We the People have the right to freedom of speech except when being questioned by a police officer where you are told to keep quiet unless what you say can and will be used against you in a court of law.
We are all innocent until proven guilty but are treated just the opposite. Anyone who has ever been arrested knows that their right to be treated as a human being vanish as soon as the handcuffs are applied. You do however have the right to be beaten, verbally abused and laughed at and treated with less concern than that of a dog in the back of a pick up truck. A dog must be either contained or leased as not to get hurt but we are stuffed into the backseat of a car with hands behind our backs with no way to protect our innocent bodies in case of an accident or just a cop having fun slamming on the brakes and breaking your nose.
You have the right to an attorney and if you cannot afford one the judge will appoint you one where if you don't pay you go to jail.
You have the right to be held in jail for up to 60 days without bail waiting for a trial if the district attorney deems necessary
and can convince the judge to do so. Then you get out and win your case and get released on time served.
You have the right to be put into a jail cell without any comforts such as a blanket & pillow, water or even toilet paper if the attending officer doesn't feel like giving you any.
You have the right to a phone call providing you have the correct change for the only pay phone left in the city.
You have the right to have your name slandered across the nation when arrested but nothing when found innocent.
Basically, You have the right to have no rights
