That's funny, since another article in your paper today says he will NOT face charges. Get your story straight.

"Connor was also charged with speeding and failing to wear a seat belt, Marino said."
Please also issue a citation to our local state reps and senators who refuse to support comprehensive seat belt laws.

yeah that`ll teach him, i`m so sick of these idiot politicians and others blaming the driver when the passenger was drunk too it`s definitely a tragedy but when both are high or drunk they are both responsible for their actions

I think that you guys should get ur story straight cause in another artical it says he will not be faced with ANY charges... "LOCK HIM UP ND THROUGH AWAY THE KEY" ur wrong...if u where in the same situation...i bet u wouldnt say that..definitely a tragedy but when both are high or drunk they are both responsible for their actions ..very true nd so they gave him charges nd they were..."Connor was also charged with speeding and failing to wear a seat belt, Marino said."
Please also issue a citation to our local state reps and senators who refuse to support comprehensive seat belt laws....i think this is enough charges and i think he will learn his lesson....plus he just lost his bestfriend..which is his everything..this boy is goin through alot right now...i know he will never make that mistake again.

If they were both drunk and high then dont you think the cops would of arrested him at the time of the accident?? Accidents are called accidents for a reason. Yes this is a sad one, but that was his

No drugs or any amount of alcohol was involved in this accident, keep your mouths closed when you have no idea what youre talking about!

I say don't leave teh kid alone. He was driving too fast for road conditions, too fast for weather, going 18 mile per hour OVER the speed limit, he was not wearing a seat belt, and his passenger was not wearing a seat belt. He violated 3 laws there. He set himself up for failure, and his friend died because of it. Charge him for his GROSS negligence which resulted in the loss of a person's life.
This is not like a kid on a learner's permit crashing into a fire hydrant because they did not know how to drive.

Please will somebody who can intelligently use the terms " free wheeling", "sliding friction", and "rolling friction" write an article explaining how to escape from a skid or spin in a car with front wheel drive and automatic transmission.

Add to this mix traction control and I am really baffled.

"turning into the skid" worked fine with rear wheel drive, engine in the front cars. What do we teach our kids now?

Looking at your grammatical mistakes, you tell me who's illiterate. As a senior of Fitchburg High School, I know both of these kids and know the real story not the newspaper fluff. As for being an 'illiterate piece of work' upon graduation this june, I have been accepted to seven of New England's competitive universitys including, but not limited to, The University of Maine, The University of Connecticut, and The University of Vermont, so thanks for asking!

Don't waste your time with these idiots who don't know what they are talking about. Friends who knew these guys know the truth and thats all that counts. I wish people needed to use thier real names on this forum, half of them wouldn;t have the balls to make their stupid comments, that they do.Good luck.
