Stop it Cheryl, you're exposing yourself as a non believer. Lynch has already explained that he works harder than anyone else. If he decided to he could be a master plumber, electrician, mechanic, carpenter, Mayor of the city, run a methadone clinic and still have time to nurture young spanish boys. He's a hero in my book!

Because he is humble he won't admit it but he could perform open heart surgery on himself while giving Gomez a PR fog bank. He's the best at everything.

Another BLATANT LIE.....
Lynch, January 3rd 2007 was the day Democrats took control of both the House and the Senate which was the start of the 110th Congress.
The Democrat Party controlled both arms of the government for the first time since the end of the 103rd Congress in 1995. For nitwits like you propagating the lie that everything was "Bush's Fault", think about this: At the time: The GDP for the previous quarter was 3.5% while unemployment was at 4.6%. The economic policies under Bush SET A RECORD 52 STRAIGHT MONTHS of JOB GROWTH. Could you please prove otherwise?

Back up stamy. You and I both know that presidential policies extend two yrs into the next presidents term. The recession began at the end of the Clinton presidency. Under Bush it was all recession.

The Bush tax cuts run hand and hand with this countries worst recession and you know it. Unfortunately you are right the dems allowed their arms to be bent over the Iraq wear financing and the Bush tax cuts.

Even Obama on Christmas gave in to the Bush tax cuts as the Republicans were going to allow the unemployment benefits to exhaust, an unemployment account that is in the black mind you as is social security. The Democrats did not control both houses for long as you conveniently did not state.

In Massachusetts they told Weld that they were not giving Massachusetts another dime for prisons as at this point it would be cheaper to fence in the entire state or did Reagan state this?

It is comical to see firefighters and police supporting Republicans as the Republicans are anti union as they are anti trust violators as well. Tell it like it is as the only ones who fall for Republican rhetoric are those with no common sense.

This is why I mess with firefighters over their salaries because they don't understand that when and if they get rid of foodstamps and welfare then their jobs are immediately affected as their kids will be pushed out of market basket by former welfare mothers with kids. So their household income will go down. And then the city makes a move due to pension debt. They begin to hire volunteers and firefighters for half the pay rate.

Now along comes Baker who wants to fire 6000 state workers. What is his claim? He states that he will save 6000 pensions from needing to be paid. I need to ask before I finish, what do these people then do for work?????

Republicans tell you about the frosting and how good it taste but they never tell you about the cake itself.

The ONLY way a Baker plan would definitely work is if he fired the top 6000 state workers at their salaries of $100,000 and upwards to $250,000. But he is talking about those who live pay check to paycheck.

So then these state workers will need unemployment and food stamps, fuel assistance ect..It is like the bush war with Iraq! Stupid, stupid and stupid!

only ONE company made out and their name is HALLIBURTON who now moved out of Texas and into Dubai at the same time Bush moved from Washington back to Texas. HMMMMMM????

Like I said Lynch, you give me cramps from laughter.

Now who is it that you say is anti-union? LMAO

http://www.sentinelandenterprise.com/police/c...

FITCHBURG -- Kevin A. Lynch of 48 Cedar St. said he was inspired to run for mayor after being denied financial assistance from the city for a business plan he submitted.

Lynch said he was turned down because he rents instead of owning a home. He said he would like to see a lot of changes in the city.

Lynch, 41, grew up in Boston's Savin Hill neighborhood and said his first taste of politics came from his mother managing Mayor Ray Flynn's schedule.

He attended classes at Quincy College and Beacon Hill Community College but did not graduate from either.

In 1992, he and two friends were arrested after a fatal beating in Boston, and he pleaded guilty to manslaughter charges. He was released from prison in 2000 and moved to Fitchburg, where he found work as a carpenter.

"It's a fact of life, I'm not running from it," said Lynch. He said it happened a long time ago, and he doesn't believe his criminal record will change how voters see him.

"That Kevin Lynch has ceased to exist," he said.

In 2007, he earned an associate's degree in business from Mount Wachusett Community College. He is not currently enrolled in classes, but said he is working off and on for a bachelor's degree, also in business.

Lynch said he has given up carpentry for medical reasons but is not on disability assistance. For work, he said he has recently started drafting business plans with the intention of selling them.

