If I was to guess I would say that Tasca will be charged criminally with grand larceny. If Ciota and the Mayor haven't notified the feds and/or the justice department then I am sure they will be monday. So in light of all these recent developments
and Tasca being fired does anyone know what
that translates into regarding him being able
to receive that pension that he had planned
on in two more years? Is it forfeit because
he was fired? Or because he was Civil Service
is it still waiting there for him no matter
what happened? If he can still get it then
that is certainly something that shouldn't be.
Tasca has stated knowledge of further evidence of criminal wrongdoing of others in the administration for years! I am sure there will be other fireings within the department soon.
I believe that he will lose his pension as well as Louney if the feds get to the book keeper and the books before they do!
