As I cast my vote and held signs and promoted Deval Patrick to other citizens I had hope. The second time it took till the very last day to cast my vote in his favor.

I convinced many to vote for him butI am greatly dissapointed. I was told by family that he was an opportunist from the beginning. Yes, I could see a tinge of this but I thought that he would be a protector of the Constitution.

The governor has watched and allowed the RMV operate outside of the Constitution. They love the label "it is a priveledge and not a right". Therefor they feel that they do n ot have to abide by the Constitution and are actually exempt from having to do so.

I state very strongly that I feel that Nazi Germany conducted themselves better than the Massachusetts RMV. Some may feel that this is too strong. Yes, it is true that they, the RMV, doesn't put people in gas chambers. I say, I agree they don't physically but they do put citizens mind and insides inside a gas chamber.

Should a drivers license be a right or a "privilege"? Remember in a free society there are no such things as privileges. In prison there are privileges. A dictator over sees "privileges".

I feel that once a person passes the safety test then he/she then has the "right" to drive but of course has to do so safely.

The RMV has become the biggest tax collector in society. Most branches cannot even handle the stacks of cash brought into their branches. The license has been used by the government to "control" society. It is a tool used to extort citizens unfairly.

Your license is commonly abused by courts and other government entities. This abuse of power is the symbol of Nazism. Hearings are conducted that dissallows the citizen to defend themselves. If you recieve any ticket now adays you have to pay an appeal fee of $25s. 99.9% of the time the citizen looses this appeal as the officer does not even have to show. if you want to appeal then you have to pay an additiional $50 to appeal. At this hearing the officer is finally made to appear.

So, you pay $75 before you even get to face the accuser. Now in some circumstances they may send you a letter that even states "You are not afforded a hearing". If I had a law degree I could win this suit hands down. this is such a violation of due process rules of law. This gives a state trooper the right to be officer, prosecuter, judge and executioner without even offerring you a fair hearing!

The Attorney General could stop this behavior tomorrow. If the justice department has free time they would address this unconstitutional law tomorrow. Instead Martha Coakley spends her time arranging Cahills $100,000 get out of jail free card. The justice department stands there and states that "yes" they could use armed drones in the USA.

So, as we seen in LA where the officers fired 120 bullets at a 70 year old woman and her unarmed daughter while they were delivering newspapers we have our justice departments stomping on the constitution as well. Kill and then ID !!! Forget arrest, fair trial, jury and equal treatment.

There are two ways to handle this violently and non violently. We either take up arms and take over small governments across the country at the same time or we VOTE.

I say we VOTE! Stand up and VOTE. Show the numbers of us that disagree with Nazi like regimes! This is America! Americans have died for hundreds of years standing up and alongside the constitution only to have these power hungry Nazis to now stomp on it!!

Someone has an obsession with Nazis, just saying, how can every single thing found be Nazi like?

I wish we didn't close all those mental health facilities down in the 80's.

I do agree with some things with Lynch. Deval Patrick is out of touch with many issues but a Governor is just as important if he has the right connections especially when the fiscal sheets come out.

Remember being any type of leader such as a Mayor means makng good connections with the hgher powers will also be good for the community.

Most candidates will no get voted in unless they have already established a connection with higher politicians that will take care of their community.

Fox news is not a news station. It is just a radical view of politics, war and stocks. The mid-western states, the bible belt and the four corners of the US are their biggest fans due to being rednecks, farmers and people who cannot separate religion from reality.

As for a traffic violation they cannot be beat in the court because even if a city as a full time traffic violation officer that is soley assigned to sit beside the judge in a small traffic court appeal room which most do now, the court will agree with the defendent and the police the have the right to appeal and the case will be continued to the next level. A $25 or $50 violation will end up costing the defendent 2-3 days off from work plus other expenses such as gas, lunch, etc.

So even if they are innocent it is cheaper just to pay the fine.

Never is cheaper to pay the fine. There is the initial fine say $200 which you then pay 6 times $200 over 6 years which equals $1,400 for doing 65 in a 55

I wasn't talking about larger fines. It is cheaper to pay a parking ticket or other violations that is $50 or less.

2. Fitchburg 63 up, 21 down

Small city in northern central mass, the home of Fitchburg State College, and a victim of the ice storm / blackout of 2008. When driving to Fitchburg, you know you have arrived when the roads are almost impossible to drive on without hitting a pothole. The train that runs through the city goes straight into North Station in Boston. Go downtown at your own risk (I recommend not going downtown). Also known as "The Burg," and the more common "Dirty Burg."

"Have you been to Fitchburg? Man, that's a dirty city!"

Do you believe in the upholding of the Constitution no matter who it is being applied to?

So should we have two different sets of rules to follow?