A first-time candidate, Lynch said if elected his top priority would be in reforming the Police Department.

"I think it's a yarnball of issues and they're all related," he said. "And the situation here is the high crime rate."

Lynch said increased crime drives up insurance rates in Fitchburg and discourages businesses and students from coming to the city.

His proposed solution is to renegotiate the union contract with the Police Department to cut down on things like time off.

He said he is open to firing the entire Police Department and starting over, a position he said has no relation to his criminal record or fights with Fitchburg police officers that have led to his arrest.

"I'm the only one who has the guts to say anything about it," said Lynch. He said he considers himself the voice of the people.

Lynch said he also wants to encourage business in the city and wants the local government to do more to help people transition off public-assistance programs and into jobs.

If elected, Lynch said he wants to see all students in grades one through eight wear school uniforms. He said this would help teachers manage discipline and get students to take school seriously.

Lynch said he'd like to encourage parent participation by holding public meetings to discuss mandating that parents help the school system with tasks like cleaning the buildings, as some private schools require.

Do you really think that we can just stop food stamps and welfare? Then what? Serious? Then what?
I know many people who worked in local factories for 50 hrs a week on average and now have been collecting food stamps for the past ten yrs. Do you really think people would rather collect foodstamps than to work?
There are NO jobs! tens of thousands of local jobs GONE! You have been able to survive because your job has been secure.
You do know that there has been a serious recession for the past ten yrs, right? Some haven't as they have continued to work.
Take the average out of work guy; do you think that they wouldn't want a city job? A state job? So you think they would rather stay home and collect? If you know people like that then you know some deadbeats which make up maybe 10% of welfare recipients.
How about this! Take away the $125 a month food stamps and $700 a month SSI which is $825. Take the benefits away but give them 80 hrs a month as a firefighter. This will include training or 80 hrs a month as a maintenance worker for our schools or 80 hrs a week doing road work for better streets.
Now on the flip side the city wouldn't need to pay pensions due to employees being part time.
Hey, your hero Reagan did it when he fired the airline workers union.
No.

2,000 jobs are needed at the Great Wolf Lodge near Rte.2 in Fitchburg. Now there better be some welfare recipients applying there, right?

So you are saying it's okay to take away Veterans benefits and unemployment benefits but the welfare recipients is able to keep theirs?

Really?

Hey dumb f*c where does that welfare money come from?

Okay I will make it simple for you.

I have $3 and want to spend my $3 on what I want to since I worked hard for it. BUT I HAVE to give you $1 of MY money because you don't want to work so you can spend it.

DUMB DUMB that is still my $1 that I would have spent to help the economy anyways.

The Government doesn't just print welfare money ! It comes from the taxpayers !

There isn't a welfare fairy that brings the welfare recipients money to spend !

Why should you get to spend my $1 that I HAD give you since I am the one that worked for it?

And yes, people really would rather collect food stamps than work, I was one of those people dumb a*ss ! I know.

And sorry suck balls but I wouldn't get out of bed for what firefighter, cops and any public safety member earns! I am a carpenter.

You don't print the money neither! If ten people who use to receive financial assistance around you began to work in your field then you would receive less money or I should say that position would receive less money. They only print so much money!

Let me ask, would you rather send someone to prison at $45,000 a year expense or to see that person working making $25,000 a year?

Do you know that prisoners work within DPWs across the state? They get $2 a day. In Boston they laid off 30 dpw workers in one building and replaced them with $2 a day prisoners. And the prisoners worked harder!

Such a situation could happen in every single field especially city, state jobs, fire and police positions. And this would be a Republican want.

This is what Republicans push for. They want zero education for prisoners but they expect the prisoners to get out and to stayed unemployed until they steal or sell drugs and it is back to prison for another $45,000 a year.

Dear Michael,

The accusation that you quoted that Chief demoura made, shouldn't he need to provide proof of this accusation ? As the police Chief in Fitchburg in the middle of a Mayoral race, I should be able to respond to his serious allegation. As I mentioned there are witnesses to other incidents that I have reported to Chief Demoura. Some of these incidents I was not there for. I gave the names and contact info to Chief Demoura.

