One more evaluation and question Stamos! Read this quote of yours

"Deep down inside his heart lurks a malicious, bitterly envious creature wholly in the grasp of the compulsion to control and get even with all authority."

Now, I have to ask, are you telling me what is deep down inside my heart lurking?? Was this your first thought or are you evaluating?

Also, do you think that it is OK for authority to file charges on a person for having this thought?

So, there is a science to read hearts and minds?

And we should charge people for thinking? So, they don't have to state anything, just think it? How would we determine this to be fact or fiction?

This would be an awesome ability for people such as you. You would need no proof. All you would have to state is "he is thinking to assault that man as I know he hates police and the man is an officer"!
I thought that he was thinking that he wanted to assault me so I sucker punched him!!!

Stamos,

All jokes aside. I have a bumper sticker on my bumper it states

"THINK" It is not illegal YET !

This is who I am Stamos!!!! I strongly feel that everyone has the right to think, everyone has the right to speek even if you do not agree with that person.

i wouldn't suggest it but do you know that it is legal for you to state to a judge "I think/feel that you are dishonest"?

It is legal to state . I feel that it is not right for those officers to beat that man as he is handcuffed.

It is legal to ask questions. It is legal to question authority! I know this is a big one for you! You seem to feel that Hail Hitler is the only response citizens should have when approached.

Let me ask. Do you feel that it is illegal for me to ask the Mayor to disclose the particulars concerning the Tasca matters?

As a citizen, a Mayoral candidate should I have this right to question where and how money is spent? Should I question suspicious real estate deals made by the city?

The Mayor stated that Captain Tasca severed the publics trust and she fired him. The city attorney at the hearing stating that what he did equated to grand larceny after reviewing the public financed investigator.

Do you feel that no one should ask questions after the captain was reinstated and the mayor stated that she agreed not to disclose the details???

So the public should just trust??? Don't ask questions, don't file grievances and just respond with hail Hitler?????

IT IS "WE THE PEOPLE" not "We the government"! The city belongs to all the citizens of Fitchburg!

The money that Mayor Wong spends on investigators is the citizens money!!!!!! The officers and firefighters are the peoples employees!!!

This is why they state public servants! They are not stating anything derogatory when they state this fact!

It is the way it is in order to avoid influence and corruption!!!! It is the way it is so it ALWAYS remains "WE THE PEOPLE"!!!!!!!

This is why generalizations are no good. You may not like to hear it but it is true, "everyone is created equal" and everyone needs to be treated equal!!!

You may think that you are superior! You may think that I shouldn't have equal rights! You may think that my civil rights should not be respected! you may think that it is OK for an Antonucci to exact his power and unjustly fire my brother without being questioned.

We must adhere to the Constitution! Let me ask, did you read the quote that judge Zide stated he has always kept close to his heart? You now the rationale that a superior court justice had concerning to make judgments free of bias and the importance of such a need for equality?

I read that quote and I fully understand every single word in that quote! Ultimately it states for example; we don't judge that kevin Lynch hates police and to then use that label against him! It doesn't state that "we can see that Kevin Lynch didn't do this crime but we have to judge against him even if it is obvious that the cop is lying 100%; all said we must find him guilty because on one hand we have Kevin Lynch who Stamos believes hates police and has a deep thought down deep in his heart and on the other we have a person with a badge; the person with the badge is lying but I must overlook all that!

The quote that judge Zide referred to is essential, without its adherance there is no America but only hail hitler!

Lynch,

I finally found ONE statement that you've made that I agree...I'm amazed.

I will agree that "we are all made equal", but that doesn't imply or guarantee that we all remain equal.

Some people go on in their lives to do unbelievable things like curing the plague or inventing something that feeds thousands of people on less land.

Others, like you, waste themselves and their potential talents bitching and moaning about things that they will NEVER positively impact. Waste themselves and the resources of others, just feeding off of society.

You are one of those bottom-feeders that take from a system and give little to nothing in return. You are one of societies hemorrhoids, and like that ailment, you are a pain in the ass and just keeping coming back.

You are the most evasive. It seems like you are two different people but with the same political philosophy. Stupidly wealthy!

