Sorry apple, you couldn't be more wrong about everything. She has no damages. Not only legally, but by her own admission. And the city cannot successfully be used for millions, there is a cap on liability. She basically was not fired, that's what paid administrative leave is. Ask any police officer who has ever been put on paid leave, it's not a termination.

For someone who thinks they know a lot it's clearly evident that you know very little. Your last name isn't Lynch, is it?

Ask any cop?? A cop gets a free vacation for shooting a home boy. What it is doesn't make it logical. You truly are a blind conformist. Mediocrity knows nothing higher than itself. So what if Fitchburg has limited liability. She can additionally seek damages against private and public individuals. I'm far wiser than you in both formal education and life experience. I could put a lean on your $220,000 home and sue you tomorrow. Doesn't mean I could get 3 cents from you. But I could still bust your balls and cost you 1000's

She shouldn't be fired. She did nothing wrong. you just wish you looked as good as her. She probably sent the pictures in and ratted herself out. Be a great way to get free publicity. Either way it worked and more people have seen her modeling pictures now then ever before. more power to her. i hope her modeling career takes off!

Until not long ago Massachusetts was represented in Washington by a senator who did modelling jobs in his younger years. The lady has broken no laws, and in a society that clamors beauty and uses sex appeal to sell anything it is bigot to judge her.
