I believe we should be posting their names and addresses and their parents also. If he is still a juvenile then his parents should have known where he was. I think there should be a law that the parents are legally responsible until age 18. I wonder if it would make a difference in the underage criminal activity. Probably wouldn't make a difference. I'm sure the apple doesn't fall far from the tree in most instances.

Gun Lover wrote: That is why MA should make it easier for people to carry firearms. If all responsible people could carry weapons these attacks wouldn't happen or these low lives would be shot and killed. Sure their friends would come out and say they were good people but there would be two less maggots on the planet!!! amen to that, thats why i am licensed and loaded.

Advice to anyone in crapburg. Owning a gun is a great idea, however it is beyond the means of some. Also it takes time and practice to be a proficient shooter. In this comunist state actually getting a LTC is a real pain in the a$$. This guy got jumped from behind so a gun would probably been a liability.
A great alternative is to carry pepper spray. Visit your local PD and obtain a permit to carry pepper spray. It will cost you $25 and everyone is eligible for one. A can of pepper spray will run you about $10 and can give you the extra seconds needed to escape from a scumbag.
Unlike guns, there is little risk of prosecution and/or getting sued should you ever have to use it. It does have its drawbacks, but its something you can do without a large expense or jumping thru lots of hoops.

Your post presents a brilliant idea for those with little to no police protection and a growing neighborhood thugdom. After a brief 'consultation' with the NJD (Neighborhood Justice Department) these low life pukes will be set on the path to enlightenment.

You folks have it all wrong. These two kids are the victims. They are like the kids that shot the bus windows, they were bored. Shame on the citizens of Fitchburg in not providing these kids an activity. All kidding aside. This was a violent, cowardly act. These little pieces of crap need to go to jail and do some real time. I bet they both went thru the D.A.R.E program. A big waste of taxpayer dollars. The parents are the one's that set the standards. Good work by the Fitchburg P.D. and I hope that Papa Gino's corp. will use it's corporate lawyers to help put these dopes away.

Juvenile justice is often not justice for the victim. i agree with this person..u do the crime..u do the time..it does not say to shield anyone's name..if they did it once they will do it again
