I have noticed the problems concerning handicap access to city hall. I beleive that it is time for a new city hall. It would be nice if the new building resembles a H.M. Francis building to keep in character with Fitchburgs' awesome architecture seen in many of its historical buildings.

There are a few possible new locations for a new city hall. One idea may be closer to exit 31. Then there are a few possibilities on Main street. One such location may be the site of the Johnsonian building.

Temporary sites may include the Church at the boulder. I would like to see all the Mayors offices relocated to all the empty store fronts on Main street. I beleive that this would create more welcomed sidewalk traffic. A couple small Bistros could open on Main street with bistro tables.

They could label the move "rebuilding Fitchburg". We could all have fundraisers to support the new construction and the rehab of the old city hall. Yes, I think that they should definately save the old city hall as upon rehab completion it could be turned into an arts studio.

I feel that planning for a new City Hall should immediately begin to take place. All offices should be removed from the building and repair of the roof should begin immediately in order to beat the chase to the winter snow loads.

How many guys have you put in jail? How many times have you called the police on them? This runs in your family now as your siblings are exact molds of their crazy whacked out mother!
