Barry Scheck may consider taking up a local case. The plaintiff is offering the rewarded settlement to be given to the Innocence project.

If this becomes a reality then I cannot see not taking up this task in the persuit of justice.

Maybe I could make money of the movie proceeds? "The Exposing of The Good Ole Boy Network". I would have Bob Dylans Hurricane playing in the back ground with a trailer segment starring Hurricane Carter.

This is tempting.

Nah. Counselor Scheck would never take your case. Why? Well...

Three men accused in the clubbing and spearing death of Andrew S. McDonough last summer pleaded guilty in Suffolk Superior Court yesterday to manslaughter.

Judge Robert Banks ordered Jason D. Clifford, 21, of Dorchester to serve 7 to 15 years, and Kevin Lynch, 23, of South Boston to serve 6 to 15 years in the state prison in Walpole; and Brian Lynch, 20, of South Boston to serve 20 years in the state prison in Concord.

Clifford will be eligible for parole in about five years, Kevin Lynch in about four, and Brian Lynch in about two years.

Not talking about the 92 case. You are relentless though, huh? Why don't you let that case go? Let the man rest in peace, seriously! It is very distasteful. As I always stated if I could of changed that outcome I wouldn't hesitate. You need to stop!

You killed a person. You should be burdened with living that guilt and be reminded of that fact often.

You killed a person. According to court records, an unarmed person.

You're the lowest form of human life. You're right down there with pedophiles and rapists.

Perhaps. But you were a critical actor in this tragic incident.

Why can't I let the case go? Because it says a lot about your character. While you like to portray yourself as Upton Sinclair, Ida Tarbell or Reuben Carter, you are closer to a deranged gadfly.

Not only can you not change the past, what you do in the interim is instructive. People who are truly remorseful for their mistakes do not then go on to assault firemen.

I NEVER asaulted a fireman, ask him if you want! I am getting tired of these false accusstions as they are to a point of harrassment.

You are attempting to draw me out to talk about the case. You just may succeed but I say I am game on my end to bring it all back up. Lets do it!

Matter of fact I will make the step that will bring it back up. I will demand the evidence that they do not want to release, huh?

Imagine utilizing the effect of an unjust incarceration of an innocent man to cover up things!! You will get what you want as I believe it is time.

Interesting "I NEVER asaulted a fireman, ask him if you want!" You caught me again because I don't know any firemen or Police for that matter.

Have you ever considered that if you didn't park illegaly, threaten to kill an off duty cop and his family and attacked an EMT worker things would have worked out differently? That's not normal behavior.

The idiot Lynch may be on to something. Here is an excerpt from the Council meeting agenda for Tuesday, March 19:

Oral report on the following Matters:
New Appointments:
Commissioner of the Fitchburg Housing Authority
(Term to expire March 19, 2018)
Mr. Paul Fontaine
615 South St.
Fitchburg, MA 01420
(see: http://www.fitchburgma.gov/government/departm... )

Hackerama lives and is alive and well in Fitchburg.

Fontaine is a legend in his own mind who accomplished less than nothing while on the City Council. Dipstick Danny Mylott appointed him to Chair the Fitchburg Redevelopment Authority (nobody else wanted the job) where he continued his sterling record of accomplishing nothing other than flapping his yap about grandiose plans. Fontaine was deeply involved with the fiscal fiasco over the demolition of the former Crescent Building and its' "Redevelopment" by the mysterious and never seen "Dr. Yu." Taxpayers paid over $300K for that fiasco. Now, after failing miserably in local real estate and with his real estate school, the bum gets to pad his municipal pension as Commissioner of the Housing Authority.

Hilarious it it were not so sad.
