Warrant issued for Fitchburg man on traffic charges
A warrant has been issued for a Fitchburg man who failed to show up for a continued arraignment date for numerous traffic and other charges after he got out of the first by claiming he needed to bring paperwork to the Red Cross for assistance following a fire at his home, according to court documents.

This sort of story is scarey for many reasons. You know that at least one cop hating poster on this site will write somehing stupid like the police were putting people in danger by pursuing the criminal. There wouldn't be a high speed chase if you didn't break laws.

I also can't understand what this judge was thinking. This crimial broke pretty much every motor vehicle law and is wanted on a warrant in NH and the judge let's him go on PR because he said he had to meet with the Red Cross? WTF is wrong with people????
