An unforeseen complication in Leominster has lengthened the timeline in which Columbia Avenue and surrounding area residents will see relief from flooding problems that have plagued the neighborhood for decades.

I discussed this situation with "5-iron" Lynch becuase he always brings a well-thought solution to every problem in Fitchburg.
Lynch believes it would be cheaper and far more effective to issue personal flotation devices to every individual in the flood area. Lynch also advocates the Fitchburg Health Department reverse engineer or modify those 96 gallon tote containers as small boats for each family living in the flood area.
While "5-iron" was thinking I could not help noticing he was transfixed and perpetually staring at a large blue light mumbling something about a romantic encounter with Rosemary GOMEZ.

It's all in perspective. Where some see flooding waters rushing down the streets and hills of Fitchburg as a problem I see a ghetto water slide. Hey toss in a bar of soap and it's a free bath too!
