The lawyer for a former Fitchburg State University student arrested in December for trespassing and wearing an ammunition belt on campus is seeking to have the case dismissed because the state police crime lab determined the belt is fake.

"Despres' bail was reduced to $500 and he was released the following day.
He was ordered to be GPS monitored, to be confined to his New Bedford home except for court dates and to have no contact with FSU or any of its students. "
From $50,000 to $500 ? Just stomping on Constitutional rights. There is NO accountability for mis-using the courts displaying abuse of power???
People may think it is crazy but we are really not far from bringing back pure racism. You will be judged byyour skin color!
To drag this kid back and forth through the court system in an attempt to making him into something he is not!! Leave the kid alone already!
Stop lying as these belts have been in schools since I was attending over 25 years ago! Everyone has seen a belt like this, I cannot believe that the state has not withdrew the charges.
When they make such mistakes then the system utilizes all of its resources and power to cover it up because they are afraid of the civil suit.
Our state government is in complete shambles. I thought with an african American as governor that he would atleast stand up for civil rights!!! I voted for him twice, the second time I struggled with it but the alternatives were in your face anti constitution.
The people need to stand one time in history and to vote! It is so bad now that the governor allows civil right and constitution violations as policy of the state of massachusetts.

Possibly because he previously threatened campus employees and was not supposed to be there just like you. I'm sure an investigation had to be made before the lowered bail.

I hope that this attorney goes all the way! There is no way that a jury would ever convict this kid. It is obvious that they knowingly unjustly utilized the Conneticut tragedy which makes them even more liable in civil court as they unjustly put this kids face on that tragedy wrongfully!
It was a belt and they know it. They will attempt to offer a deal stating to agree not to sue and they will drop the charges! Just read them words!!!
Is that abuse of massive overwhelming power on the nazi scale? It sure the hell isn't constitutional!!!
It sort of reminds me of the cahill situation. He paid $100,000 cash to have the charges dismissed.
Society is taking a hit here on a daily basis. We have a RMV that is beyond constitutional repair and allowed to openely extort citizens under the commonwealths label as the governor watches it happen.
Our courts are corrupt to the point that they are using strong arm techniques against the citizen. Constitutional law is a thing of the past as the nazis have been slowly taking over the courts and the establishment.

It is a scam and a complete abuse of power! It is allowed as Sandusky was allowed to continue his raping. Sandusky had dinner parties with all the state officials up till the day he was charged.
They spend more time and energy covering up the facts and then when it is clear that they cannot cover up the obvious any longer they pull the trump card,"THE POWER",and they corruptly use it.
Now if we had a justice department that cared then we would see these people held accountable. Our system is set up to protect the corrupt establishments wealthy and connected and slam the economically "poor" citizens even itif means violating their civil rights and throwing out the constitutional laws!
Even Dershowitz has bent against the citizens over time. I use to enjoy listening to him as he quoted constitution and stood up for these rights.
There still is the innocenence project which I am involved with. Someday you should visit this sight to swallow some truths or are you afraid of choking on the guilt!

Let me tell you something. Judge Zide stated it best. No matter what his personal feelings, no matter his personal dispositions, no matter his personal dislikes and/or opinions; he left them at the door when he put the robe on and judged by the law when on the bench.
Now, I seen judge Zide when I was holding my sign for Mayor, I could tell that he didn't like me. This is his personal feeling. But on the bench he had to judge by the law.
We must always hold judges to this standard. We also must hold leaders to this standard and Yes Stamos Police.
All these positions can influence society either in a Constitutional way or a Nazi way. I choose the Constitution!!
If we abide by the constitution then America will always remain great. If we bend these rules and abuse power then we are Nazi Germany!
The RMV currently abides by Nazi Germany rules! We need brave, intelligent and articulate people to lead Massachusetts as it is the birth place of America.
I have been totally dissapointed with Deval Patrick in this regard. I thought that he would be a Constitutional protector but he has turned a blind eye to the violations as he will not even look!

We all know the Constitution. What is this a history class?

Lynch served time for killing an unarmed person.
Yes, that's who wants to be your mayor. Think about that an let it sink in.

I was unarmed, I didn't kill anyone and I did not participate in any lethal actions of anyone else. I was no where near that man when he was struck by a golf club nor stabbed! I did see the guy who got killed hit someone I knew squarly across his jaw with a golf club as I grabbed his arms preventing him from swinging.
The person who I seen get hit is the same person who is in jail for a natural life sentence. Did that hit across his jaw cause him to snap? You need to ask him and not me as I can only control my actions.
You exploit something that you know nothing about!

As a matter of simple curiosity, did you use an iron or a wood or a putter?
Do you recommend using an overlapping grip?

We all know the story already so enough. You hosted an underage drinking party while mom and dad were away. A guy showed up with two girls, you don't like girls so you kicked them out. The rest is well not pretty.

Can you ever stay on topic? You just constantly spend all your time harrassing me? Don't you ever do anything else?
Why do I occupy your brain all day? Go take a walk. Go have a drink. Go enjoy something positive in life.

I think everyone should where ammunition belts. Did Nazis where ammunition belts?

When does it matter that the state is spending tens of thousands to bring this fake case against this kid forward?
It is like this group of people have access to bottomless barrels of money just to waste!
The DA early is not stupid. When are we going to finally dissalow Early to claim dumb?
This is happening too often.

When does it matter when the state spends tens of thousands in welfare for a criminal? You baffle me. You have no job or any source of income outside welfare but you can afford to feed 3 dogs and pay all their vet bills. And to boot you see nothing wrong with your wasting of money but you have something to say about everyone else.
#15 Mar 9, 2013
Three dogs? Who said I have three dogs? I do not waste money as I do not have any to waste! LMAO! But I also have no outstanding bills neither.

You have to live within your means. If you do that then you will be OK and you will get by. Sometimes it is difficult.
See, you go out to eat, you go on vacations, you buy what you want and you have toys. Hey, you work for them. I have never said anything wrong about what you have but don't you think it is selfish and nasty to complain about people who live under the poverty level?
I know many who are out of work due to the CEOs wanting more millions for themselves. The stock market is doing great because most of the 14 companies that it tracks employee over 80% of their workforce outside of the USA now!
If you are working in America you are fortunate and if you work a city or state job then you are a megabucks worker with benefits out the ying yang. Decades of pension!! Decades of health benefits!! Be happy with being fortunate enough to have scored such a job !!!!

I know Lynch must be a police officer, i can feel it.

In another thread someone asked I lunch EEE went down on his mom or if she ever swallows his load. Well lynch, people have questions. Can you answer these simple questions?
