I say we start charging for use of the detox centers. What, they can't afford the treatment???
I bet if the treatment center closes a lot of the users will find a way to afford to go back out there and buy more heroin.

Detox centers are crucial to the area! There will be an increase in income tax revenue that should be utilized to replace this funding! The monbey is just going to accumulate in other areas.

We cannot allow heroin to take a hold of Fitchburg again like it did for so long! I am a proponent of habit co on airport road; it is a necessary evil as it has actually saved the tax payer money!

I am not backing the heroin addict but for most of them there is a chemical imbalance. Their drug use is an avenue to self medicate. The majority of those on the heroin clinic are employed and pay income taxes. Before they would be stealing from their relatives and neighbors.

Drug prevention programs do assist society in their efforts to make neighborhoods safer and drug free.