Michael, Chief Demoura has only been Chief for a little over 3 years. There has been an ongoing Internal Affairs matter since then. This was a filed complaint that involved My friend Dave, My mother and Myself. There was a group of witnesses to this incident including the manager of the advanced auto on John Fitch were the incident took place. That case involved the department taking my mothers plates, registration and title for over one years time. This has NEVER been done, they captured a liberty interest of my mothers' as she was not able to drive the vehicle for a year. The case against me got thrown out as a FPD member was committing perjury to cover up purposeful harassment. It has not ended there.

One of the incident involved my 20 yr old nephew and his friend. This was just 4 months ago and not "4 years ago"! a uniformed officer driving an older model mercedes benz seen David Gonzalezs car that my nephew had borrowed and deliberately drove across the double yellow and drove right at my nephew in a game of chicken. I didn't think that this was so funny so I wrote the Chief. I gave him my nephews name. No one interviewed my nephew! No one!

On march 26th, 2011 I was attacked by an off duty officer. This off duty officer stated "you have been filing complaints against me and McNamarra now for nine months and now you are filing a complaint against my brother n law, you M F'r" He proceeded to brutally attack me where his own friends were yelling "Enough Chuckie, you are going to kill him"! During that attack this off duty officer stated "I have $100,000 cash on hand available to me and two guys who have already accepted to take you out". Now this is not "4 yrs. ago"! It is 5 months ago.

I have offered to take a lie detector test in Demouras' office in regards to this SERIOUS THREAT! What are they scared of? I told them I will pay the $500 to take the test! I have never taken such a test!

I have been receiving threats online since around January of this year. They put my name online and told me "keep it up"! They stated where I lived. The incident just happened in March 2011! I have been attempting to draw these people out in order to ID them. It isn't just a coincidence that what I told the FBI in March in reference to what this off duty officer had stated to me and then was just stated again in a blog post that I sent to you! I have had to take license plates down, description of cars. My family and friends are constantly watching.

The threat from last week was very alarming to me as I felt that it was very suggestive! All I could think about was the incident in Tucson. I was legitimately scared! They can trace IP addresses. I was framed 100% in March 2011 ! No one can tell me what is possible and what is not ! The entire court system has been utilized as well as the FPD. Sgt Fossa is the Internal Affairs officer. Sgt Fossa it is stated under oath told an officer to go file Harassment endangerment orders against me! This is like your lawyer telling the DA that he is going to sabotage his client for him. These behaviors are constantly repeated within the FPD amongst a certain clique.

I have questioned Mayor Wong in reference to the Tasca matters. She told all the citizens in Fitchburg that this officer stole money through the changing of a ledger post and fired him. In there same year Mayor Wong requested $70,000 to be taken from the city budget for "extra patrols on Main st". I asked the Mayor if this was the account in which tasca withdrew funds from? She will not answer! If you recall Tasca stated to the sentinel that "everyone in the administration has been doing the same thing for years"! As we had this forum and talked about not having funds for lights or library hrs ect.; the question is still unanswered, How much money was taken? My questions into these matters has exacerbated the situation as I am told Tasca "Hates me". I do not know what Tasca looks like but there was a big chested guy that came into the hall during the Forum and pierced down at me from the back. I locked eyes with him in curiosity. I noticed that the pictures that Datech guy took depicts a guy by the door that look like him. This guy came in while I believe Mayor Wong was speaking. It was a hard stare.

Now in reference to Mayor Wong; I sent her an email request in April 2011 calling for an Internal Affairs investigation. This is my lawful right! I was charged with 4 criminal charges because of that request to Mayor Wong. I pulled papers in February from city hall as I had been waiting for them to clear papers since 2010. It was a matter of the city council setting the election dates. The 4 charges my attorney had successfully had dismissed prior to arraignment.

All these matters are linked together. I have documented proof from 2001 when I was living over on forest and william st in Fitchburg. This is where it all started and it has involved the same players

I have court hearing disk, copied email correspondence and other evidence to prove these facts. Michael I should be able to respond to Chief Demouras quote that is printed in today's newspaper. Thank you for listening. If you need any documentation or to talk to any of these witnesses let me know.

Respectfully, kevin Lynch
