First you have to walk before you run. You have no qualifications to be Mayor.
Second, how do you get into trouble if you mind your own business? NORMAL people don't go LOOKING for issues and situations unless it is their job.
You did not have to stop and take pictures at JRs. A normal person would not do that. They may report it and that is for an extremely over reactive person but that is where their duty ends and a normal person will not further pursue any other actions.
How did JRs parking affect you personally at that exact time? Don't think about the possibilities and scenarios that you felt could happen because of the parking because that would be "OCD" and "HYERVIGILANCE" and that isn't normal if you do think about the possibilities that could happen. You have to learn to LET THINGS GO!
Don't use issues and situations that YOU perceive as corruption as a motive to be elected Mayor! That is not normal. You have to stop being preoccupied with situations that COULD happen but hasn't yet. That is not a normal behavioral characteristic of a normal society member.
No one has applaud you, nobody, sorry cupcake.(rubbing your head like your mother would). That is part of OCD believing your own thoughts that are not true.
Stop reading papers and doing research. It is not your job to stand up to people who you believe is corrupt. You have to learn to take care of yourself first. You don't have to call people on their lies, who are you to do that?
Being sober now for many years does not mean you are making the right decisions. So you don't have to use alcohol usage in your past for all your mistakes. You drank because of other underlying problems that need to be addressed in therapy and now you are sober you are still getting into trouble.
If you believe there is corruption then that is your own opinion but you cannot let it become obsessive and that is what it is now.
Running for Mayor doesn't mean you have to become a radical and feel that you have to prove yourself about issues that you think is important. You believe everyone likes you but it is totally the opposite.
Hypervigilance is treatable with years of supervised therapy and medication. It doesn't mean you are broken but you need to become aware of your condition and help yourself.
Stop denying it. Stop telling yourself that you are normal because you are not. Acceptance is the first step. A normal person doesn't scan their environment for what they perceive as threats to themselves.
Here is a link for you first step for awareness:

I am sorry baby (rubbing your head) you are not a politician. running for Mayor and pushing your ideas and beliefs does not make you a politician. Sorry cupcake.

Are you serious?? Or are you just attempting to start trouble? "Cycling"; well I guess I shouldn't have that coffee that I was just about to make for myself then. Jeez, what do you think may happen in this "cycling" thing?
My plans are to watch the news, read some newspapers, flip through documentary's and town meetings. The fans are blowing. I am relaxed.
You are making me scared? LMAO. Does it sneak up?
Oh,I see, you are saying that I may do something really crazy like call 911 and work with the police calmly to address a situation???
Or, I may really go overboard and type a two page letter to the justice department requesting for an investigation of Fitchburg?
Yea, I would have to agree that is aggressive behavior that we must address with violence. Did you notify Swat? Should they propel down off ropes from Helicopters above smashing through my windows as I am writing away at my computer????
I really hope that you are not a professor but then again I knew a couple like you who also had prescriptions to the HERALD/ Republican rally cry!!!

Cupcake? I like that sweet heart! Thank you. And I agree that I am not a politician as the modern day politician is equivalent to a snake salesman.
So, Wickedguy is a female? If not then you must be gay. Cupcake?
To be honest, I believe that you are a certain person who actually had a physical attraction to me. You liked me until all hell broke loose.
I didn't mind you either besides the "racists" views as you say "those people". I will accept your apology. I do not hate you for what you did so unjustly to me. Everyone is human and I always accept sincere apologies.
I believe that people can change, even you. Try to have an open mind, begin to be nice to others. You should become a registered independent. I believe you are registered Republican ?
"Wicked guy", good cover and very crafty!!!

If you knew me then you would clearly understand. I am a stickler when it comes to assisting the fire department and EMTs. Ask my family as I drive with them they know to not hesitate to pull to the right as I will chastise them.
Any interference with emergency vehicles is not only not American but it is ignorant, uncaring and inhumane. So Yes, you are right I have an issue with this and I believe I will always have this issue.
Once a few years ago I got out of my car and screamed at people to move over to the right to let an ambulance by; I have zero tolerance for this sort of behavior.
You may think I am crazy but I would not hesitate to call the police again if cars are blocking access of emergency vehicles. I will be this way till I die.
And lets get this very straight; I knew there were some connections between the FPD and JRs but did not know that attacker was an officer. There is mounds of evidence to prove this as fact.
No one ever pointed this person out. I never met them people. I never seen any picture of these people.
One thing that I did not foresee is being brutally assaulted and attacked. The Mayor had told me to contact the license board as she stated she and her people had issues with this bar room as well.
Normally people associated with police would know better than to break the law. This is the normal behavior! Have you ever thought about that question?

I will have to disagree with this statement. From some of his previous posts I've read this man has trouble telling the truth and often deflects. He seems to refuse to take accountability for any of his mistakes. Also he believes that tax payers should pay everything for him. That sounds like a politician to me.
#114 Jun 23, 2013
Calmly address a situation? Like standing in the middle of North street screaming "You cops are all done! I'm going to get you all." Nice.

