Hey Lynch, I saw you on the Jeremiah Oliver page playing amateur sleuth. Do you really think these store camera systems still have video from September? Most can only store video for 15-30 days. Even million dollar systems can't keep more than 90 days of video. That explains why you think the FFD "destroyed" their video. Even if they were pointed at your one-man riot on North Street. Gawd, you're such an idiot.

It's possible now that Lynch is playing cop again he will start to realize how frustrating it is for police when they have to deal with habitual liars and change his ways.

Michael, you are wrong. As we are finding out police haven't even asked for video surveillance. They NEVER gave the descriptions of Albertos car to the public. And let me be clear, it is leads and tips that police solve crimes with not a magic ball that they can only see.

It is obvious that the DA, Demoura and the Mayor are all more concerned about damage control than they are in solving the case.

Michael, you are stuck up Wongs behind. Come up for air as your oxygen is being negatively affected. You never been a good reporter as you are an ass kisser instead of a truth seeker.

These types of crime and cases are actually more common across the nation than the average citizen realizes. The police follow procedures based on past practices and outcomes from other cases.

This is only a new type of crime that the Fitchburg residents have never been exposed to.

Sorry but the police are being realistic and they refer the Law Enforcement network that connects to other agencies across the country about the probability of finding the boy.

Here is a link just for Florida:

The answer to the boys location is sitting in jail. Searching may never find anything, it may take years, decades if something is found.

The police are being realistic and doing what they can under the circumstances of the crime. This is not a missing child that ran away. This is most likely a homicide that probably occurred many months ago. The remains can be anywhere, not just in Fitchburg but can be anywhere in the entire country.

There have been many cases where the child is found but those were mostly abductions or runaways. Law enforcement knows that this type of case there is a very low probability percentage of actually finding the boy.

Dont let your emotions get out of control and target the police. Target the mother/boyfriend who knows where he is !

Mr Lynch requested the tape be shown immediately after he was used as a human punching bag by Chuckles The Cop. Mr Lynch requested the tape right away. He requested it within days of being on the receiving end of the vicious attack. At THAT point in time, the tape should have still existed.

I always thought that it was sheer BS that the tape had somehow been accidently erased. More likely, the tape was quickly desytroyed on purpose, because it was living proof who the real bad guys were in the saga. And, they sure as hell weren't Mr Lynch or his friend Mr Gonzales....

'Friends' seems to know so much about the people involved. Who in their right mind would want to be friends or associate with any of these people? Facts are they deal drugs abuse each other and children. Nice friends you have there.

What Mr.Lynch knows and doesn't post is that the cameras only cover the parking area of the employee's vehicles, the interior locked lobby to bet buzzed in and in front of the apparatus bay doors.

They do not cover all areas around the station.

The camera system's video is saved to a locked system that is serviced by an outsider contractor from NH. They are the only ones that have access to the video. This is in order so that people cannot make accusations that any city employee discarded any video. This keeps the city from liability in these cases. It protects the city and all city employees from liability.

The city has thought ahead of time and is not stupid when it comes to video surveillance on city property. They knew to have all systems locked and privately serviced. The same goes for all recorded phone calls. That too is recorded and locked into a digital machine serviced and accessed ONLY by the NH private contractor in order to protect the city.

The contractor is not connected in any way to any agency but they had to pass intense Homeland Security checks so they can offer their services. They would be the ones held liable if there was a missing video or a recorded phone call.

I wish the tapes had been shown so everyone could have seen Psycho Boy Lynch screaming "You cops are all done! I'm going to get you all" before commencing, as Franklin Roosevelt said, "A dastardly and unprovoked attack."

And if "Mr." Lynch was the person attacked, how come he's the one still on probation?

Most likely because cops are rarely charged with Assault and Battery even when they assault and they batter people. The system just doesn't work that way. Certainly not at a cop owned bar that is filled with off duty cops, off duty firefighters and all of their favorite pals as witnesses to THEIR version of the events....

Keep plucking that chicken Darn. Work on your use and abuse of punctuation while you're at it.

Do you also believe Lynch's version of how he helped to kill Andrew?

Good point because I don't believe you have any friends. I guess if all of these off duty cops and firefighters showed up at Lynchs house, attacked him on his property and threatened to injure his family I would view this differently. The facts are Lynch went to JRs pub, started a fight and got dropped on his ass. END OF STORY. The truth is the people in the pub didn't want to be harassed just like the little boy didn't want to be abused but criminals do these random acts of violence. I've asked more than once why Lynch was there stirring up trouble and have yet to receive an answer that makes any sense.

In fact I've read his posts about him taping drug dealers but there is no report of him confronting them??

Oh. I get it. It was a conspiracy, right? So on the one side there was Lynch, and on the other side...the entire Commonwealth?

I don't know. Call me old fashioned, but when it's a he said/he said situation, I'm usually more inclined to believe the people who didn't spend eight years in the can for their part in the death of someone. And didn't already have a previous history of attacking cops.

Hey, dipst, the poor kid was gone for 3 months before the cops knew about it. How can you ask people to look for video that was erased months ago? You are such a fu&$kng retard Lynch.
