Hey Lynch you and Zimmerman have something in common:
You BOTH KILLED a man
For one I did not kill a man. I tried everything I could to prevent a fight. You have no idea what it is like to have to deal with such a tragedy.

If I could of changed the results I wouldn't hesitate. I cannot control another persons actions. I didn't hit anyone with a weapon, I didn't stab anyone and I would never.

God knows my heart is all I can say to you. You are just an harasser and cannot stop themselves.

All I need to know is that you have spent zero time reading the court transcripts. If you had you'd see the fallacy in what you posted. Don't lash out at me because you're too slow or lazy to do a little research to support your point or disprove a statement.
As far as FL being the worst state, it's certainly up there but not because of this trial or the verdict.
Do research and read transcripts of trials long ago concerning someone who is effectively meaningless?

I'll leave that to you idiots. Because I don't see any need to waste my time with this BS does not make me slow or lazy dumfuk!

Florida is the worst state because of it's laws, rightwing extremist politicians, and people like you who are just plain ignorant!

Exactly the response I expected. So you'll come on to a message board, make uneducated comments about a recent news item, oblivious to the facts, and when you're called out on your BS you attack. Well played. Your 3rd grade education is serving you well.

I guess 3 or 4 days is considered "long ago" in your mind. As the saying goes, "ignorance is bliss".

Just to remind you Lynch:...

2 suspects in fatal beating have long criminal histories
[01 Edition]
Boston Herald - Boston, Mass.

Abstract (Document Summary)

The Boston Herald yesterday obtained confidential criminal offender records for Kevin A. Lynch, 22, of South Boston and Kevin M. Dahl, 20, of Weymouth, who are said to have the most extensive criminal histories among the nine accused of fatally beating and stabbing [Andrew McDonough], 23, Saturday.

Both Lynch and Dahl were named by homicide detective Sgt. William Mahoney as participants in the attack on McDonough, who died two hours after he was found in the street with stab wounds and other injuries.

Mahoney, testifying at the defendants' arraignment Monday, said witnesses saw Lynch kicking McDonough in the head in the 2 a.m. assault, which occurred after McDonough and some friends reportedly were turned away from a party at Lynch's home on L Street.

I've had to go to Florida more than once and there are some very scary neighborhoods.

Sure Disney world and retirement 'communities' are nice and safe but go outside of that and it is sketchy at best. They even have police at the entrances and exits of super markets because of all the crime.

It's not a race thing at all. The people are criminals there no matter what color and I didn't trust anyone.

Donald Trumps golf course has 12 ft. tall cement walls surrounding it and it's not to keep the golfers in.

When you see the protesters on TV it is scary to think that this is the voting public. I think CNN ran IQ tests on all of the protesters added them all together and came up with a final score of -5.

When he admits he killed that man I will stop posting his news articles. He states he had nothing to do with this mans death but still went to jail for 8 years. Papers and court records say different.

Actually...

"Date: Jun 17, 1992"

You're just being an a-hole, period! As the Zimmermann trial shows, court cases are not all black and white and there are many nuanced reasons for outcomes.

Yes it is scary and it's nation wide. You look at the star witness and she's over weight under educated and uninformed but 'she got her cellphone and hair extensions.'. The system is failing. Then you have people like Lynch who is always trying to find a way to blame Police for the actions of criminals.

Here is how to spot a criminal.

1.) They always complain about police.

2.) They always claim they were brought up right.

3.) That just might be your DVD player under their arm and they will say they found it on the sidewalk.

Oh, btw, you might want to check those word definitions before you try to use them:
sa·li·ent /ˈsāly&# 601;nt/
Adjective
Most noticeable or important: "the salient points of the case".
Noun
A piece of land or section of fortification that juts out to form an angle.
Synonyms
adjective. prominent - outstanding - protruding
noun. salience - projection - protrusion
LMAO, hahahahahahahahahahahaa, so let's see

a) You didn't know what the word meant
b) You looked it up
c) You still don't understand how it applies
d) So you think that means you can steal the high ground and make yourself think you're winning something

I'll say it again, glad I won't be anywhere near your trainwreck, ever!
