At least you acknowledge the ILLEGAL status of the imposter RUNNING THE WH. However unless you appreciate his (illegal) actions against our constitution and inappropriate behavior of targeting (profiling) of companies and US citizens who DISAGREE with his RADICAL propositions and his desire to radicalize America......THEN I SAY YOU AND YOUR MESSIAH HAVE A LONG STRUGGLE AHEAD OF YOU.

"Home" is America (in this case). Telling people to go "home" and then shipping them to a foreign country they have no familiarity or interest in, simply because their birth took place there is sickening especially the ones that had no choice in coming state-side to begin with.
The whole point is that "home" wouldn't be America for them if they had not broken our laws. Every time people make excuses for laws being broken, the laws become less and less meaningful.

Birth Right citizenship is clear.

It's the law of the land, like it or not.

Nothing unclear about that.

Seems like maybe you're the one that has a problem believing in the law.

Laws and borders are subject to human scrutiny. When humans scrutinize words, and examine their meanings, changes are sometimes made to interpretation of those laws or borders, while the terms are redefined in extreme cases, such as revolutions.

What fault you are discussing, I am unaware of, so it requires extension.

If kids grow up in a nation, work for that nation, and contribute to society, then sending them away to a place that doesn't even speak their language, seems more like a fault than a just dessert.

The parents may have gone to extremes in entering the country, but humans are a society that should interpret meaning and intent, alongside deliverance and desire, before casting judgements onto those that would do us good.

In the case of children that were taken along, would you say they are lawbreakers and criminals for allowing their parents to force them across the border and for studying, graduduating, and working?
America is "home." The only one they have ever known, yet with their having done wrong, they are robbed of everything they know and shipped off.

That's the Arizona Sherriff's stance,
a transliterate "Kill all the Jews...Problem over."

They do die when they are dropped off in the desert.

This is not the case for everyone, but being cast away from your home, denied access to your language and society, for no other reason on your own part, then existing and working hard could be considered a form of legal death.

The execution taking place due to the decision of them being inferior.

I disagree...if they are born here, then they are Americans, and that is a different subject. If people choose to come here illegally, that isn't any different than breaking any other law (in my opinion). The fact that they brought along children is their decision, and they should be held responsible for it...if we didn't provide illegals with education and other resources, that would end it.

If illegals had no jobs available to work, if they had no education available for their children, if they didn't have access to other services, they would have a single option....wait fo it....they would file to come here legally...problem solved.

Sam,

I do not disagree with your passion or compassion, BUT you and I disagree about the problem. The problem is that our country ENABLES illegals by providing jobs, education, health care, etc.

The answer is to deny anyone without legal proof any resources. Throw anyone that employs an illegal in jail. Take parents that are illegal that have natural born children that are American, and deport their asses for putting us in the position in the first place, and end this madness.

At the same time...tell our politicians that they have 3 months to have appropriate research done to assess the needs of of employers for supposed jobs that Americans won't take, and create an immediate program for the immigration people to start bringing in LEGAL workers with an opportunity to become permanent legal citizens. If our politicians don't comply...fire their asses.

The United States NEEDS LEGAL IMMIGRANTS, and immigrants NEED the appropriate rights that come with LEGAL immigration, but the current system is broken, and noone is willing to "say it like it is" and fix the problem.

The only trul compassionate thing to do is fix the damn problem.

The child's birth taking place outside the U.S. doesn't excuse the fact that they are being ripped out of their home and thrown out.

Legal application to the United States, in most cases, requires talent that is not available in the United States, which means your average Joe is unable to move in most cases, regardless of his allegiance.

If little kid Joe was taken to the U.S., in some cases, it was not their decision. When Joe goes to the government, to set things right, it would cast Joe out and attempt to keep Joe out, forcing him to reside in a culture that he did not grow up him, while disconnecting him from his friends and loved ones.

The policy is effectively banning Joe from home due to his parent's actions.

This answer throws millions of people into higher levels of poverty as a result of not being able to work (sort of like racial profiling), while the deportations send them to countries they do not support.
Wouldn't a better answer be an increased number of available jobs for people that actually want to support the government.
Sincerely,
Sam

Illegal aliens have nobody to blame but themselves since they made their criminal choices. An illegal aliens is free to take their American born children with them when they are deported but instead hope the children ANCHOR them against deportation then cry about the government tearing their family apart. They like to blame everyone but themselves for the choices they themselves have made.

This is not always the case; not all illegals are in the United States by choice. There are also those that want to contribute to the government. Not to mention those that have made friends and/or family, that would like to contribute to them, but are barred from doing so.

Well then how about Belgium swing their gates open and accept the millions of unskilled, welfare seeking, and other low life illegal aliens from mostly south of the border.
They cry about fleeing poverty and wanting better lives for themselves and their families yet the surpess wages for low skilled jobs well below what is often legal and what an American can or would work for then claim they are doing work Americans refuse to do.
They flood hospitals and schools and the American taxpayer has to pay more taxes to support the illegals.
The only taxes illegals pay are local sales taxes and in many cases the monies they are spending are taxpayer provided welfare and the rest is illegally earned monies from jobs they illegally hold and are not taxed on.
They defraud the tax system by filing fraud returnes with ITNs or stolen Social Security numbers for billions every year.
They flood public housing by having one child born here then soon enough the tax payer paid house or apartment is full of pregnant illegals waiting to drop their anchor baby and hold their hand out for the taxpayer jackpot of welfare.
Illegals do support their countires, they send billions back to them to be spent there and they willpublically protest on American street how they hate America who is persecuting them for no reason and how they love their home countries.

El Paredon,
I have no interest in Belgium's policy.
Why would I?

You claim that "illegal aliens" all mooch on America,
but many pay into the system, while not receiving her benefits.

Some even want to fight America's enemies. They try to join the military. Several are unaware of their undocumented status.

All of them are persecuted.

This is wrong and is a form of profiling that destroys many of America's interests.

You sound like an anchor baby and you know the Law shouldn't apply to the droppings of illegal aliens. The house will include that in it's bill and that's when things will go to sh!t for your parents

Thos who join the military do so in exchange for citizenship though some are certainly unaware of their status and find out soon enough when they try to join. Most of those are likely brought over as small children and of course would not have known at the time and maybe not later that their parents did this to them.
Vast majority are consumers and not contributors to anything they take. There is no legal way they can pay into the system like their apologists/advocates claim some do. In terms of income taxes it is illegal for anyone to work in the country without a valid Social Security number, unless you are a legal immigrant green card or work visa hold, which illegal aliens are not.
I welcome anyboy to America and will help them any way I possibly can but only if they do it legally, otherwise they are common criminals and deserve to be punished as such.
