College students are now facing insurance premium cost increases of up to 1500%...no problem, Mom and Dad can just add it to the already ridiculous tuition, so those folks that can't afford health insurance can get some. Hey, we all know everyone that sends their kids to college are rich and can afford it...right?

Oops, of course you don't! Wrong problem.

As for this one, they can all stay on their parents plan until 26! If they sare still in college at 26???? That's kind of a problem for them isn't it?

For States that embraced the Law and set up their own exchanges like they were supposed to, enrollment is exceeding expected numbers!!!! Poor Red state people will be without critical coverage while Blue State inhabitants will be covered just like here in MA!!

"None of this comes as a surprise. In recent weeks, there’s been a feeding frenzy over health care – the dysfunctional website, the cancelation notices, the breathless speculation about whether Obama is a “liar” or the “biggest liar ever”– and the American mainstream is bound to react after being told countless times that ACA rollout troubles are Watergate, Katrina, Iraq, and Iran-Contra all rolled up into one.

If the polls didn’t swing heavily against the law and the White House, one would have to start questioning the validity of the results.

There is, however, a certain irony to the sharp shift in public attitudes: things are starting to get a little better.

Despite the disastrous rollout of the federal government’s healthcare website, enrollment is surging in many states as tens of thousands of consumers sign up for insurance plans made available by President Obama’s health law.

A number of states that use their own systems, including California, are on track to hit enrollment targets for 2014 because of a sharp increase in November, according to state officials.

“What we are seeing is incredible momentum,” said Peter Lee, director of Covered California, the nation’s largest state insurance marketplace…. Several other states, including Connecticut and Kentucky, are outpacing their enrollment estimates, even as states that depend on the federal website lag far behind. In Minnesota, enrollment in the second half of October ran at triple the rate of the first half, officials said. Washington state is also on track to easily exceed its October enrollment figure, officials said.

To be sure, this is likely cold comfort to those running into trouble on the federal website, but the “surge” in enrollment numbers nevertheless suggests increased interest in signing up for coverage and strong demand for benefits. Once healthcare.gov is on track – if it gets on track – there’s ample reason to believe enrollment totals will show marked improvement everywhere.

Indeed, even the federal site is showing signs of improvement. Jon Chait noted yesterday,“Lost in the Keep Your Plan imbroglio, it appears that healthcare.gov has already reached a point of functionality. It can currently handle 20,000–25,000 simultaneous users."

Sabotage works and there will be a backlash against those who are choosing to let their constituantcy suffer without.

Insurance rates will be slower as Millions more have to pay into the system now. But as we seen with car insurance the companies will claim poor mouth amid massive record profit quarters.

Idiot, cause the House names the bill the "jobs" bill, doesn't mean that's what it is...

"The bills passed Thursday would lift SEC restrictions on advertisements soliciting new investors and permit “crowdfunding” so that entrepreneurs can raise equity capital from larger pools of small investors. Small private companies would also be able to sell up to $50 million in shares as part of a public offering before having to register with the SEC and could have as many as 1,000 shareholders, up from the current cap of 500.

Four of the bills included in the package had already passed the House by wide margins. Republican leaders couldn’t say how many jobs the JOBS Act would actually create."

"Republican leaders couldn’t say how many jobs the JOBS Act would actually create."!

Cause it's not actually a Jobs bill, it's a give away to Wall Street.

You are a fool! A veterans jobs bill? This is a no brainer! Everyone voted for this bill! There wasn't even any discussion as it went straight for a vote.

This Congress is the MOST do nothing Congress in the history of the US. I didn't make this up as it is FACT!

They are PURE OBSTRUCTIONIST! This is 100% FACT as we seen during the entire Obama administration.

What I wish Obama had done is to allow the economy to fail so all you Republicans would have hurt financially. Republican Fire fighters and Police would have been laid off in the thousands. The stock market would of crashed into destruction. This is what I wish he allowed to happen.

But Obama didn't as he didn't want to see America suffering after the Bush financial collapse. FACT!!!!!

So, Yes in essence Obama assisted Republican voters as he borrowed Billions in order to stimulate the consumer spending in America which all Republican voters profited off in our nations worst recession!!!

How did they all repay Obama? By betraying him! They held onto over 3 Trillion dollars and wouldn't lend out a dime! The economy is now improving. We all knew that it would take many years to recover.

Your OBSTRUCTIONIST made it nearly impossible to recover. We need to vote Republicans out of office so we can bring America back to prosperity.

Both you and Just Facts financial portfolios have increased under Obama! How does this happen in the Nations worst recession in its entire history!

The Bush financial collapse was historic as it changed the world. It was a financial Sunami as Bush admits to! So what are you going to ignore Bushs admission?

LOL, typical double talking republican BS!
