Patrick signs Unitil bill

Gov. Deval Patrick sign into law new legislation that subjects public utility companies to much steeper penalties if they fail to properly serve communities.

Unitil should be forced into Receivership now, we have a long cold winter ahead of us, and we can all expect to be without service for long periods of time.

Just wait until they increase their outragous rates to cover last years ice storm.
