All you are passing judgment without really knowing this man, just like you all probably do in expressing your opinions on anything else, so unless you know him personally and are only taking what this crappy newspaper writes about him well take it from the source as you all are.
Jack is a great guy and just like Lisa Wong wants more businesses in Fitchburg well now here is one new business for Fitchburg; and now you people want to pick and choose, what a joke.

GO Girl: It really doesn't matter who is behind another night club/drinking establishment/watering hole in Fitchburg. It could be Al Capone for all I could care.

Bottom line is this: Fitchburg has enough trouble with drinking establishments. Remember the Hip Hop Club under the Putnam Street Bowling Alley, that had a fight one night, reporting over 200 people that were seen fighting when F.P.D. arrived? Then when they went after the person who started it, the person ran into the club, and the manager wouldn't show the cop where the person was? While I am not against bars, Main Street is not the place, nor is the area near the Halloween Shop (which is in an neighborhood where gunshots ring out from time to time, and a strip club where a employee was caught by State Police..doing a sex act.) Hardly what Fitchburg needs for revitalization.

Also the Licensing Board in Fitchburg, has shown an ability of NOT listening to the City Council, and citizens about clubs that have caused problems for the police, and created a downtown into a "main drag for angry drunks." There is ENOUGH drunken people in Fitchburg, creating another place they can patronize only creates more panhandling...and more crime. Regardless of who runs a drinking establishment!
