Judged: 1 1 1 He is the wealthiest of the candidates and not in touch with the people. Besides he has moral values, and since I have none at all; I do not want him dictating how I should live. |

Judged: 1 I'm not the biggest Romney fan but looking at the rest of the field, including Obama he is the best of a bad lot. Obama inherited a bad economy that was years in the making, starting way before Bush but it was only in the last 8 months or so that he has finally turned his attention towards the economy. I really wanted Obama to succeed but he is really out of touch with what is really going on in this country. I was really dissappointed at the time he spent trying to pass Obamacare. All this did was scare employers from hiring, not a good thing when the unemloyment rate at the time was almost 10%. I didn't like the fact that in the condition that the economy is in he will forcing all americans to have health insurance. He is forcing americans to buy a product from an industry that full of corruption, fraud and greed. His reason "you have to have car insurance why not health insurance" unless you have a job that offers a decent health plan which is becoming a thing of the past no one can afford an indivisual health plan. Not everyone drives and the ones that do not all own a car. Car insurance on average cost about $800/year, depending on age, location and driving record that could be much higher or lower. Without a job that offers insurance a healthcare policy costs about $600+ a month and if you have a family that would more than double. Not a very good comparison. When fuel prices increased he actually had the nerve to tell the american public to save gas we should make sure our tires are properly inflated and keep our cars tuned up. I didn't vote for a president to give me the same advise I can get from my mechanic. These are only a few reasons why I will not vote for Obama, the list is to long. This country has gone backwards since he took office, he's taking credit for things that he had nothing to do with, like the unemployment rate which is very misleading, but that doesn't stop him from saying his economic policies are working. Sure some of those policies helped keep some parts economy from getting worse and he has done some good things. But overall we are no better off, infact we are worse off than we were back in 2008. It has taken him alomost 4 years to actually say that we need to get american companies to "insource" he should have set the ball rolling on that 4 years ago, not at election time. I have always voted as an independent as I believe both parties are to blame for the current state of the economy. |

AAA,
Very well said and I agree. |
One thing I might add is that I also don't like the healthcare plan that Romney passed when he was governor. He also has forced people to buy a product from an industry that is loaded with corruption, fraud and greed and is unregulated. |

He did raise every fee on the books remember? Id like to ask him if those were tax increases? |

"But overall we are no better off, infact we are worse off than we were back in 2008."
Do you even remember 2008, look at the job losses! Was the stock market on the verge of collapse? http://www.google.com/imgres... http://www.google.com/#sclient=psy-ab&hl=... J/C where were you? |

Are you frucking retarded or something UM? Show me a year when expenses haven't gone up. Look at the great job your Mesiah Deval has done you studid idiot.

Many of those people who lost there jobs back in 2008/2009 still haven't found employment and have used up all there unemployment benefits. Just because the stock market is doing better does not mean that the economy is doing better. Corporate earnings are better due to the fact that most companies have cut to the bare bone and shipped jobs overseas. The Welfare and Foodstamp programs have seen an increase in applications of about 15 to 20% over the last 2 years. Maybe the job losses are'nt as severe as they were back in 2008 but weekly unemployment numbers are still way to high. 400k on average file for the first time every week and this has been going on for the last 3 years and every month only 120k+/- on average get hired. That is not even enough to keep up with the population growth. The unemployment rate is dropping only because 10's of thousands of unemployed run out of benefits therefor are counted as finding a job, that is a fact.

Well put AAA. The Government is out of control. With all of the taxes, licences and fees it's tough for a company to hire a new employee and afford to pay for their insurance and social security and wages. It's cheaper to buy from China.

It's just a difference of perspectives. Evergreen solar is a perfect example. The Government under Deval paid to build them a facility and rent the land to them for like a dollar a year. This didn't happen when Romney was Governor because he would have said hey if you want to start a company do it like everyone else and take a loan from a bank. There are plenty of empty properties you can move into. Now they left the country with millions and refuse to pay it back.

Do you invest in Chinese companies? Let me tell you, gas prices are way down since the big W was sitting down at the dinner table at the Whitehouse with oil execs! Didn't you see the Bush documentary? Even he stated that the economy was on the verge of a complete shutdown and total collaspe! Bush spent more on infrastructure in Iraq than he did in the US. Every Republican voted against Obamas infrastructure proposal. Every Republican voted against ALL AMERICAN jobs bills! Republicans are obstructionist and point guards for the super wealthy! Look at all their campaign coffers! Corporations have bought out the Republican party. Super Wealthy anti American CEOs run all the controls in the Republican party! If the Republican party has their way then the American worker will be paid equivalent to citizens in India and China! Google Dubai and check out who owns property and business there!! Do you even know that off the coast of Dubai are man made islands that mimc every State in the US? Guess who is the contractor pouring the sand to construct these little oasis's? HALLIBURTON! |
|
Obama's job bill is a joke, both parties are to blame for the current state of the economy. And by the way dip$hit, gas prices at the moment are more than they were last year and about the same as when Obama took office. Halliburton is an international company thats builds all over the world. They have nothing to do with anything. It was Clinton, you do know that he was a democrat who pass NAFTA. You need to get your facts stright about Obama infustructure bills failing. |

AAA,
Good luck trying to teach Lynch anything about anything...he is a brain-dead moron. |
|
Judged: 1 1 1 No one ever accused him of having active brain cells. He does more with his feet than his head. Can you imagine him in public office, stomping to death any opponent? |

You need to google Halliburton! Halliburton was an American corporation that came out of kellogg and root! Cheney was the CEO when Clinton was president. Halliburton under Cheney went from paying 50 million in taxes to recieving a tax return of 50 Million as well as many government contracts. Halliburton won all defense contracts concerning Iraq and Afghanastan. They took care of the tents, the food, the infrastructure and the military! At the end of Bushs' term they moved their headquarters out of texas and into Dubai! So they do not have to pay taxes on the American contracts which they won! I wrote my first college paper against NAFTA! My economics professor did not like me disagreeing with his pro-NAFTA rhetoric and misconceptions! Last week and most of 2011 it was an average of $3.10 a gallon! Bush ruined the economy in the US! |
