We should all give thanks and use this day to cook our favorite recipe from the Liz Warren cookbook. Also give a toast to celebrate that we might avoid being pushed over a financial cliff. The cliffs weren't so friendly to Native Americans.

I suppose the difference is he can have a wife and biological children while you can get a hair stuck in your teeth while you lick out your girlfriends carpet hole before you try an adopt an abandoned crack baby.

Sure.
I taught Chuck Norris how to fight, Tom Hanks how to act,
am 6'4" naturally muscular, with 1% body fat
even though I've never been to a gym.

I sing like Elvis, graduated from Harvard AND Yale
and build houses for orphans in my spare time.

Just like every other interweb TROLL.

Happy Thanksgiving.

Never let a good catastrophe go to waste.

Neither side wants to avoid the cliff

Dems will say Repubs caused it,
Repubs will say it was the Dems

They both will enjoy the cuts they never could have passed otherwise,
while raising the taxes they don't want to be blamed for raising.

It's the perfect "Not My Fault" moment.

Perfect combination of EVERYTHING they want,
and the ability to blame the other side/further divide our country.

Look for our president to step in at the last minute to rescue a few of his favorite benefactors,
& claim success as we devastate our defence budget.

What is tonights lottery numbers going to be FR?

Because you obviously know how horrible things would have been if an actual reformer was elected,
instead of the greatest spender in THE ENTIRE HISTORY OF CIVILIZATION!

You also would need psychic powers to know that kicking the can down the road isn't going to end in an even greater total collapse than if we let the economy fail as it should have.

Thirdly,
which administration failed us?
The one with a solitary Republican President overseeing a Democraticly controlled Congress and a Democraticly controlled Senate?

Yeah, thats the one I thought you meant.

You had me till the 2nd to the last line.
I noticed on my gas bill yesterday that they have a lower rate for those "who are struggling".
My heat is set at FIFTY TWO DEGREES as I type this.
If I want a lower bill,
I lower my thermostat
I don't expect others to pay MORE so I can pay less.
Same goes for those "struggling" with Cable TV bills, cell phones, home phones, etc.
If you are struggling,
and need hand outs to survive
Why do you even have cable tv?
I don't.
Happy Thanksgiving!
I am thankful to God for all his mercy and gifts
but we have gubermint to coddle & encourage the strugglers to work the system.
I'll spend today trusting and thanking our God that helps those that helps themselves
Screw handouts as no one with no money gets anything! The only handouts the wealthy receive!

If they made everyones rates the same you would still pay the same. Are you really that easily convinced?

Cable is on average $100 a month. Cell phone is 80 a month. Heat and electricity ison average $400 a month.

Every last bill I mentioned is screwing everyone!!!!! We pay so much because the wealthy are filthy greedy. They sure didn't earn there wealth!!!!!

Granted some wealthy actually did truthfully earn it but the filthy wealthy did not!

In America you need a car to be able to survive!! Gas prices do not go up due to shortages any longer or conflict as they go up so the filthy wealthy can double up profits.

You are the toughest kind of Democrat to reach,
the kind that HATES Republicans.

Republicans suck
They have their own, non elected administration that makes all the big decisions, without any input from constitutes.
When you vote for one, you vote for a figurehead for the party,
that the party tells what to do.

Instead of representing you,
you have voted for someone that represents a party.

Here's the part people like you have trouble with,
All of the above is exactly the SAME WAY THE DEMOCRATS DO THINGS!

If hate one party,
you cut your choices in half of which CORPORATION (Dems or Repubs) you are gonna let make all the choices FOR YOU.

Give your vote away to one party if you want,
but you're not going to convince me that's smart,
OR AMERICAN.

The two party system sucks,
its more about control than choice.
The only thing worse than that is a ONE PARTY SYSTEM

And thats exactly what people like you
who hate one of the parties are asking for.

NO THANK YOU!
I'll vote to hold on to what little choice I have left.

Again this is about perspective.

I guess you think I am "bullying" you with facts?!?

You are in love with a *brand* of lawyer/politician/liar

Your *brand* is Democrat

That *brand* claims to help the poor, minorities, downtrodden, underprivilaged AND somehow,
the middle class who pays to support the first 4 groups.

In the 1950's
Republicans were the pro-minority party,
and Democrats were openly anti-minority.

Look it up.

They swapped playbooks one year and its been that way since.

You can like Coke if you want,
but you are a fool if you HATE Pepsi.

They are brands,
and you fell for their Billion Dollar marketing program.

No matter what happens now with the fiscal cliff, the other side will be blamed. I read an article recently that showed Obama advisors telling him to let the tax cuts expire for everyone and then it can be used later to blame the republicans in the next election cycle. See Paul krugman's "let's not make a deal"

Go back and read History!
I am saying we had a solitary Republican President,
and a Democratically controlled Senate and a Democratically controlled House of Representatives for the final two,
and WORST TWO years of Bush II's presidency.

Or didn't you notice the Democratic takeover during the 2006 elections?

Or is it just that you are exempting the Dems from any blame for the 2008 collapse?

Why is it when people blame Obama for stuff,
we hear "he's only one man"
But Bush carries the full weight of everything that happened on HIS watch?

Blame them ALL if you like,
but a bias, revisionist, selective retelling of history lessons does not make for an intelligent argument.

No thanks.

Now why don't you try for another feeble attempt at shameing me,
instead of using actual facts to back up your slanted point of view?

Lame.
