Why leaving a 'tip' confuses me

When I go to a restaurant, or a dunkins I leave a tip. Then I go to some place like Autozone for a part and the kid looks up the part on a computer, goes and gets it for me and I never tip. Why am I compelled to throw half a buck in a jar every morning for a cup of coffee? Should I have tipped the girl working at Walmart who helped me find the toy I needed to get for my neices birthday?

1 - The person working the counter at AutoZone get paid a lot more than a waitress...
2 - I have never had anyone that works at Wal-Mart help me find anything... they don't know where it is and will just tell you they are out of stock. IF you find someone there that CAN find something for you, rest assured they will be working at Home Depot next week because that is where the Wal-Mart grads end up!

Lynch you need to stop and take your meds. Didn't you read about Michelle Obamas campaign to fight obesety? I've seen your picture and it seems like you are not going for it. How does it feel rolling around moms couch with a fat stomach full of tax payer money paid for food?