That is what was said? Really? Would you take a polygraph on that one? Oh, yea it is not admissible so you wouldn't bother!
The last I checked these test are done mostly/98% by the police and the other two percent by the "Steve Wilcos" show who just happens to be an ex officer and swears by them.
If I was to give you an educated guess on this one, I bet a pathological proven liar told you I stated this, HUH?
Again, can they pass the polygraph test? Then I would have to ask you, did you listen to the 911 tape? I have and it appears to the normal ear that the caller Kevin Lynch was extremely calm, very articulate and very alert.
Another question Ann, you do know that a call was made to the drinking establishment, excuse me, three calls!!!! From the FPD !!! And after this caller told Mr. Lynch that he can wait there and that they are sending a cruiser.
Read the evidence before you comment or I may have to correct you again.

Awe cupcake, I am so sorry you feel that way. I don't do politics. Don't you remember your family telling you neverto get involved in politics.
I was just like you with Hypervigilance but I went for therapy and now I treat and counsel others that have the disorder.
This has nothing to do with politics, this is me helping you to become a better person.
#117 Jun 23, 2013
Anyone can pass a polygraph if they truly believe their lies. Cops can and so can you. This is why a polygraph is not used in court.

Mayoral hopeful arrested in fight
Assault on police sergeant alleged
By Paula J. Owen TELEGRAM & GAZETTE STAFF
FITCHBURG — Mayoral candidate Kevin A. Lynch was being held until his dangerousness hearing in Fitchburg District Court today after he was arrested Saturday night for allegedly assaulting an off-duty Fitchburg police officer and a firefighter.
Mr. Lynch, 41, of 48 Cedar St., Unit 2, is charged with threatening to commit a crime — murder; assault and battery on a police officer; assault and battery on ambulance personnel; and disorderly conduct.
His friend, David L. Gonzalez, 41, of 53 Forest St., is charged with assault and battery on a police officer for trying to stop police from arresting Mr. Lynch, according to court records.
Sgt. Kerry C. Siomos alleges in his report that Mr. Lynch assaulted him about 8:45 p.m. at a car show outside of JR’s Pub on North Street, across the street from the fire station.
Sgt. Siomos said he walked outside to move his car about 20 minutes after he arrived at JR’s when Mr. Lynch and Mr. Gonzalez started yelling at him aggressively from the area of a car parked on North Street. He said he immediately recognized Mr. Lynch,“a man that has been stalking this officer for a long time who I consider very dangerous given my knowledge of his criminal past.”
Sgt. Siomos said Mr. Lynch continued screaming at him and said,“You cops are all done. I’m going to get all of you.”
The officer approached Mr. Lynch as he continued to yell and flail his arms, his report says, and then Mr. Lynch “got right in my face.” Sgt. Siomos said Mr. Lynch had a deranged look on his face and threatened to kill Sgt. Siomos and his family.
“(Mr. Lynch) continued to assault this officer, at which time I punched subject, taking him to the ground,” Sgt. Siomos’ report said.
Sgt. Siomos said he told Mr. Lynch to stay on the ground, but when he got up and went after Sgt. Siomos again, Firefighter P.J. Roy, who had been on call as an emergency medical technician at the fire station, put his arms around him to restrain him. Mr. Lynch then began striking him with his elbows to get away, according to police reports.
Mr. Gonzalez tried to physically prevent Sgt. Siomos from arresting Mr. Lynch.
“I am very alarmed and it should be noted that both subjects have been recently observed outside watching my house, with my young daughter, elderly mother and fiancée at home,” Sgt. Siomos’ report said.
Mr. Lynch’s cellphone allegedly contained several close-up photos of Sgt. Siomos’ family car registration and was confiscated.
Mr. Gonzalez allegedly told police.“Then he got out and started taking pictures. I knew we should have kept going, but he wanted to stop.”
Mr. Lynch told police he was going to the CVS pharmacy to pick up his medications. Court documents say he is taking several medications, including Paroxetine for anxiety and depression.
In February, after Mr. Lynch announced his bid for the Fitchburg mayor’s post, he told a reporter he had been convicted of “a few assault and battery on police officer cases over a span of 20 years” when he lived in Boston. Moreover, he said, he was also incarcerated in 1992 for seven years in connection with a manslaughter case.
In that case, Mr. Lynch said, a “few people” had come to his house for a party while his parents were on vacation, there was a fight and “somebody was killed in that fight.”
There were seven co-defendants in the case, said Mr. Lynch. Mr. Lynch and his brother pleaded guilty, he said. His brother served two years in prison. All of the other co-defendants pleaded not guilty, he said, but two others “did time” and another co-defendant is serving a life sentence.

Sorry cupcake but there was another exit near the bank for fire apparatus to exit. Obviously you didn't check. Not checking and viewing the entire situation is bad and that would be a major mistake if you are trying to balance the budget as a Mayor.
Report the situation and thats the end of your duty. Sorry but there was no reason to pursue any further. That is not normal. It is not normal trying to predict what MAY happen because of the parking at JRs. Normal people don't do that, sorry cupcake.

I'm sorry Mr.Lynch but I'm skeptical about your story. Correct me if I'm wrong. So you went to a firestation got in an altercation with an off duty police officer, was surrounded by off duty police and firemen so you called 911? How does that make any sense?