You seem a bit narcistic but then again it is weird; you are more like a narcistic groupie!!

Whatever the case me be, you are a big fan of hair dye! Am I right? It is nothing negative as many people use it.

Can you give me a hint? Are you a male or a female? I can't tell.

Let me ask, did you enherit money and/or property? You seem particular. You are a very neat appearing person, huh?

Sometimes, I think that you are Conry but then again you are better spoken and he is more grumpy. I think you are taller than him, thinner also?

I think that you are a female because you are not manly, in other words you don't get tough like a man.

Leominster is not manly either but he is a jokester which usually means that he is a plump shaped man like santa clause.

Are you an attorney? No, I am wrong that guy was an idiot.

I am stumped! I do think that a male and a female use your handle and you both have similar political philosophies.

Lynch,

I know you think you know who I am, but you are sadly mistaken as usual. I have a fine head of hair, and the only person looking like a big penis is you, which fits you so well.

Maybe you can incorporate that into your next campaign.

Vote Kevin Lynch and I will give the Fitchburg Police Department a good.......

Oh, c'mon Civil..... Just because he offered a thousand dollar bounty on your head doesn't mean you're the only one out here with exclusive rights in vetting him. You see civil, these forums from what I understand are anonymous on-line opinion forums, are they not? And unlike you or me, Lynch chose and is using these on-line anonymous forums to run his political campaign from which gives us all permission to scrutinize and vet him and his political agenda and motives, along with his character.

And like I said to chuggles "the fool", an inquiry into Lynch’s character should be viewed in light of the sheer weight of the position he seeks: a city leader. If the job involved were a city-level clerks position, questions about Lynch’s personal history would indeed be less relevant and a distraction. Instead, what is at stake here is Fitchburgs future. Voting for someone to be Mayor is akin to mortgaging the city's future to that individual. As such, knowledge of the background and character of the person is essential. So move over and make some room for others.

Oh! and by the way! I'm no really a big fan of Expresso's pizza. It's nothing but a big sugar high. I remember back in the day long before the place burned down when that building had a dirt cellar floor with rats breeding among the pallets of flower. They did it right though! They got all the Fitchburg kids high on sugar and still have them all coming back even today with all their own kids.

You’re making shit up again Lynch. Where in any quote in that article did this Judge say "the importance of such a need for equality"?

"A judge's role is to make fair and impartial judgments free from influence and bias in a deliberative way," he said, summarizing a statement from a landmark legal opinion written by Paul J. Liacos, who was Chief Justice of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and Zide's criminal law professor at Boston University."
http://www.sentinelandenterprise.com/local/ci...

There are only two parts of this article that are even remotely relevant in your case Lynch. The first would be when Zide said "most of the people that are brought before him are fairly ordinary people who have made bad judgments in their own lives, with the exception of those with mental health issues." …….With that of course, being you!

And then of course;
"People come to the courts because they have a need," said Zide. He said that often takes the form of problems like domestic issues, harassment or a financial matter.

"People are trying to gain control over their lives," he said. "That often means getting the law to control other people."

"Harrassment"......D ing, ding, ding, ding, ding.........
"Getting the law to Control someone".....Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding......
He said he always tells jurors that we live in a rule-of-law society. He recited a favorite quotation that obedience to the law is freedom.

Lynch, "Fair" is subjective. It requires a moral determination based on what is "right" and what is "deserved." "Equal" is a logical mathematical distribution, oblivious to sympathy and sentiment.
A man puts half his pay in his wallet and the other half in his sock. Some crook lifts his wallet. Now both men are financially equal... Is that fair?

Mr.Lynch don't you think if you send hundreds of letters and emails to a judge and spend half of your life in court the judge might be a little bias? The judge must think oh no not him AGAIN!

Here we go again, huh? For one, I thought that the charges were dismissed against him.

Further into your comment referring to "He likes men" and to have him move in with me. It is very clear that you have a problem with gay men. Your problem has actually incited people out here into discriminating against me.

You haven't blogged at me in a while, why now? Is it because of a recent conversation? Leave us alone!!!
