? Do you have a police sticker or a fire sticker on your truck or car?

Tell me, why would someone put a sticker to ID themselves on their vehicle? WHY?? It is not just being narcisstic like having a low numbered plate, he goes a level beyond attempting to get out of being held accountable for breaking a law!

Your hot headed loser of a friend killed another person. And underlying medical condition is of no matter, your idiot friend aggravated it by getting into a fight with the victim.

Give your friend some soap on a road, where he's going he's going to need it. And he'll get to prove just how tough of a guy he is, on almost a daily basis.

Yes Nonya, after your friend punched him "once" someone else came by and took the opportunity to beat him severly just for the hell of it...sure thats what happened. Choose your friends more carefully, this man has serious anger issues and is a threat to those who would dare to speak up to him.

Where are you parents again? They must have been proud, huh? So proud they gave you up as an option to abortion! Now society has to deal with you!

Let me ask, do you want to challenge my mother? I think I may let her know what you are saying about her.

Didn't your mom run Ray Flynn's campaign...in her head. There's no record of her running anything. And if she did run his campaign maybe she should have focused more on not raising a menace to society. You served time in prison, did you not? What for? How long? What was your victim's name?

I never said he was completely innocent. What I said was there may be factors that no one knows about. That is all. And im sorry but most of the human population has anger issues at some point or another. And if you say you dont then your full of shit. Sorry for the typing trying to type on a cell phone is not always perfect. No one is except maybe you??? And again for those of you slow people out there I never said he was completely innocent all u said was maybe there is more to the story then you all know.

Best post of this thread. Lynch is a momma's boy and his mother is a failure of a parent. She raised an excon. She should hang her head in shame.
